Influence of transverse bottom elements on energy dissipation in the stilling basin

Předkládaná práce se zabývá porovnáním míry disipované kinetické energie proudu ve vývarech různých příčných průřezů, doplněných příčnými dnovými prvky na základě modelového výzkumu. Účel práce vyplývá z požadavku rekonstruovat stávající bezpečností objekty vodních děl spolu s navýšením jejich kapacity. V rámci experimentálního výzkumu byly měřeny hloubkové poměry při různých variantách. Na základě výsledků modelových zkoušek jsou zhodnoceny a tabelárně seřazeny varianty podle účinnosti tlumení kinetické energie proudu. Výsledky práce budou použity pro efektivní návrh zejména dodatečných úprav vývarů.The thesis is dealing with comparing of the kinetic energy flow dissipation in stilling basins of different cross-section, supplemented by cross bottom elements based on model research. Purpose of work is the desire to reconstruct the existing building security structure of waterworks along with increasing their capacity. Within experimental research were measured depths in different variants. Based on the results of model tests are evaluated and tabulated sorted variants of the combat effectiveness of the kinetic energy flow. The results will be used for the efficient design of additional alterations of stilling basins.

Deterministic Games Playing with Learning

Tato práce se zabývá tvorbou umělé inteligence pro počítačového hráče deterministických her, jako je například dáma. Je rozebrán princip myšlenky a metody pro nalezení nejlepšího tahu pro daný herní stav v rozsáhlém stavovém prostoru v kombinaci s metodou posilovaného učení, která nám umožňuje ohodnocení jednotlivých herních stavů. Práce zahrnuje také rozbor metody pro nalezení všech možných tahů v konkrétní implementované hře dáma, návrh efektivního nakládání s ohodnocenými herními stavy a mechanismus náhradního ohodnocení při absenci některého z nich. V závěru je výsledná aplikace podrobena souboru testů, v nichž je porovnána s konkurenčním programem a jsou rozebírány dosažené vlastnosti metod hledání nejlepšího tahu a posilovaného učení.This paper deals with creating artificial intelligence for computer player for deterministic games such as checkers. It's analyzed principle of idea and method for best move searching for a current game state in very large state space in combination with method reinforcement learning which allows us to evaluate individual game states. The paper also involves analysis of method for finding all possible moves in concrete implemented game checkers, concept of effective treatment with evaluated game states and mechanism alternate evaluating in case the absence any of them. At the end is final application going in collection of tests where is compared with competitive program and the achieved properties of methods searching best move and reinforcement learning are analyzed.

PPC Campaigns Optimization and Its Influence on Firm's Management

Tématem diplomové práce je optimalizace PPC kampaní a jejich vliv na řízení firmy. Cílem práce je na základě analýzy PPC kampaní za roky 2017 a 2018 poskytnout managementu firmy návrhy, jak dosáhnout předem stanovených cílů. Data, na kterých byla analýza prováděna byla poskytnuta systémy Google Ads a Sklik. Analýza výkonnosti je provedena v rámci celých systému Ads a Sklik a následně na jednotlivých nástrojích PPC reklamy. V závěru práce byly společnosti poskytnuty tři návrhy, jak v rámci PPC kampaní dosáhnout naplnění cílů na získání nových zákazníků a udržení stanoveného podílu nákladů na obratu.The main focus of this dissertation is optimization of the PPC campaigns and its influence on managing a business. The goal of this dissertation is, based on analysis of the PPC campaigns from the years of 2017 and 2018, to provide suggestions to the business' management how to accomplish their set goals. Data, on which was the analysis made was provided by Google Ads and Sklik systems. The analysis of efficiency was done within entire systems of Ads and Sklik, followed by individual implements of the PPC advertisement. In the end of this dissertation, three suggestions were made to the business company, how to help reaching goals to gain new customers and maintain a fixed share of turnover costs by using PPC.115 - Katedra managementuvýborn

Analysis of Various Approaches to Solving Optimization Tasks

Tato práce se zabývá řešením optimalizačních úloh při použití různých přístupů. Na úvod je formálně definován pojem optimalizační úloha a následuje zavedení pojmu fitness funkce, která je společná pro všechny optimalizační metody. Poté jsou rozebrány přístupy při optimalizaci pomocí hejna částic, mravenčí kolonií, simulovaným žíháním, genetickými algoritmy a posilovaným učením. Pro testování slouží dvě diskrétní (problém více batohů a problém pokrytí množiny) a dvě spojité úlohy (hledání globálního minima Ackleyho a Rastriginovy funkce), jež popisujeme v další kapitole. Následuje popis implementačních detailů pro jednotlivé optimalizační metody, například způsoby reprezentace řešení či jakým způsobem jsou stávající řešení v průběhu algoritmu měněna. Nakonec jsou prezentovány výsledky měření, které ukazují optimální nastavení parametrů zkoumaných metod vzhledem k testovacím úlohám.This paper deals with various approaches to solving optimization tasks. In prolog some examples from real life that show the application of optimization methods are given. Then term optimization task is defined and introducing of term fitness function which is common to all optimization methods follows. After that approaches by particle swarm optimization, ant colony optimization, simulated annealing, genetic algorithms and reinforcement learning are theoretically discussed. For testing we are using two discrete (multiple knapsack problem and set cover problem) and two continuous tasks (searching for global minimum of Ackley's and Rastrigin's function) which are presented in next chapter. Description of implementation details follows. For example description of solution representation or how current solutions are changed. Finally, results of measurements are presented. They show optimal settings for parameters of given optimization methods considering test tasks. In the end are given test tasks, which will be used for finding optimal settings of given approaches.

Předkládaná práce se zabývá porovnáním míry disipované kinetické energie nadkritického proudu při použití různých dnových prvků na základě modelového výzkumu. Absence údajů o účinnostech jednotlivých dnových prvků neumožňuje vzájemné porovnání různých úprav dna v dolních zdržích vzdouvacích staveb. V rámci experimentálního výzkumu byly měřeny hloubkové poměry při různých variantách úpravy vývaru dnovými prvky. Na základě modelových zkoušek jsou zhodnoceny a tabelárně seřazeny varianty podle efektivity tlumení kinetické energie vodního proudu. Výsledky práce mohou být použity pro efektivní a hospodárný návrh zejména dodatečných úprav vývarů.The thesis is dealing with comparing dissipation of the kinetic energy water flow using various bottom elements based on model research. There is missing information about efficiency of different kinds of bottom elements. This absence does not allow to compare different modification of the bottom of stilling basins. Within experimental research were measured depths in different variants. Based on the results of model tests are evaluated and tabulated sorted variants of the combat efficiency of the kinetic energy water flow. The results will be used for the efficient and economic design of additional alterations of stilling basins.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the design of communication mix for Laser game Brno. The theoretical part of the thesis describes terminology of marketing communication and communication mix. Practical part includes the essential characteristics of Laser game Brno, a description of marketing mix and the necessary analysis. The design of the communication mix, which also contains the budget of designed changes, is based on the analysis of the current status of communication mix, competition analysis and segmentation. The conclusion deals with evaluation of the designed changes and their comparison with the current situation

Hodnocení výkonnosti podniku

The subject of this diploma thesis is evaluation of the performance of the selected company using financial and especially non-financial approaches. The financial situation of the enterprise is assessed using financial analysis and economic value added. Non-financial approaches to performance evaluation are the EFQM Model Excellence and the method of Balanced Scorecard. Diploma thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part Literary research are described financial analysis, economic added value, EFQM Model Excellence and the method of Balanced Scorecard. In the practical part is briefly presented the characteristic of the company and subsequently applied selected methods. The results of the methods used are compared with each other and then proposals to increase the competitiveness of the company are developed. At the end of the thesis, the possibility of generalizing used approaches and pro-posals for other companies in the sector is considered
