    Some Methodological Aspects of Selection Serials to Be Included in the Information Environment for Researchers in a Technical or Natural Science (by Example of Optoelectronics and Optical Systems)

    A comprehensive citation analysis-based methodology for selecting the world scientific serials to be included in information environment for researchers in a specific natural or technical science is featured. The case study was fulfilled for serials to be included in information environment for researchers in optoelectronics and optical systems (OOS) with the use of Journal Citation Reports (JCR) data. The indices taken for serials evaluation were: total citedness of a serial in the selected journals specialized in OOS; the “discipline impact factor” (Hirst 1978) i.e. the impact factor which numerator is the magnitude of a serial citedness not by all the JCR-indexed journals, but by the ones specialized in OOS, the denominator being the number of papers in a cited serial; the magnitude of total citedness of the journals specialized in OOS in a serial under evaluation; the “discipline susceptibility factor” of a serial (Lazarev and Skalaban 2016; Lazarev et al. 2017), i.e. the number of citations to the mentioned specialized journals made in a serial being evaluated divided by the number of papers in a citing serial. The citation window is one year, the publication window is “5+1” years (i.e. 5 previous years plus the year of citing). With the application of the outlined methodology, the selection of serials believed to be necessary to implement research in OOS has been accomplished, and after application of threshold values, merging and elimination some of the data, the list of 538 serials has been determined. The second pair of indices reflects the susceptibility of the serials being evaluated to the research field represented by cited specialized journals

    The adsorption of reduced forms of molybdo-phosphoric, molybdo-antimono-phosphoric and molybdosilicic heteropoly acids with few anion-exchanger on the base of tetradecylammonium nitrate absorbed onto amorphous silica was investigated. The interaction of heteropoly acids with immobilized quaternary ammonium salts was investigated via UV/VIS and solid-phase spectrophotometric methods. The significant influence of the surface groups on the chromophorous system of adsorbed heteropoly anions was shown. Unexpected strong fixing of HPA on the surface was found to be a result of formation of ion associates between heteropoly acids and immobilized tetradecylammonium nitrate and HPA interaction with active groups of the nonmodified silica surface

    The paper considers methods for determination of gas-expansion and generator unit indices when they are applied at a thermal power station. It is shown, that while relating the effect of additional power-and-heat generation output due to heat taking-off from steam turbines to gas-expansion and generator unit to the operation of this unit a specific fuel consumption of power supply from gas-expansion and generator unit can be lower than fuel equivalent of kilowatt-hour.Рассматриваются способы определения показателей детандер-генераторных установок (ДГУ) для случая их использования на ТЭС. Показывается, что при отнесении эффекта от дополнительной теплофикационной выработки вследствие отбора теплоты от паровых турбин на ДГУ на работу непосредственно детандер-генераторной установки удельный расход топлива на отпуск электроэнергии от ДГУ может быть ниже топливного эквивалента киловатт-часа

    The paper considers problems pertaining to limitation of heating extraction load of power-and-heat supply turbo-generators with the purpose to obtain a reserve power.Graphical dependences for determination of time period within which an indoor temperature is decreased by 1 оС according to relative heat expenditure for heating and a value of outdoor temperature. The paper reveals the possibility to limit a heating load by 20% within some hours time while observing comfortable indoor conditions.Рассматриваются вопросы ограничения нагрузки отопительных отборов теплофикационных турбоагрегатов для получения резервной мощности.Приводятся графические зависимости для определения времени, в течение которого температура внутри помещения снижается на 1 оС в зависимости от относительного расхода теплоты на отопление и температуры наружного воздуха. Показывается возможность ограничения отопительной нагрузки примерно на 20 % в течение нескольких часов при соблюдении комфортных условий в помещении
