This research conducted to analyze The Influence of Transformasional Leadership, Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction on Nurse Organizational Commitment (Study at Islam Ibnu Sina Hospital Pekanbaru.) There are independent variables in this research such as Transformasional Leadership (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), Job Satisfaction (X3) and Nurse Organizational Commitment (Y) as dependent variabel. The population of this study were nurse at Islam Ibnu Sina Hospital Pekanbaru and total sample were 108 peoples. Multiple regression method are chosen for data analysis by SPSS version 21. The result of this research shows that Transformasional Leadership, Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction both simultaneously and partially had effects with Nurse Organizational Commitment at Islam Ibnu Sina Hospital Pekanbaru.. Organization Culture were dominant factor towards Nurse Organizational Commitment. The expectation of this research is Islam Ibnu Sina Hospital Pekanbaru should improve Transformasional Leadership, Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction among nurse in order to improve Nurse Organizational Commitment

Constraints on Natural MNS Parameters from |U_e3|

The MNS matrix structure emerging as a result of recent neutrino measurements strongly suggests two large mixing angles (solar and atmospheric) and one small angle (|U_e3| << 1). Especially when combined with the neutrino mass hierarchy, these values turn out to impose rather stringent constraints on possible flavor models connecting the three active fermion generations. Specifically, we show that an extremely small value of |U_e3| would require fine tuning of Majorana mass matrix parameters, particularly in the context of seesaw models.Comment: 21 pages, ReVTeX, 2 .eps figure files, updated references and acknowledgment

Structure, Atomistic Simulations, and Phase Transition of Stoichiometric Yeelimite

ABSTRACT: Yeelimite, Ca4[Al6O12]SO4, is outstanding as an aluminate sodalite, being the framework of these type of materials flexible and dependent on ion sizes and anion ordering/disordering. On the other hand, yeelimite is also important from an applied perspective as it is the most important phase in calcium sulfoaluminate cements. However, its crystal structure is not well studied. Here, we characterize the room temperature crystal structure of stoichiometric yeelimite through joint Rietveld refinement using neutron and Xray powder diffraction data coupled with chemical soft-constraints. Our structural study shows that yeelimite has a lower symmetry than that of the previously reported tetragonal system, which we establish to likely be the acentric orthorhombic space group Pcc2, with a √2a × √2a × a superstructure based on the cubic sodalite structure. Final unit cell values were a = 13.0356(7) Å, b = 13.0350(7) Å, and c = 9.1677(2) Å. We determine several structures using density functional theory calculations, with the lowest energy structure being Pcc2 in agreement with our experimental result. Yeelimite undergoes a reversible phase transition to a higher-symmetry phase which has been characterized to occur at 470 °C by thermodiffractometry. The higher-symmetry phase is likely cubic or pseudocubic possessing an incommensurate superstructure, as suggested by our theoretical calculations which show a phase transition from an orthorhombic to a tetragonal structure. Our theoretical study also predicts a pressure-induced phase transition to a cubic structure of space group I43m. Finally, we show that our reported crystal structure of yeelimite enables better mineralogical phase analysis of commercial calcium sulfoaluminate cements, as shown by RF values for this phase, 6.9% and 4.8% for the previously published orthorhombic structure and for the one reported in this study, respectively.Universidad de Málaga. Partially composite two-Higgs doublet model

In the extra dimensional scenarios with gauge fields in the bulk, the Kaluza-Klein (KK) gauge bosons can induce Nambu-Jona-Lasinio (NJL) type attractive four-fermion interactions, which can break electroweak symmetry dynamically with accompanying composite Higgs fields. We consider a possibility that electroweak symmetry breaking (EWSB) is triggered by both a fundamental Higgs and a composite Higgs arising in a dynamical symmetry breaking mechanism induced by a new strong dynamics. The resulting Higgs sector is a partially composite two-Higgs doublet model with specific boundary conditions on the coupling and mass parameters originating at a compositeness scale Λ\Lambda. The phenomenology of this model is discussed including the collider phenomenology at LHC and ILC.Comment: 20 pages, 7 figure

Systematic review of current efforts to quantify the impacts of climate change on undernutrition

The World Health Organization and the Intergovernmental Panel for Climate Change propose undernutrition as the most significant impact of climate change on child health. The question then arises: Where does the empirical evidence to back this claim come from? Current evidence for the impacts of climate on childhood undernutrition draws on a limited number of heterogeneous studies with methodological limitations and is based predominantly on secondary data. Establishing and validating causal pathways among complex confounding factors remain the main challenge in quantifying the climate-attributable fraction of undernutrition. Systematically generating evidence from long-term, high-quality primary data on a range of factors (agricultural, environmental, socioeconomic, and health) at the household level is critical for designing adaptation strategies, particularly for subsistence farmers
