    The pilot study of SMART-Resilience a psycho-educational program

The one group pretest and posttest experiment design conducted by involved 45 of second grades students of secondary school in Province of Bali, Indonesia as a participant. In each are of urban, suburb and rural schools consist of 15 students. The Indonesian version of students well being scale used to collect the data for pretest and post test assessment. Repeated Measure ANOVA conducted on the analysis of the data through the JASP program. The results of this study indicate; (1) Smart-Resilience programs are effective to improve student well-being in overall school areas, (2) there are differences in the effectiveness for students in urban, suburb and rural school areas, (3) the programs achieve a high acceptance and accessibility by students and the school counselo

    The global Covid-19 pandemic has affected changes in various dimensions of life. In Indonesia, schools have adopted a policy of replacing face-to-face learning in schools with distance learning activities. The effect that occurs with learning activities at home is a decrease in healthy living behavior among students. This study aims to examine the effect of solution-focused brief counseling implemented through LMS Schoology to improve students’ healthy living behavior. This experimental study used a one-group pretest-posttest design. Of the 60 students who took part in the initial screening with the criteria for experiencing a healthy lifestyle disorder, only 15 students met the criteria. The Indonesian version of the Inventory Health-Promoting Lifestyle Profile [HPLP II] was used to measure students’ health behavior before and after participating in the intervention. The scale of acceptability, accessibility, feasibility (AAF) measured student responses to the acceptability and usefulness of the program. Analysis of research data related to the effect of an intervention on students’ healthy living behavior using a one-sample t-test. Student response data on the acceptability and usefulness of the program through descriptive analysis. The results showed that after participating in the program for an average of 8 weeks (an average of 16 LMS accesses), participants achieved a significant improvement in their average lifestyle and health (HPLP). The effect size of Cohen’s high d value shows a large effect size for this counseling program. AAF data also supports this result, with an average of 95% of students understanding the program and being able to implement it well, is accessible, and provides benefits for them. This research has theoretical and practical implications for guidance and counseling services in schools related to various dynamics that occur, including the condition of the Covid-19 Pandemic. Abstrak. Pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi secara global memberikan dampak terhadap perubahan berbagai dimensi kehidupan. Di Indonesia, sekolah mengambil kebijakan dengan mengganti pembelajaran tatap muka di sekolah dengan kegiatan pembelajaran jarak jauh. Salah satu dampak yang terjadi dengan aktivitas pembelajaran di rumah adalah penurunan perilaku hidup sehat di kalangan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh konseling singkat berfokus solusi yang dilaksanakan melalui LMS Schoology untuk meningkatkan perilaku hidup sehat siswa. Penelitian eksperimen ini menggunakan rancangan one group pretest-posttest. Dari 60 siswa yang mengikuti screening awal dengan kriteria dialaminya gangguan perilaku hidup sehat, hanya 15 siswa yang memenuhi kriteria. Inventory Health- Promoting Lifestyle Profile [HPLP II] versi Bahasa Indonesia digunakan untuk mengukur perilaku hidup sehat siswa sebelum dan setelah mengikuti intervensi. Respon siswa terhadap keberterimaan dan kebermanfaatan program diukur dengan skala acceptability, accessibility, feasibility (AAF). Analisis data penelitian terkait pengaruh intervensi terhadap perilaku hidup sehat siswa menggunakan one sample t-test. Data respon siswa terhadap keberterimaan dan kebermanfaatan program melalui analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan setelah mengikuti program selama rata-rata 8 minggu (rata-rata 16 kali akses LMS), partisipan mencapai peningkatan rata-rata gaya hidup dan kesehatan (HPLP) yang signifikan. Effect size dari nilai d oleh Cohen yang tinggi menunjukkan ukuran pengaruh yang besar dari program konseling ini. Data AAF juga mendukung hasil ini yaitu rata-rata 95% partisipan menyatakan bahwa program dapat dipahami dan dilaksanakan dengan baik, mudah diakses, serta memberikan bermanfaat bagi mereka.     Drug Abuse Prevention Among Students In Improving The Lives Meaning Through Counseling Logo

    Abuse of drugs, psychotropic substances, illegal drugs and other addictive substances (drugs) among teenagers especially students to be a problem from time to time keeps going on and it seems difficult to be finalized. So also in Indonesia drug abuse prevention efforts at the level of the student and the student assessment has been a great school for education practitioners and also involving relevant agencies such as BNN, BKKBN, the health department and the police. On the other hand, the number of victims of drug abuse among adolescents from year-to-year increase. spiritual intelligence (SQ) is low is one of the students to be drug users. Various approaches, models and techniques of counseling has been developed and implemented in schools in order to develop students' potential. Counseling logo is one of the counseling intervention model that was first introduced by Viktor Frankl who seek to build the spiritual dimension of human besides raceway and psychological dimensions, and assume that the meaning of life and a desire for meaningful is the primary motivation of men to achieve meaningful livelihoods (the meaningful life) is wanted. This research aimed to develop the logo counseling to improving the lives meaning drug abuse prevention and to know the effectiveness of that model. This research uses  research and development approach or R&D with seven essential steps, namely (1) research and information collecting, (2) planning, (3) developing preliminary from of product, (4) preliminary field testing and product revision, (5) main field test and product revision, (6) operational field test and product revision, and (7) dissemination implementation and institutionalization. The population of this research includes practitioners or school counselors, experts and both state, Junior High School, Senior High Scholl and vocational students in Bali Province. The results of research on the effect of counseling logo on the trend of drug abuse in students in Singaraja shows that students who attend counseling logo managed to increase the meaning of life and reduces the tendency of involvement in drug abuse

    Feasibilities and effectiveness of web-based psycho-educational: a pilot study at universities students

    This pilot study aims to determine the feasibilites and effectiveness of web-based resilience programs at university students. This study conducted by the one group pretest posttest experimental design. The study participants were 15 university students at Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha Singaraja, Bali. The 14 items of Indonesian version resilience scale and the Health- Promoting Lifestyle Profile (HPLP II) administrated to evaluated the eefect of the program. The open questioner of acceptablity and feasibies used to evaluate the feasibility of the program based on students' perception, and veryvication by interview. The paired sample t-tes by JASP Versi 0.10.0 performed to analisys the data. The feasibilites program based on student perception is narated. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the programs are effective to improve student healt and life style and resilience, and (2) the program achieve high acceptance and feasibility students.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1)kontribusi intensitas hubungan dalam pola asuh orang tua terhadap rasa percaya diri siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja, (2)kontribusi adversity quotient terhadap rasa percaya diri siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja, dan (3)kontribusi secara bersama-sama antara intensitas hubungan dalam pola asuh orang tua dan adversity quotient terhadap rasa percaya diri siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja. Sampel penelitian ini ditetapkan 213 menggunakan tabel dari Krejcie dan Morgan dan diperbesar dengan formula Warwiek & Lininger. Untuk memilih anggota sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling dan anggota sampel ditentukan dengan teknik undian. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner, dan selanjutnya dianalisis dengan teknik statisktik yaitu kolerasi product moment dan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) kontribusi intensitas hubungan dalam pola asuh orang tua terhadap rasa percaya diri siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja signifikan dengan (r) yaitu 0,247, (2)Kontribusi adversity quotient terhadap rasa percaya diri siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja dengan (r)=0,526. (3) Terdapat kontribusi secara bersama-sama antara intensitas hubungan dalam pola asuh orang tua dan adversity quotient terhadap rasa percaya diri siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja dengan (R) yaitu 0,548, sedangkan besar koefisien determinasinya (r2) = 0,299. Kata Kunci : intensitas pola asuh orang tua, adversity quotient, rasa percaya diri This study which is aimed at investigating (1)Contribution of intensive relation on parent\u27s guidance toward the students\u27 confidence and contribution of adversity quotient toward the students\u27 confidence at ninth grade students of SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja. Sample of this study was determined to use Krejcie\u27s table and also Morgan\u27s and Warwiek\u27s and Lininger\u27s formula. Sample Random Sampling was used in this study and lottery was use to determine the sample. Questionnaire technique was used to collect the data, then it was analyzed statistically namely: correlation product moment and regression analysis.     The Student Empathy for a Prospective School Counselor : How Does Group Counseling Affect It? (An Analysis Based on Gender)

    This study aims to analyze the effect of group counseling on increasing the empathy of prospective counselor students. The research method uses  an experimental one-group pretest-posttest control design. The subjects in this study were guidance and counselling students at the Mandalika University of Education, and classified as having low empathy criteria. Data collection was carried out using an empathy questionnaire. Data analysis used the one-way ANOVA statistical test. The results of this study indicate that group counselling affects increasing the empathy of guidance and counselling students at the Mandalika University of Education. Besides  there are differences in the level of empathy between male and female students, where female students have higher empathy than male students

    Penerapan Teori Konseling Behavioral Dengan Teknik Self-management Untuk Meningkatkan Minat Belajar Siswa Kelas XI C Ap Smk Negeri 1 Singaraja

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan penerapan teori konseling behavioral dengan teknik self-management untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa kelas XI C AP SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI C AP berjumlah 37 orang. Teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik self-management melalui Metode pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner, observasi dan analisis data. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari identifikasi, diagnosa, prognosa, konseling, evaluasi dan tahap refleksi. Treatment diberikan sebanyak 3 kali pada siklus I dan siklus II. Jika siswa sudah melebihi kriteria keberhasilan 70%, maka telah tuntas pada siklus I dan tidak perlu mendapatkan treatment disiklus II. Peningkatakan dapat dilihat dari hasil kuesioner skor penyebaran awal yaitu sebesar 50,25% meningkat menjadi 74,77%. Rata-rata peningkatannya adalah 38,78%. Dari hasil tersebut, 4 orang siswa belum memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan 70% sehingga perlu untuk melanjutkan treatment ke siklus II. Pada siklus II siswa yang sudah mengalami peningkatan pada minat belajar diikut sertakan dalam siklus II yang bertujuan untuk menjaga dan mengembangkan minatnya dalam belajar. Pada siklus II pencapaian minat belajar siswa yaitu 74,77% menjadi 86,16 %. Rata-rata peningkatannya adalah 18,08% terhadap 8 orang siswa. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknik self-management efektif untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Kata Kunci : Teori Konseling Behavioral, Self-management, Minat Belajar This study aimed at knowing the effectiveness of behavioral counseling theory through self-management to improve learning interest of students in class XI C AP SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja. The subjects of this study were 37 students of XI C AP. Technique implemented was self-management technique through data collection method in the form of questionnaire, observation and data analysis. This study have been conducted in two cycles; each cycle contains of diagnose, prognose, counseling, evaluation, and reflection. Treatments were given three times on cycle I and Cycle II. When the students achieving the success criteria of 70%, they complete the cycle I and do not need to get treatments in cycle II. The improvement can be seen through the results of questionnaires' score in the initial distribution from 50.25% improve to 74.77%. The improvement's average is 38.78%. From those results, 4 students do not meet the completeness criteria of 70%, so that it was needed to continue the treatments to cycle II. At the cycle II, the students whose learning interests are improved were joined at cycle II. The purpose is to keep and foster their interest in studying. At the cycle II, the achievement of students' learning interest improved from 74.77% to 86.16%. The improvement's average is 18.08% toward 8 students.     The Effectiveness of Cognitive Behavior Group Counseling Restructuring Technique to Reduce the Social Anxiety of Cyber-Bullying Victim

    Bullying is one of the apprehensive problems to the students at school. Bullying does not happens only at school but it also happens at cyberspace and it is called cyber-bullying. This aggression involves the use of technology like mobile phones, video camera, email, and web pages to send the message that humiliate other people. Besides that, platforms like social media which are very favored by many people today, can be a tool to do cyber-bullying. The cyber-bullying victim can get many emotional effects like anxiety, stress, depression, or suicide. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral group counseling using cognitive restructuring techniques in reducing cyber-bullying social anxiety among students. This research uses an experimental approach one group pretest-posttest control design. The subject of the research are twelve students at a high school named SMA Negeri 7 Mataram, Indonesia. The data collection uses scale social anxiety. The data analysis use one way statistic ANNOVA. The results showed that the application of cognitive behavioral group counseling using cognitive restructuring techniques was effective in reducing cyber-bullying social anxiety in students.     Penerapan Konseling Behavioral dengan Teknik Asertive Training untuk Meningkatkan Kemandirian Belajar Siswa Kelas X Iis 1 SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja

    Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian tindakan (Action Research In Counseling) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemandirian belajar siswa kelas X IIS 1 SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja setelah dilaksanakan penerapan konseling behavioral dengan teknik asertive training. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X IIS 1 SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 siklus dimana masing-masing siklus melalui tahap identifikasi, diagnosa, prognosa, konseling/treatment, evaluasi/follow up, dan refleksi. Proses pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner kemandirian pola skala linkert dan dianalisis secara deskriptif serta menggunakan buku harian. Hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa kategori kemandirian belajar siswa pada siklus I adalah katagori sedang 4 orang (18%), kategori rendah 2 orang (9%) dan tidak ada siswa yang memiliki kategori rendah sekali. Jika dibandingkan dengan kategori skor kemandirian belajar siswa pada siklus II sebagai berikut siswa dengan kategori sangat tinggi 2 orang (9%), kategori tinggi 4 orang (18%) dan tidak ada siswa yang memiliki kategori rendah. Ini menunjukkan sudah ada peningkatan secara signifikan. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa konseling behavioral dengan teknik asertive training efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa kelas X IIS 1 SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja. This study is an action research that aims to determine the increase in learning independence class X IIS 1 SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja after the application of behavioral counseling conducted by asertive training techniques. The research subjects were students of class X IIS 1 SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja. This research through two cycles where each cycle has a phase identification, diagnosis, pragnosa, counseling / treatment, evaluation / follow-up, and reflection. process of data collection in this study used a questionnaire independence linkert scale patterns and analyzed descriptively and using a diary. results of the analysis found that the category of student learning independence in cycle 1 is a medium category 4 (18%) pupils, low category 2 (9%) pupils, and no student who has a very low category. when compared with the score category learning independence in cycle 2 the following categories of students with very high category 2 pupils (9%), high category 4 (18%) pupils, and no students who have a low category. This shows that there is a significant increase of the major subject in that school.
