Analisis Teori Ashabiyah Ibn Khaldun Sebagai Model Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Umat. Sifat alamiah manusia adalah senantiasa hidup berkelompok, saling menggantungkan diri, dan tidak mampu hidup sendiri tanpa membutuhkan bantuan orang lain. Sehingga dari sifat alamiah tersebut serta adanya tujuan yang sama dari masing-masing manusia, kemudian terbentuklah ashabiyah (baca: komunitas) di antara mereka. Kesatuan sosial ini terbentuk sejak mulai dari kelompok terkecil sampai kepada kesatuan kelompok manusia yang paling besar. Jika dikaitkan dengan ekonomi maka teori ashabiyah akan menjadi “ekonomi berbasis komunitas”, “berbasis badawah (komunitas tradisional, desa) dan berbasis hadharah (komunitas modern, kota)”, dengan saling bekerjasama dalam komunitas masing-masing untuk mencapai kemakmuran ekonomi.Kata Kunci: ashabiyah, badawah, hadharah, ekonomi umat.Kata Kunci: Demokrasi, Pemilu, Fiqh Siyasah

Jika harga tidak stabil di pasar maka pemerintah ikut intervensi dalam pasar untuk menstabilkan harga.Tulisan ini mencoba untuk mengungkapkan konsep pasar dari sudut bagaimana intervensi pemerintah dalam pasar dan harga perspektif ekonomi islam. Dalam sejarahnya kebijakan-kebijakan Rasulullah saw. dalam intervensi jika terjadi ketidak stabilan harga dalam pasar selalu mengedepankan konsep keadilan. Lembaga al-hisbah (market controller) berfungsi sebagai pengawasan harga yang independen yang lepas dari kepentingan kelompok tertentu. Inspeksi dilakukan jika terjadi melambung dan rendahnya harga di pasar yang tidak disebabkan oleh faktor alamiah (persaingan sempurna). Investigation of Electrochemical and Morphological Properties of Mixed Matrix Polysulfone-Silica Anion Exchange Membrane

Mixed matrix anion exchange membranes (AEMs) were synthesized using dry-wet phase inversion. The casting solutions were prepared by dispersing finely ground anion-exchange resin particles in N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc) solutions of polysulfone (PSf). Subsequently, nanosilica particles were introduced into the membranes. The results show that evaporation time (tev) and solution composition contributed to membrane properties formation. A longer tev produces membranes with reduced void fraction inside the membranes, thus the amount of water adsorbed and membrane conductivity are reduced. Meanwhile, the permselectivity was improved by increasing tev, since a longer tev produces membranes with a narrower channel for ion migration and more effective Donnan exclusion. The incorporation of 0.5 %-wt nanosilica particles into the polymer matrix led to conductivity improvement (from 2.27 to 3.41 mS.cm-1). This may be associated with additional pathway formation by hydroxyl groups on the silica surface that entraps water and assists ion migration. However, at further silica loading (1.0 and 1.5 %-wt), these properties decreased (to 1.9 and 1.4 mS.cm-1 respectively), which attributed to inaccessibility of ion-exchange functional groups due to membrane compactness. It was found from the results that nanosilica contributes to membrane formation (increases casting solution viscosity then reduces void fraction) and membrane functional group addition (provides hydroxyl groups)

We expect that the Integrated Islamic School can become an alternative solution effectively, it is needed to change the approaches of education- from traditional approach to accelerated learning. : Protection of Children in Indonesia Islamic Family Law. This paper reviews the content of Indonesia Marriage Law in regulating children rights including the source of child neglects and solutions to protect the rights of the child maintenance. This study offers five solutions to maintain and protect the rights of child rearing, namely: (1) increasing judges awareness of the importance of child protection issues, (2) promoting continuously the Marriage Law to the public, ( 3) Supreme Court to create a circular that judges in every Religious Court is always using their ex officio right in settling divorce cases, (4) The husband and wife, under their consciousness or under the order of the court, should register their children for education insurance, (5) All prospective married couples should attend a Pre-Marriage Course as a preparation to establish household harmony
