    中学校数学科における出店授業の調査研究その4 : 過去の調査を踏まえて <第2部 教科研究>

    2003年度および2004年度に中学校のある学年の数学を担当した際に,それぞれ年に1回ずつ出店授業を行い,その調査研究の報告を行った 。また,2009年度にも中学校1年生に対して前回の調査を踏まえて出店授業を行い,再度調査研究を行った 。2010年度には中学校2年生と高校1年生に対して出店授業を行い,まったく同じアンケート調査を行った。出店授業とは,出店形式の授業で,子どもたちが主体的に取り組む授業を実現するためのひとつの方法である。2013年度には再び中学校1年生に対して出店授業を行い,それに伴うアンケート調査を行った。今回はそのアンケート調査のまとめである

    Investigation of the physical-mechanical properties and durability of high-strength concrete with recycled PET as a partial replacement for fine aggregates

    In this study, PET plastic waste, which is a type of polymer commonly used in the manufacture of plastic bottles, has been incorporated into concrete by partially replacing the natural fine aggregate. An experimental study was conducted by casting and testing 90 concrete cylinders and 54 concrete cubes. A concrete mixture was designed in which the natural fine aggregate was substituted partially with PET plastic waste (PW) at a ratio of 0%, 25%, and 50%, with various w/c ratios of.40,.45, and.55. Physical, mechanical, and durability properties were assessed. The downside of the test results show degradation in each of the following characteristics: slump, compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, ultrasonic pulse velocity, water absorption, and porosity. The degradation of these characteristics increased with the increase in the volume of plastic aggregate (PA) and the w/c ratio. While the positive side of the results showed that with the increase of the PA volume and the w/c ratio, the fresh and dry densities decreased further, and by using 50% PET, the dry density became below 2000 kg/m3. Therefore, it is classified as lightweight concrete. Moreover, the fracture of concrete changed from brittle to more ductile compared to control concrete. Also, the thermal conductivity decreased significantly (11%–47%), and by using 50% of PET, the thermal conductivity became less than.71 W/mK, and accordingly, classified as a bearing insulator

    The sintering process of a broken piece of Bizen-yaki vase discovered in Mizunoko-iwa and its components were studied by means of X-ray diffraction and electron microscopy. The components of the sample discovered in Mizunoko-iwa were mainly mullite, cristobalite, quartz and feldspar. Quartz and feldspar were much contained in it, compared with Bizen-yaki of recent days. It is considered that the sintering process was similar to the process now in current. As a result of electron microscopy, the needle-shaped and thin crystal were observed in the sample above mentioned. The formation of needle-shaped crystal was considered to be due to the reaction with the sea water. The Bizen-yaki vases in Mizunoko-iwa were generally porous and raw materials were comparatively rough

    O RESGATE DA CULTURA DE HIGIENIZAÇÃO DAS MÃOS NOS SERVIÇOS DE SAÚDE NO CONTEXTO PANDÊMICO

    The aim of this study was to identify, in the scientific literature, the strategies used by health services to influence the formation of a culture of patient safety through hand hygiene among health professionals during the Covid-19 pandemic. This is a descriptive study of an integrative literature review. An advanced search was performed in the databases that make up the Virtual Health Library (VHL), of the 700 scientific publications identified, after applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 11 publications were selected that made up the final sample of the study, as they were from according to the proposed theme. During the study analysis process, the following thematic categories were highlighted: "Hand hygiene and its main public policies", "Nursing and the Covid-19 pandemic" and "Consequences of the breach of the hand hygiene protocol regarding safety of the patient". The studied literature showed that the consequences in relation to breaking the hand hygiene protocol regarding patient safety, especially in the Covid-19 pandemic, are worrisome because they affect both the patient's safety and the health professional's integrity. Furthermore, an increase in hospital stay and hospital costs, increased demand for the use of broad-spectrum antibiotics and increased morbidity and mortality rates were also identified. &nbsp;El objetivo de este estudio fue identificar en la literatura científica las estrategias utilizadas por los servicios de salud para influir en la formación de la cultura de seguridad del paciente a través de la higiene de manos entre los profesionales de la salud durante la pandemia de Covid-19. Este es un estudio descriptivo de la revisión integradora de la literatura. Se realizó una búsqueda avanzada en las bases de datos que conforman la Biblioteca Virtual en Salud (BVS), de las 700 publicaciones científicas identificadas, tras la aplicación de los criterios de inclusión y exclusión, se seleccionaron 11 publicaciones que componían la muestra final del estudio, por ser acordes con la temática propuesta. Durante el proceso de análisis de los estudios se evidenciaron las siguientes categorías temáticas: "La higiene de manos y sus principales políticas públicas", "Enfermería y la pandemia del Covid-19" y "Consecuencias de romper el protocolo de higiene de manos ante la seguridad del paciente". La literatura estudiada mostró que las consecuencias en relación con la ruptura del protocolo de higiene de manos frente a la seguridad del paciente, especialmente en la pandemia de Covid-19, son preocupantes porque afectan tanto a la seguridad del paciente como a la integridad profesional de la salud. Además, también se identificaron mayores costos de hospitalización y costos hospitalarios, una mayor demanda de uso de antibióticos de amplio espectro y mayores tasas de morbilidad y mortalidad.O objetivo do presente estudo foi identificar na literatura científica as estratégias utilizadas pelos serviços de saúde para influenciar a formação da cultura de segurança do paciente por meio da higienização das mãos entre os profissionais de saúde durante a pandemia da Covid-19. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo de revisão integrativa da literatura. Foi realizada busca avançada nas bases de dados que compõem a Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), das 700 publicações científicas identificadas, após a aplicação dos critérios de inclusão e exclusão, foram selecionadas 11 publicações que compuseram a amostra final do estudo, por estarem de acordo com a temática proposta. Durante o processo de análise dos estudos foram evidenciadas as seguintes categorias temáticas: “Higienização das mãos e suas principais políticas públicas”, “A Enfermagem e a pandemia da Covid-19” e “Consequências da quebra do protocolo da higienização das mãos frente a segurança do paciente”. A literatura estudada evidenciou que as consequências em relação a quebra do protocolo da higienização das mãos frente a segurança do paciente, principalmente na pandemia da Covid-19, são preocupantes pois acometem tanto a segurança do paciente quanto a integridade do profissional de saúde. Além disso foi identificado também o aumento do tempo de hospitalização e dos custos hospitalares, aumento da demanda em relação ao uso antibióticos de amplo espectro e o aumento das taxas de morbimortalidade. &nbsp

    This paper presents an associative restoration system that creates the restoed shape of a given distorted ancient pottery in terms of its plane figure (silhouette). The system has been implemented on the VAX11/780 computer system, based on a mathematical modeling of the associatve memory and additional processing techniques. One of the aims is to reduce archaeologists\u27 labor spent in drawing a huge number of plane figures corresponding to finds given by excaticns. In our computer simulation, we use 14 types of silhouttes of the "Sueki", Japanese ancient potteries, as the test figures. The results of the simulation are presented and also are discussed in relation to the system performance and archaeology

    2004年度および2005年度と,中学校のある学年の数学を担当した際に,それぞれ年に1回ずつ出店授業を行った。出店授業とは,出店形式の授業で,子どもたちが主体的に取り組む授業を実現するためのひとつの方法である。2005年度には岩田耕司先生(現島根大学教育学部准教授)が中心となり研究紀要に調査研究の報告をまとめている。今年度から再び中学生を担当したことから前回の反省や結果を踏まえて中学校1年生に対して出店授業を行い,前回と同じ内容のアンケート調査を行うことで前回の調査結果の検証を行ってみたので報告する

    Experimental and numerical study of the behaviour of heat-damaged RC circular columns confined with CFRP fabric

    This paper describes an experimental and numerical study of the behaviour of RC columns, damaged by heating and subsequently wrapped by CFRP. Twenty large-scale (&#0216; 204 &#0215; 750 mm) nominally identical reinforced concrete (RC) columns were tested. Six columns were left as reference columns and 14 were heated and cooled down under 30% of maximum load at ambient temperature. Subsequently, 8 were confined with carbon fibre reinforced polymer (CFRP) fabrics. A photogrammetric method using the digital image correlation technique (DICT) was used to measure the strain variation over the surfaces of all columns. The experimental parameters included unheated and heat-damaged columns, level of heat exposure and number of CFRP fabric layers. Finite element analysis (FEA) was conducted using ATENA-GiD software, which is only applicable to RC elements. It was found that the CFRP can significantly increase the strength and ductility of unheated and heat-damaged columns. It was also noted that it is possible to repair or even restore the lost strength of columns damaged by elevated temperature, depending on the performance of the CFRP material. The finite element models (FEMs) were able to reasonably predict the experimental behaviour.
