    Indonesian region is a dynamic region which has developed from time backwards, towards progress. Regional expansion is just one example is one example of the changes taking place in Indonesia. Expansion of a district is a reflection of regional autonomy, through the expansion process occurs because the powers of administrative autonomy in Indonesia. In this reform era, the development of the area will increase the overall national development. This is the concept of regional autonomy in Indonesia runs. As the main hope of autonomy territory is achieving the tasks of government well. Through regional expansion, the relationship between government officials and the public is getting closer, and the government apparatus it self increasingly have the ability to carry out the development of the nation and provide services to the community. This is because the relationship between government and society is getting shorter, as well as development planning is getting smaller.     Matematika adalah pelajaran yang kurang diminati oleh siswa, dalam belajar lebih banyak siswa pasif, sehingga sikap ilmiah siswa kurang berkembang, sehingga hasil belajar siswa cenderung menurun. Sehingga guru matematika selalu berusaha mengembangkan metode pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan sikap ilmiah siswa, yang berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa. Pernyataan tersebut menarik peneliti untuk mengambil isu studi kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Minasatene. Populasi yang diambil adalah kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Minasatene, dengan sampel penelitian kelas VIIIA sebanyak 27 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data sikap ilmiah dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan lembar observasi sedangkan hasil belajar dengan menggunakan uji. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Signifikansi koefisien regresi dan model regresi kelinearan didapatkan pengaruh sikap ilmiah (X) terhadap hasil belajar (Y), menurut persamaan regresi Y = 0,0109 + 0.138X. Untuk menguji koefisien signifikansi regresi yang diperoleh t hitung 5.197 diatas tabel 2.02 maka Ho ditolak yang berarti koefisien regresi signifikan. Uji kelinearan diperoleh Fhitung 26,801 di atas Ftabel 4,08, dan signifikan 0,0

    Penerapan Strategi Pembelajaran Roda Keberuntungan Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar IPS Terpadu Siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 7 Banda Aceh

    Strategi pembelajaran roda keberuntungan merupakan teknik pembelajaran dengan menggunakan alat peraga sebuah lingkaran yang terbagi menjadi beberapa sektor dan pada setiap sektornya berisi pertanyaan, roda tersebut akan diputar untuk menentukan pertanyaan yang harus dijawab oleh siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) peningkatan hasil belajar; (2) aktivitas guru dan siswa; (3) keterampilan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran dan (4) respon siswa setelah proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran Roda Keberuntungan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII-4 SMPN 7 Banda Aceh yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tes hasil belajar siswa, lembar pengamatan aktivitas guru dan siswa, lembar pengamatan keterampilan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran, dan angket respon siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketuntasan belajar siswa secara individual pada siklus I sebesar 73,3 % dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 93,3 %, persentase ketuntasan klasikal pada siklus I sebesar 60 % dan meningkat menjadi 90 % pada siklus II. Aktivitas guru dan siswa antara siklus I sampai siklus II telah mencerminkan penerapan strategi pembelajaran Roda Keberuntungan, Presentase kesesuaian aktivitas guru dan siswa pada siklus I sebesar 63,6 % dan meningkat menjadi 90,9 % pada siklus II. Keterampilan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran menggunakan strategi roda keberuntungan mengalami peningkatan, pada siklus I dikategorikan baik dengan skor rata-rata 2,7, kemudian pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 3,2 dengan kategori baik. Respon siswa terhadap strategi pembelajaran Roda Keberuntungan dapat dikatakan baik. Sebesar 96,6 % dari 30 siswa berpendapat bahwa melalui pembelajaran roda keberuntungan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman mereka terhadap materi pengelolaan sumber daya alam dan 96,6 % siswa juga menjawab bahwa pembelajaran Roda Keberuntungan ini menarik

    Abstrak Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada guru dalam hal memberdayakan media ajar melalui content creator di SDN Kota Baubau. Metode yang digunakann dalam pengabdian ini berbentuk materi seminar dan pelatihan dasar agar peserta memahami materi dan dapat menerapkan dalam pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah dan power point sebagai medianya. Data dan sumber yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah media belajar, aplikasi penunjang  dan sosial media populer. Pemateri menjelaskan konsep pendidikan di era digital, mengklasifikasikan berbagai jenis media creatif dan menyalurkan media pembelajaran tersebut kedalam sebuah content dan kemudian diperkenalkan ke sosial media populer. Setelah kegiatan ini selesai harapannya guru-guru di sekolah ataupun operator sekolah sudah memiliki media populer dengan domain nama sekolahnya sehingga setiap hari guru bisa termotivasi untuk menciptakan ide-ide baru dalam merancang pembelajarannya di kelas.     This paper discusses the art of dance performances in public Ntak Kudo Rawang District Hamparan Rawang of Sungai Penuh City of Jambi Province. Performing arts dance Kudo merupan not one dance Rawang community which belongs to the art of dance culture. Kudo had no dance as entertainment functions Rawang community. Dance kudo can not dance danced by the young and old, there is no age limit. The aim of this study was to determine and explain the art of dance and the Kudo not prndorong existence in the era of globalization. This research was conducted using the method of history or historical. Data were collected through library research techniques, observation, documentation and interview. Data were analyzed with descriptive method, historical kompratif, and qualitative analysis. The results showed that the art of dance performance plot Kudo has an important role in a culture Rawang District Hamparan Rawang of Sungai Penuh City Jambi Province, the art is unbelievable displayed in traditional events of Rawang, such as coming of age rituals tradition wedding, banquet Sko (Heritage), customs Birthplace and traditional coming of age rituals. Each end of the ceremonial dance Ntak Kudo shown. So, dance Ntak Kudo is a dance culture and the identity of local communities.     Deskripsi Pemecahan Masalah Matematika Berdasarkan Langkah Polya Ditinjau dari Kepribadian Siswa Tipe Melankolis

    This research is a qualitative research aimed to disclose math problem-solving ability based on Polya steps on SPLDV's material in term of student personalities melancholy (ME). Instruments used for this research are : 1) personality test is used to categorize the students based on their personality, 2) math problem-solving test is used to show students' ability in solving mathematical problems based on Polya steps, and 3) guided interview is contained guidelines aim to clarify answers and trace the process of students' thought in depth. Data are collected by test and interview and analyzed by using Miles and Huberman's data analysis. The research processes are: (a) formulated the indicators based on math problem-solving on Polya steps (b) formulated a valid and reliable instrument (personality test, math problem-solving task and guided interview) (c) collected the subject by providing personality type, (d) collected data to show the description of math problem-solving is done by the students, (e) did time triangulation to get valid data, (f) performed data analysis problem-solving based on personality types, (g) conducted a discussion of the results of analysis, (h) drew conclusions of the research.     Purification and characterization of cyclodextrin glucanotransferase from alkalophilic Bacillus sp. G1

    A cyclodextrin glucanotransferase (CGTase) was successively purified by ammonium sulphate precipitation, and affinity chromatography on a-CD (epoxy)-Sepharose 6B column. The specific activity of the CGTase was increased approximately 2200-fold, from 8.43 U/mg protein to 18,866 U/mg protein. SDS-PAGE showed that the purified CGTase was homogeneous and the molecular weight of the purified CGTase was about 75 kDa. The molecular weight of the enzyme that was estimated by gel filtration under native condition was 79 kDa. This has indicated that Bacillus sp. G1 CGTase is a monomeric protein. The isoelectric point (pI) of the enzyme was about 8.8. Characterization of the enzyme exhibited optimum pH and temperature of 6.0 and 60 8C, respectively. The enzyme was stable from pH 7.0 to 9.0 and retained its high activity up to 60 8C. However, in the presence of 20 mM Ca2+, the purified CGTase is able to prolong its thermal stability up to 70 8C. CGTase was strongly inhibited by ZnSO4, CuSO4, CoCl2, FeSO4, FeCl3 and EDTA. Km and Vmax for the purified enzyme were 0.15 mg/ml and 60.39 mg bcyclodextrin/( ml min), respectively, with soluble starch as substrate. In cyclodextrin production, tapioca starch was found to be the best substrate used to produce CDs. The enzyme produced g- and b-CD in the ratio of 0.11:0.89 after 24 h incubation at 60 8C, without the presence of any selective agents
