    The SAGE-Spec Spitzer Legacy program: The life-cycle of dust and gas in the Large Magellanic Cloud: Point source classification I.

    http://arxiv.org/abs/1009.5929We present the classification of 197 point sources observed with the Infrared Spectrograph in the SAGE-Spec Legacy program on the Spitzer Space Telescope. We introduce a decision-tree method of object classification based on infrared spectral features, continuum and spectral energy distribution shape, bolometric luminosity, cluster membership, and variability information, which is used to classify the SAGE-Spec sample of point sources. The decision tree has a broad application to mid-infrared spectroscopic surveys, where supporting photometry and variability information are available. We use these classifications to make deductions about the stellar populations of the Large Magellanic Cloud and the success of photometric classification methods. We find 90 asymptotic giant branch (AGB) stars, 29 young stellar objects, 23 post-AGB objects, 19 red supergiants, eight stellar photospheres, seven background galaxies, seven planetary nebulae, two HII regions and 12 other objects, seven of which remain unclassified.R.     In the higher levels of competition, companies must be able to deal withcompetitors that offer similar products. Implementation required the rightcompetitive strategy to win the competition. The implementation of the differentiationstrategy is the implementation of the policy by the company by providing a series ofimportant and valuable differences, in order to differentiate the products offered bythe company with competitors products. This strategy is implemented by thecompany because consumers now have more choices in selecting a product. For thatthe company should be able to create a different product or service., Superior, andattractive than other companies in order to attract the attention of consumers.This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of thedifferentiation strategy as an alternative strategy to retain customers and what arethe factors inhibiting PT Indah Logistic faced in implementing the differentiationstrategy. This is a descriptive study. The sampling technique used is AcidentalSampling data collected with interviews and observations.The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the differentiationstrategy undertaken by PT. Indah branch Logistic Pekanbaru pretty good. The besteffects are the product differentiation and image.     Drug abuse is a crime, because it will give bad impact for people around the abuser her self, drug abuse is generally done by men, but as the growth of era, women did not escape the threat of drugs. Drug abuse among women is one case that has increased in recent years, especially in Pekanbaru. In institution of class II B for children Pekanbaru drug abuse conducted by women is the most cases compared to other criminal cases that is as much as 167 inmates at the end of 2016. This study is to find out what the characteristics of the perpetrators of drug abusers from the first story begins to use, the type of drugs that is consume up to the chronology of arrest and what factors that cause a drug abuse. The theory that is used is the theory of deviance and social action. Technique of sampling that is used in this research is purposive informant in selective according to criteria, informant amounted of 7 person, that is 5 main informant of woman\u27s drug abuse and 2 person as a key informant, 1 from BNN Riau province and 1 person investigator from Polresta Drug Units . Method of data analysis is use a qualitative descriptive data retrieval use interview technique and documentation. The result of research explain that the background that cause woman abusing drugs interrelated. Both the background from within and from outside such as family disharmony to the most influential is the social environment

    Pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure dan Corporate Governance Terhadap Firm Value

    The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure and Corporate Governance on firm value. This research methodology in collecting data used quantitative data with purposive sampling method. The sample is a manufacturing companies listed on the IDX period 2014 to 2017, that resulted 276 companies. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results show that Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure, independent commissioner and board of directors have positive and significant impact on firm value, while the audit committee has no effect on firm value, but Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure, independent commissioners, board of directors and audit committee together influence firm value. The suggestion that the researcher proposes is the research sample that is used more in all industry sectors, so get a better and more accurate sample, in CSR disclosure which is distinguished between companies that belong to high profile category with low profile and replace the CSR disclosure index with the latest index from GRI

    Pada operasi pemboran sumur K lapangan N trayek 12 ¼”, nilai pengangkatan cutting tidak efektif. Hal inidibuktikan dengan dilakukan perhitungan cutting transport ratio pada bagian casing drillpipe dan annulusdrillpipe. Hasil perhitungan menunjukan pada bagian tersebut nilai cutting transport ratio berada dibawah kondisioptimal. Lalu pada trayek 8 ½” nilai pengangkatan juga tidak efektif. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, jenis aliranyang terjadi pada annulus NMDC adalah aliran turbulen. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang terjadi pada trayek 12¼” dan 8 ½”, diperkirakan kecepatan alir lumpur (Va) sebagai parameter tidak optimal. Pada sumur K lapanganN digunakan dua metode untuk menganalisa efektifitas pengangkatan cutting, yaitu cutting transport ratio (CTR)dan cutting concentration (cc). Pada cutting transport ratio, pengangkatan cutting dikatakan baik jika nilainyadiatas 90% dan pada cutting concentration pengangkatan cutting dikatakan baik jika nilainya dibawah 5%. Padatrayek 12 ¼”, setelah kecepatan alir ditingkatkan dengan cara meningkatkan flow rate menjadi 970 gpm. Makanilai cutting transport ratio pada casing drillpipe menjadi 90,08% dan pada annulus drillpipe menjadi 90,58%. Lalupada trayek 8 ½”, setelah kecepatan alir diturunkan dengan cara menurunkan flow rate menjadi 370 gpm, makapada bagian annulus NMDC jenis aliran menjadi aliran laminer

    This research purpose is to design a Blended Learning System that allows participants to learning online with SCORM-based material. Tracking progress of online learning outcomes will be reported to the facilitator, management and survey work. Research methodology are method of designing and literature study. Design method using two first step in extreme methods, the planning and design programming. Literature study Methods is taken to find references on the internet and read a book for the collection of required data. The results of this study is used to simplify facilitator in acknowledging to what extent the participants understand the material provided and trigger a process of discussion in the classroom. The conclusion from this study is designed blended learning allows participants become interactive in performing learning online, showing progress and becoming interactive. Therefore, through survey, it can support learning to become more Interactive and informative

    PERBANDINGAN TINGKAT AKURASI JENIS CITRA KEABUAN , HSV, DAN L*a*b* PADA IDENTIFIKASI JENIS BUAH PIR

    Image processing has been commonly used in automatic object identification. These are some methods that can be used for automatic object identification, such as LVQ, K-NN, SVM, and Neural Network. This research specifically bring out the topic about the level accuracy comparison in identification of pear variety using grayscale, HSV, and L*a*b* images in aim to get the best image type for pear image identification using neural network. The feature are gray level co-occurrence matrix feature (energy, entropy, homogeneity, and contrast) from canny edge detection’s image and also color feature. Based on image examination result, grayscale reached its best accuracy for 90% on MSE 1e-10 with 10 hidden layer neurons, HSV reached its best accuracy for 100% on MSE 1e-5 with 20 hidden layer neurons, L*a*b* reached its best accuracy for 100% on MSE 1e-5 with 15 hidden layer neurons.
