Анализ релейной защиты и автоматики района параллельных линий 110 кВ «Анжерская – Разъезд 3704» Кузбасской энергосистемы
Объектом анализа является релейная защита и автоматика района параллельных линий 110кВ «Анжерская – Разъезд 3704» Кузбасской энергосистемы Цель работы: анализ имеющегося оборудования защиты параллельных линий 110кВ, уставок защиты и согласованность степеней. В процессе исследования составлена схема замещения; рассмотрен состав защит линий и силовых трансформаторов; рассчитаны уставки и чувствительность защищаемой линии; обсуждены результаты выполненной работы.

Atomic and nuclear physics with stored particles in ion traps
Trapping and cooling techniques play an increasingly important role in many areas of science. This review concentrates on recent applications of ion traps installed at accelerator facilities to atomic and nuclear physics such as mass spectrometry of radioactive isotopes, weak interaction studies, symmetry tests, determination of fundamental constants, laser spectroscopy, and spectroscopy of highly-charged ions. In addition, ion traps are proven to be extremely efficient devices for (radioactive) ion beam manipulation as, for example, retardation, accumulation, cooling, beam cleaning, charge-breeding, and bunching
The Reaction 7Li(pi+,pi-)7B and its Implications for 7B
The reaction 7Li(pi+,pi-)7B has been measured at incident pion energies of
30-90 MeV. 7Li constitutes the lightest target nucleus, where the pionic charge
exchange may proceed as a binary reaction to a discrete final state. Like in
the Delta-resonance region the observed cross sections are much smaller than
expected from the systematics found for heavier nuclei. In analogy to the
neutron halo case of 11Li this cross section suppression is interpreted as
evidence for a proton halo in the particle-unstable nucleus 7B.Comment: 4 pages, 4 figure
Evidence, Content and Corroboration and the Tree of Life
We examine three critical aspects of Popper’s formulation of the ‘Logic of Scientific Discovery’—evidence, content and degree of corroboration—and place these concepts in the context of the Tree of Life (ToL) problem with particular reference to molecular systematics. Content, in the sense discussed by Popper, refers to the breadth and scope of existence that a hypothesis purports to explain. Content, in conjunction with the amount of available and relevant evidence, determines the testability, or potential degree of corroboration, of a statement; content distinguishes scientific hypotheses from metaphysical assertions. Degree of corroboration refers to the relative and tentative confidence assigned to one hypothesis over another, based upon the performance of each under critical tests. Here we suggest that systematists attempt to maximize content and evidence to increase the potential degree of corroboration in all phylogenetic endeavors. Discussion of this “total evidence” approach leads to several interesting conclusions about generating ToL hypotheses
Evidence for a breakdown of the Isobaric Multiplet Mass Equation: A study of the A=35, T=3/2 isospin quartet
Mass measurements on radionuclides along the potassium isotope chain have
been performed with the ISOLTRAP Penning trap mass spectrometer. For 35K
T1/2=178ms) to 46K (T1/2=105s) relative mass uncertainties of 2x10-8 and better
have been achieved. The accurate mass determination of 35K (dm=0.54keV) has
been exploited to test the Isobaric Multiplet Mass Equation (IMME) for the
A=35, T=3/2 isospinquartet. The experimental results indicate a deviation from
the generally adopted quadratic form.Comment: 8 pages, 4 figure
Reduction of Tc due to Impurities in Cuprate Superconductors
In order to explain how impurities affect the unconventional
superconductivity, we study non-magnetic impurity effect on the transition
temperature using on-site U Hubbard model within a fluctuation exchange (FLEX)
approximation. We find that in appearance, the reduction of Tc roughly
coincides with the well-known Abrikosov-Gor'kov formula. This coincidence
results from the cancellation between two effects; one is the reduction of
attractive force due to randomness, and another is the reduction of the damping
rate of quasi-particle arising from electron interaction. As another problem,
we also study impurity effect on underdoped cuprate as the system showing
pseudogap phenomena. To the aim, we adopt the pairing scenario for the
pseudogap and discuss how pseudogap phenomena affect the reduction of Tc by
impurities. We find that 'pseudogap breaking' by impurities plays the essential
role in underdoped cuprate and suppresses the Tc reduction due to the
superconducting (SC) fluctuation.Comment: 14 pages, 28 figures To be published in JPS
Separated Oscillatory Fields for High-Precision Penning Trap Mass Spectrometry
Ramsey's method of separated oscillatory fields is applied to the excitation
of the cyclotron motion of short-lived ions in a Penning trap to improve the
precision of their measured mass. The theoretical description of the extracted
ion-cyclotron-resonance line shape is derived out and its correctness
demonstrated experimentally by measuring the mass of the short-lived Ca
nuclide with an uncertainty of using the ISOLTRAP Penning
trap mass spectrometer at CERN. The mass value of the superallowed beta-emitter
Ca is an important contribution for testing the conserved-vector-current
hypothesis of the electroweak interaction. It is shown that the Ramsey method
applied to mass measurements yields a statistical uncertainty similar to that
obtained by the conventional technique ten times faster.Comment: 5 pages, 4 figures, 0 table
Diffusion and jump-length distribution in liquid and amorphous CuZr
Using molecular dynamics simulation, we calculate the distribution of atomic
jum ps in CuZr in the liquid and glassy states. In both states
the distribution of jump lengths can be described by a temperature independent
exponential of the length and an effective activation energy plus a
contribution of elastic displacements at short distances. Upon cooling the
contribution of shorter jumps dominates. No indication of an enhanced
probability to jump over a nearest neighbor distance was found. We find a
smooth transition from flow in the liquid to jumps in the g lass. The
correlation factor of the diffusion constant decreases with decreasing
temperature, causing a drop of diffusion below the Arrhenius value, despite an
apparent Arrhenius law for the jump probability

Revenue-driven scheduling in drone delivery networks with time-sensitive service level agreements
Drones are widely anticipated to be used for commercial service deliveries, with potential to contribute to economic growth, estimated at £42 billion in the UK alone by the year 2030. Alongside air traffic control algorithms, drone-based courier services will have to make intelligent decisions about how to deploy their limited resources in order to increase profits. This paper presents a new scheduling algorithm for optimising the revenue of a drone courier service provider in these highly utilised time-sensitive service delivery systems. The first input to the algorithm is a monotonically decreasing value over time function which describes the service level agreement between the service provider and its customers. The second is the anticipated drone flight-time duration distribution. Our results show that the newly-developed scheduling algorithm, Least Lost Value, inspired by concepts for real-time computational workload processing, is able to successfully route drones to extract increased revenue to the service provider in comparison with two widely-used scheduling algorithms: First Come First Served and Shortest Job First, in terms of realised revenue
