    ABSTRAK Baik buruknya suatu Bangsa dilihat dari kualitas pemuda-pemudinya, karena generasi muda adalah aset bangsa sebagai pewaris selanjutnya. Peran penting pemuda pemudi Indonesia telah menorehkan sejarah yang sangat panjang dimulai sejak zaman pergerakan Budi Utomo tahun 1908. Banyak sekali penurunan karakter dan moral bangsa yang mana pergaulan bebas, minum-minuman beralkohol sudah dianggap biasa dan tak dianggap sebagai perbuatan dosa, belum lagi suatu sifat hedonisme, individualisme, dan sikap pasif terhadap isu-isu sosial dikalangan mahasiswa yang menyebabkan hilangnya daya kritis dan berpikir maju. Pembinaan karakter kepemimpinan yang memiliki jiwa pancasila kepada generasi muda dirasa sangat perlu bahkan urgent sekali dilakukan. agar kelak, pemimpin-pemimpin Negara ini dapat menampilkan dan mengimplementasikannya kepada masyarakat yang multikultural ini. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada empat permasalahan yaitu bagaimana proses pembentukan karakter kepemimpinan, Bagaimana karakter kepemimpinan terbentuk, Kendala apa yang dihadapi dan Upaya apa yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala dalam proses pelaksanakan pembentukan karakter kepemimpinan di IMM. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan motode deskrifsi tentang perkaderan di IMM cabang Kota Tangerang Selatan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa (1) Proses pembentukan karakter kepemimpinan dalam Organisasi diselenggarakan melalui pelatihan struktural dan Kultural. (2) karakter kepemimpinan yang terbentuk setelah kader mengikuti pelatihan pengkaderan, tertanam nilai-nilai karakter kepemimpinan berlandaskan nilai-nilai Pancasila didalam diri kader. Seperti 1) bertaqwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, 2) Menghargai berbedaan 3) kritis terhadap permasalahan bangsa dan umat, 4) selalu bermusyawarah untuk mufakat, 5) menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai keadilan. (3) kendala yang dihadapi adalah sumber dana yang kurang, susah pencari pemateri, kurangnya motivasi dalam diri kader dan masih ada yang menerapkan melarang mahasiswanya untuk bergabung dengan organisasi ekstrauniversitas.(4) upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala adalah mendorong semua anggota untuk ikut berpartisipasi untuk menaggulangi sumberdana dan melakukan pendekatan secara persuasif dengan diskusi dan motivasi kepada para calon kader. The important role of young indonesians have been a painfully long history beginning in the days of the budi utomo movement in 1908. There was a widespread deterioration of the character and morals of a nation in which promiscuity, drinking alcohol is considered and not considered a sin, not to mention the hedonism, individualism, and a passive attitude toward social issues that lead to critical power loss and advanced thinking. Encouraging the pancasila spirit leadership character to youth is found to be very urgent, even urgent, once performed. So that, in the future, leaders of this country will be able to display and implement it to this multicultural society. This research was based on the four problems of how the process of forming the leadership character, how the leadership character was formed, what obstacles were faced and what efforts are made to overcome those constraints in the process of administering the leadership character in the imm. The approach taken in the study was a qualitative approach, using the descriptive method on an equestment at the south tangerang branch of the city. Data collection was done through interview techniques, observation and documentary study. Research results reveal that (1) the process of forming a leadership character in organizations were organized through structural and cultural training. (2) the character of leadership that cadre formed after cadre's training was imparted leadership values based on Pancasila values in Cadre. As in 1) devoted to God Almighty, 2) Appreciating differences 3) critical to nation and people's problems, 4) uphold the virtues of justice. 5) upholding the virtues of justice. (3) the obstacles were a low source of funding, hard-finders, a lack of motivation in candre and still some applied to students not to join extremist organizations.(4) the effort to overcome obstacles is to encourage all members to participate to collect resources and to approach persuasively with discussion and motivation to cadres.     PERAN BADAN PERMUSYAWARATAN DESA (BPD) DALAM MENYALURKAN ASPIRASI MASYARAKAT

    BPD is an institution that acts as a forum for community aspirations and has a strategic position in the village, but the existence of BPD in Kuripan Village, Ciseeng District has not carried out its duties and functions optimally. The weakness of the BPD's duties and functions in administering village government is feared to disrupt the check and balances mechanism, which in turn will weaken the democratic process at the village level. This Community Service activity aims to provide understanding to partners about the duties, functions, and authorities as members of the BPD. The method used in this activity is counseling and question and answer. Conclusion that; (1) Through this activity, BPD members can understand their duties, functions, and authorities in channeling the aspirations of villagers. (2) The results of the evaluation showed that all participants gave statements on a scale of 4, namely "very satisfied" with the activities carried out by the PkM team. This means that from 7 questionnaire statements filled out by participants, 100% stated that they were very satisfied with the activities carried out and in accordance with their expectations and provided enormous benefits for BPD members in Kuripan Village, Ciseeng District, Bogor Regency.Keywords: BPD, aspirations, communit

    Di era dan jaman teknologi dan komunikasi yang sedang berkembang dan maju saat ini, bukan berarti tidak ada kekhawatiran terhadaap siswa-siswi dan masyarakat dalam mencintai tanah airnya sendiri. Pengaruh budaya barat yang terus masuk dapat memberikan dampak positif dan negative terhadap budaya, nilai, norma serta sikap dan perilaku masyarakat khusunya siswa-siswi di sekolah. Untuk mengatasi dampak negative ini diperlukan menumbuhkan jiwa patriotism sebagai bentuk dan sikap dalam mencintai negaranya sendiri. Patriotisme ada bukan karena perenungan individu atau bersama. Patriotisme ada karena muncul atas dasar yang dimiliki bangsa Indonesia, sebagai cita-cita luhur dan tujuan bangsa Indonesia.. Penyuluhan patriotisme adalah bentuk usaha untuk menumbuhkan jiwa patriotism peserta didik di SMK Tarauna Terpadu I, Kabupaten Bogor dengan ektrakulikuler Bela Negara sebagaai wadah untuk menumbuhkan pengorbanan, rasa cinta, saling toleransi, mengahrgai, pengorbanan demi bangsa dan negaranya.     Human rights awareness education to prevent bullying behavior at school

    The prevalence of bullying, a serious issue in primary and secondary schools, underscores the need for effective prevention strategies. This study aims to develop a human rights education model to address this concern. The primary objective is to design a comprehensive human rights education model tailored for school environments. This model aims to prevent bullying behavior by fostering a culture of respect and empathy among students. A literature review methodology was employed to analyze existing problems related to bullying and identify potential solutions. Theoretical frameworks and empirical research findings were utilized to develop the proposed human rights education model. The results of this research suggest the development of prevention strategies and the creation of a pocketbook containing human rights education materials accessible to students. Additionally, it suggests the use of engaging learning media to facilitate a better understanding of human rights concepts, which are often abstract and challenging to grasp through traditional teaching methods. The human rights education model presented in this study is adaptable for both primary and secondary education. It emphasizes the importance of early intervention to prevent bullying from becoming entrenched in school cultures. By targeting students' moral and cognitive development, this model aims to break the cycle of victimhood and aggression associated with bullying. This study contributes to the field of education by proposing a practical and holistic approach to addressing bullying in schools.
