Poziom i struktura lęku a postawy rodzicielskie u rodziców posiadających dzieci w edukacji domowej i edukacji zdalnej w dobie pandemii

Przedstawiona praca badawcza zawiera część teoretyczną i empiryczną. Powstała w celu sprawdzenia, jakie powiązania zachodzą̨ między poziomem i strukturą lęku, a postawami rodzicielskimi u osób posiadających dzieci w edukacji domowej i w edukacji zdalnej w dobie pandemii. Badaniem objęto rodziców dzieci w edukacji domowej oraz w edukacji zdalnej (szkoła tradycyjna) realizowanej w dobie pandemii. Łącznie w badaniu wzięło udział 85 rodziców. Do przeprowadzenia badania posłużono się Inwentarzem Stanu i Cech Lęku STAI, autorstwa C.D. Spielbergera, R.L. Gorsucha i R.E. Lushene, Skalą Postaw Rodzicielskich M. Plopy oraz arkuszem personalnym własnej konstrukcji. Przeprowadzone analizy pozwoliły na weryfikację postawionych hipotez i na wysunięcie wniosków, iż istnieje zależność pomiędzy poziomem lęku, a postawami rodzicielskimi. Dokonano również porównania grup edukacji zdalnej i domowej, w których uzyskano statystycznie istotne równice szczególnie w obszarze motywacji i kondycji psychicznej dzieci, która w edukacji zdalnej była niższa niż u dzieci w edukacji domowej.The presented research contains two parts: theoretical and empirical. It was conducted in order to find the links between the problems related to the measure and the structure of anxiety, and parental attitudes in people with children in home and remote education in the time of the pandemic. Research was conducted on parents of children in home education and remote education (traditional school) in the time of a pandemic. A total of 85 parents participated in the study. To conduct this study, the State Trait Anxiety Inventory STAI by C.D. Spielberger, R.L. Gorsuch and R.E. Lushene; the Parental Attitude Scale by M. Plopa and a personal sheet of my own construction were used. The conducted analysis allowed for the verification of the hypotheses and for drawing conclusions that there is a relationship between the level of anxiety and parental attitudes. A comparison was also made between the groups of remote and home education, in which statistically significant differences were observed, especially in the terms of ​​motivation and mental condition of children, which in case of remote education was lower than in children in home education

Public procurement is one of the parts of a public finance sector. It includes the specific solutions in the field of public funds spending. The implementation of the EU directives from 2014 to the Public Procurement Law aimed at, among others, ensuring an access to the market for small and medium-sized enterprises by introducing the possibility to divide the procurement into sections. It will significantly increase an access of those companies to public procurement. The contracting authority is not obliged to divide the procurement, but it has a right to do so. However, according to the amendment of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting party – in the course of conducting the procurement procedure – prepares a report which includes reasons for not dividing the procurement into sections. The authors of this study want to explain the problems of contracting authorities, who initiate and conduct proceedings on the award of public contracts, by explaining the content of provisions governing the division of procurement into sections.Zamówienia publiczne stanowią jeden z elementów sektora finansów publicznych, obejmujący szczególne rozwiązania w zakresie wydatkowania środków publicznych. Implementacja dyrektyw unijnych z 2014 r. do ustawy Prawo zamówień publicznych miała na celu m.in. zapewnienie dostępu do rynku małym i średnim przedsiębiorcom, wprowadzając możliwość dzielenia zamówień na części, co w istotny sposób pozwoli na szerszy dostęp do zamówień publicznych. Podział zamówienia nie jest obowiązkiem zamawiającego, a jedynie prawem, przy czym zgodnie z treścią znowelizowanej ustawy Prawo zamówień publicznych w trakcie prowadzenia postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia zamawiający sporządza protokół, zawierający powody niedokonania podziału zamówienia na części. ToFFi – Toolbox for frequency-based fingerprinting of brain signals

Spectral fingerprints (SFs) are unique power spectra signatures of human brain regions of interest (ROIs, Keitel & Gross, 2016). SFs allow for accurate ROI identification and can serve as biomarkers of differences exhibited by non-neurotypical groups. At present, there are no open-source, versatile tools to calculate spectral fingerprints. We have filled this gap by creating a modular, highly-configurable MATLAB Toolbox for Frequency-based Fingerprinting (ToFFi). It can transform magnetoencephalographic and electroencephalographic signals into unique spectral representations using ROIs provided by anatomical (AAL, Desikan-Killiany), functional (Schaefer), or other custom volumetric brain parcellations. Mediation as an option for solving individual disputes in labour law

Do sporów i konfliktów dochodzi we wszystkich ludzkich relacjach, w związku z tym nieuniknione są także spory w miejscu pracy. Najprostszą, najmniej kosztowną i w gruncie rzeczy jedną z najskuteczniejszych możliwych reakcji na rodzący się konflikt w pracy jest przeprowadzenie postępowania mediacyjnego. Mediacja w przeciwieństwie do postępowania sądowego nie ma sztywnych ram proceduralnych, jest bardziej elastyczna, mniej sformalizowana. Celem artykułu jest ukazanie mediacji jako alternatywnej metody rozwiązywania sporów indywidualnych z zakresu prawa pracy, która z powodzeniem powinna być stosowana w przypadku powstania sporu pomiędzy pracownikiem i pracodawcą. Jak dotąd, mediacja często jest niedoceniana zarówno przez pracowników jak i pracodawców, którzy zwyczajowo jako metodę rozwiązania sporu w pierwszej kolejności obierają drogę sądową.Disputes and conflicts occur in all human relationships and consequently, workplace disputes are inevitable. The simplest, least expensive and, in fact, one of the most effective possible responses to the emerging conflict at work is to conduct mediation. Unlike judicial proceedings, mediation does not have a rigid procedural framework, it is more flexible and less formalized. The aim of this thesis is to show mediation as an alternative method of resolving individual disputes in the field of labour law, which should be successfully used to resolve disputes in the field of labour law. No evidence for memory decontextualization across one night of sleep

Sleep after learning strengthens memory consolidation. According to the active system consolidation hypothesis, sleep supports the integration of newly acquired memories into cortical knowledge networks, presumably accompanied by a process of decontextualization of the memory trace (i.e., a gradual loss of memory for the learning context). However, the availability of contextual information generally facilitates memory recall and studies on the interaction of sleep and context on memory retrieval have revealed inconsistent results. Here, we do not find any evidence for a role of sleep in the decontextualization of newly learned declarative memories. In two separate studies, 104 healthy young adults incidentally learned words associated with a context. After a 12 h retention interval filled with either sleep or wakefulness, recall (Experiment 1) or recognition (Experiment 2) was tested with the same or different context. Overall, memory retrieval was significantly improved when the learning context was reinstated, as compared to a different context. However, this context effect of memory was not modulated by sleep vs. wakefulness. These findings argue against a decontextualization of memories, at least across a single night of sleep.publishe
