Critical dynamics of phase transition driven by dichotomous Markov noise
An Ising spin system under the critical temperature driven by a dichotomous
Markov noise (magnetic field) with a finite correlation time is studied both
numerically and theoretically. The order parameter exhibits a transition
between two kinds of qualitatively different dynamics, symmetry-restoring and
symmetry-breaking motions, as the noise intensity is changed.
There exist regions called channels where the order parameter stays for a
long time slightly above its critical noise intensity. Developing a
phenomenological analysis of the dynamics, we investigate the distribution of
the passage time through the channels and the power spectrum of the order
parameter evolution. The results based on the phenomenological analysis turn
out to be in quite good agreement with those of the numerical simulation.Comment: 27 pages, 12 figure

In visualizing the result as a graph with position of each swatch vs. H or B, it turns out that the value of H decreases regularly, while the value of B, furthermore, changes cyclically. So that the Kobe Color Swatch which is arranged in a sensitive way is ordered on the bases of H factor, and then is corrected by the B factor.ã»The Kobe Color Swatch data digitized from the static analog color arrangement is regarded as the programmable dynamic data group. A product called [Kobe Interactive Color Swatch] constructed by the data is a movie which changes arrangement of the colors in relation to the position of observers and the product. Inhibition of interleukin-6 decreases atrogene expression and ameliorates tail suspension-induced skeletal muscle atrophy
BackgroundInterleukin-6 (IL-6) is an inflammatory cytokine. Whether systemic IL-6 affects atrogene expression and disuse-induced skeletal muscle atrophy is unclear.\nMethodsTail-suspended mice were used as a disuse-induced muscle atrophy model. We administered anti-mouse IL-6 receptor antibody, beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate (HMB) and vitamin D to the mice and examined the effects on atrogene expression and muscle atrophy.ResultsSerum IL-6 levels were elevated in the mice. Inhibition of IL-6 receptor suppressed muscle RING finger 1 (MuRF1) expression and prevented muscle atrophy. HMB and vitamin D inhibited the serum IL-6 surge, downregulated the expression of MuRF1 and atrogin-1 in the soleus muscle, and ameliorated atrophy in the mice.ConclusionSystemic IL-6 affects MuRF1 expression and disuse-induced muscle atrophy

There was introducing programming education in primary education from 2020 in the declaration. And there was establish an environment in which you can acquire digital fabrication and device control technologies in the declaration. Kobe Design University has 27 courses seven departments (Environmental Design, Product and Interior Design, Visual Design, Image Arts, Manga Media, Fashion and Textile Design, Arts and Crafts). In each department, various curriculums were organized under each specialized field, and programming classes (mainly web system and 3DCG) were held as needed. In the future, there is a need to construct basic programming education for expressing design and art in the KDU curriculum. This research aimed at the introduction of basic programming introduction education method for expressing designs and arts in KDU, and conducted various educational experiments mainly on classes of KDU interaction design course

In the present study, as an ergonomic testing method, measurement system for oxygen dynamics of active muscle tissues was developed to design comfortable products for human use. Development and universal design activities for machine- and tools have been promoted to minimize the muscular loads and fatigue during care operation work for aged- and handicapped people. However, there exists a lack of objective evaluation on assisted gear for care operation work. Using near infra-red spectroscopy measurement for oxygen dynamics of active muscle tissues, the physiological strain of assisted gear were evaluated. In particular, both the superficial- and deep region muscles oxygen dynamics were measured continuously. As a result, there are no significant difference of whole-body oxygen uptake and heart rate between the conditions of wearing the gear and the control. However, the assisted gear reduced deoxygenation of muscle of erector spinae of the back. To minimize the muscular stressand increase the power of the upper extremities, attachment of rubber band on them are recommended

The purpose of this study is to verify whether it is possible to replace this literacy in a form that can be applied to "learning" in other fields through experiments, and to apply game production technology to the reconstruction of learning support systems in the educational domain. In the field of video games, learning methods that match the learning curve of players have been established. In this research, we focus on the area of music as an example of other fields that need learning, and aim to create an auxiliary device which can experience "fun" before "difficulty" of music performance by applying the learning method of video games. The research was conducted in collaboration with game creator YOKO TAR

The KINECT device is widely available for home use and often used as a sensor for electronic games. The unit sends out infrared beams, then reads the reflections so as to map a human figure and generate data for the position and angle of limbs, torso and face.Such data strings linked continually moment-by-moment can help render time-based digitized pictures of physical actions, which might by extension be recorded and replayed â not only in realtime, but also across great removes in time and space. Thus, we could conceivably use our KINECT-based system to have robots replay today\u27s immediate gestures and movements in a distant city or in the same location twenty years hence
