Many scholars hail Tamil as the language of devotion. There is more moral literature in Tamil than in other languages. The literature in the Tamil language has the power to inculcate morality in mankind and thereby inculcate morality. The sixth knowledge of the people is the result of morality. This sixth sense is the difference between people and animals. A man lives by defining what things should be done and how to do them. Literature conveys this way of life to the human mind. Those who are virtuous are the highest. For a disciplined person, all the places they go to are special. Literature helps us to prevent the mind, language, and truth from going down the evil way and keep them in righteousness. It is a proverb that moral order governs the town. The country does not fail to appreciate those who have walked according to discipline. Righteousness is better. That's what will win. The absolute form is a set of moral systems that man has defined for himself. It is righteousness to cut off the evil deeds that bring about man's birth. When this is followed, it blossoms into a quality of morality and becomes respected as a way of life

Pattinapalai is one of the literatures that testifies to the life lived by the ancient Tamil people. This book is composed by the poet Uruthirakannanar. The specialty of the ancient Chola country, its wealth, the heroic deeds of Charikalan and the way of life of the people are highlighted. The song is set at 301 feet. Pattinapalai is the epitome of the charcoal Chola specialty of Kavirippoompattinam. Sangam literature holds a unique place in the creative context of Tamil literary history. The Sangakkala people can be discriminated against as natural morality because they lived with natural morality and as heroic age because of the emphasis on heroic sentiments. Songs are a mixture of literature and life. Sangakkala songs are also known as people's life songs. Most of them are spontaneous poems that express their innermost feelings. The study is set to explore the emotions of the poets, the lifestyles of the people, and the thoughts of life

We studied the properties of the low-frequency quasi-periodic oscillations detected in a sample of six black hole candidates (XTE J1550-564, H 1743-322, XTE J1859+226, 4U 1630-47,GX 339-4, XTE J1650-500) observed by the Rossi XTE satellite. We analyzed the relation between the full width half maximum and the frequency of all the narrow peaks detected in power density spectra where a type-C QPO is observed. Our goal was to understand the nature of the modulation of the signal by comparing the properties of different harmonic peaks in the power density spectrum. We find that for the sources in our sample the width of the fundamental and of the first harmonic are compatible with a frequency modulation, while that of the sub-harmonic is independent of frequency, possibly indicating the presence of an additional modulation in amplitude. We compare our results with those obtained earlier from GRS 1915+105 and XTE J1550-564.Comment: 8 pages, 3 figures, accepted for publication in Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society Main Journa

Caesarean scar pregnancy is a very rare form of ectopic pregnancy. It complicates approximately 1 in 2200 pregnancies. However, it is becoming increasingly more frequent with the increasing number of caesarean sections performed each year. The recommended approach to treatment is therapeutic termination of pregnancy at the time of recognition. In this article, we present a case of caesarean scar pregnancy managed expectantly with Methotrexate and uterine Artery Embolization. We reported a case of 30 years old female, gravida 5, para1, live 1, abortion 3 with a previous history of caesarean section with GA of 8w5d/DCDA twin was admitted in view of low implantation of gestational sacs in lower uterine corpus. Trans vaginal ultrasound done and diagnosis of caesarean scar twin pregnancy was made. She was treated with Methotrexate 50 mg intramuscularly along with uterine artery embolization and follow up with beta HCG levels. Post embolization sac size was reduced and falling level of beta HCG values. Patient was discharged and follow-up with beta HCG level weekly. It is important for obstetrician and radiologist managing women with risk factor for a scar ectopic pregnancy to maintain a high index of suspicion during follow up. Failure to diagnose and initiate prompt management may lead to uterine rupture, massive Haemorrhage and maternal death

The explosive increase in social networking popularity results in problem usage. A number of social mental illnesses in the network have been reported, including cyber relationship dependence, overload of information and Net Compulsion. The symptoms of these psychiatric illnesses are mostly passively observed today and lead to delayed treatment procedure. We do not rely on self-review of these mental factors through questionnaires in psychology, as our methodology is new and groundbreaking with regard to SNMD detection. We instead provide a deep learning system that exploits features taken from the social network's data to correctly classify possible SNMD incidents. We also suggest the social network's mental disorder detection framework. In order to increase precision, we also use multi-source training in SNMDD and suggest a new SNMD-based tensor model. We further enhance reliability with accuracy guarantees in order to maximize STM's scalability. Our system is assessed by a sample analysis of 3126 apps. A function analysis and SNMDD on massive databases are performed and the properties of the three categories of SNMD analyzed. The findings demonstrate that SNMDD is good at finding consumers of future SNMDs online social network

Background: Caesarean section rates are on the rise all over the world. Primary caesarean section usually determines the future obstetric course of any woman and therefore should be avoided whenever possible. WHO recommended that caesarean rates should not be more than 15 %. In this view we started our study on how to reduce the rate of Primary caesarean section in Tertiary Care Centre, Madurai, India. The objective of the present study was to evaluate how the implementation of universally acceptable standards affects rates of primary caesarean section rates without compromising maternal and foetal safetyMethods: This a comparative study on the effect of standard labour protocols and guidelines devised after audit of cases from January 2017 to June 2017, on the rate of primary caesarean section rates, induction of labour, failed induction, maternal and fetal outcomes before and after the implementation of the guidelines. Results: Primary caesarean section rates from 52.85% to 45.02% noted in the induced cases. There were no significant adverse maternal and perinatal outcomes. Conclusions: Implementation of standard labour protocols can reduce primary caesarean section rate without compromising maternal or foetal safety

STRUCTURAL AND FUNCTIONAL IMPACT OF G2032R MUTATION IN ROS1 – A THEORETICAL PERSPECTIVE

    Get PDF
Objective: Drug resistance is an imperative issue in the treatment of patients with lung cancer. In this work, investigation of the drug resistance mechanism of G2032R mutation in ROS1 is carried out using computational simulation techniques. Methods: Molecular docking and molecular dynamics (MD) simulation approach have been utilized to uncover the mechanism behind crizotinib resistance in ROS1 at a molecular level. Normal mode analysis was carried out using ElNemo server which examines the movements and conformational changes in the protein structure. ArgusLab, PEARLS, and Autodock were employed for the docking analysis, whereas GROMACS package 4.5.3 was used for MD simulation approach. Results: The results from our analysis indicates that wild-type ROS1 (Protein Data Bank Code 3ZBF) could be more crucial for the crizotinib binding as it indicates largest binding affinity, minimum number of H-bonds, and higher flexibility than mutant-type ROS1. Moreover, the theoretical basis for the cause of drug insensitivity is the differences in the electrostatic properties of binding site residues between the wild and mutant ROS1 structures. Our analysis theoretically suggests that E-2027 is a key residue responsible for the ROS1 drug selectivity. Conclusion: Molecular docking and MD simulation results provide an explanation of the resistance caused by G2032R and may give a key clue for the drug design to encounter drug resistance.Â
