Assessment of the reliability of the locomotive based on statistical methods of quality management
The lack of reliability of the diesel locomotive operation leads to a decrease in the technical and economic efficiency of using the locomotive service of the enterprise. During the experiment which aimed at assessing the reliability of repair and maintenance of a diesel locomotive in one of the railway divisions of OJSC "Russian Railways", it was found that the failures may be distributed by types of equipment, based on the failures for 12 months of 2017. The necessity and complexity of standardization
-The standards are one of the most important infrastructural elements of the economy. The relationship between all factors ensuring product quality and safety is carried out by using complex standardization. The standards establish and ensure the technically achievable level of safety, quality and competitiveness of products. The main factors of standardization object: the object composition, object production and monitoring, in their turn, form the following more precise groups of factors, determining the object quality: primary products and materials, component nodes and parts, production technology, equipment, tools and appliances, measurement means, and test methods. On the example of a specific standard, the "tree of references" of the first and second levels and the problems of an integrated approach for establishing quality requirements for a specific product is considered. The necessity and complexity of updating the requirements that ensure the systematization, optimization and coordination of all interacting factors influencing a specific object of standardization and providing an economically optimal level of quality of the object are demonstrated. Sex differences of molecular mechanisms of insulin sensitivity in young and adult C57BL/6J mice
Reduced insulin sensitivity plays an important role in the pathogenesis of type II diabetes. There are sex differences in the development of metabolic disorders. The aim of this work was to investigate the insulin signal transduction gene expression in mice of different sex and age. Male and female C57BL/6J mice were used in our studies. Gene expression was assayed by RT-PCR. It was shown that insulin sensitivity in females was higher than in males regardless of age because the level of glucose in blood plasma of females does not differ from that in males, whereas female insulin levels were lower than male insulin levels. Female glucose tolerance increased with age, and glucose tolerance was higher in females than in males at the age of 30 weeks. It was shown that sex and age affect the expressions of insulin signal transduction genes. It was shown that there are sex differences in the levels of mRNA Pik3cd in the liver, in the levels of mRNA Irs1 in the muscle, in the levels of mRNA Irs1 and Slc2a4 in adipose tissue at the age of 10 weeks, and there are sex differences in the levels of mRNA Irs2 and Pik3cd in the liver, in the levels mRNA Pik3cd and Slc2a4 in the muscle, in the levels mRNA Insr and Pik3cd in adipose tissue at the age of 30 weeks. In young animals, the expression of the genes was higher in females than in males in all tissues. In adult animals, the expression of the genes in the liver was higher in females than in males, the expression of the genes in muscle and adipose tissues were lower in females than in males. In males, the levels of mRNA Insr in the liver and muscles and mRNA Pik3cd in adipose tissue decreased with age, and the level of mRNA Pik3cd in musclesΒ increased with age. In females, the levels of mRNA Irs1 in muscle and mRNA Pik3cd and Slc2a4 in adipose tissue decreased with age. Thus the molecular basis of sex differences and age-related changes in insulin sensitivity may be a change in expressions of insulin signal transduction genes in the target tissues

While organizing medical care for respiratory patients prevention, outpatient surveillance and rehabilitation measures are of prior importance. We analyzed outpatient medical histories of adolescents being surveyed for respiratory pathology. The expert analysis founds serious defects in records of medical history and physical data, quality of clinical, laboratory, and instrumental examinations, and patients' surveillance. When using a screening system 3 groups of the patients were selected: the 1-st group had risk factors for lung pathology development, the 2 -nd group consisted of adolescents with first diagnosed lung disease, and the 3 -rd group included chronic respiratory patients. Proper measures were determined for each group. Rehabilitation monitoring is necessary for early detection of chronic respiratory patients who need preventive measures and rehabilitation.
