Verkkosivujen vaikutus yrityksen liiketoimintaan : Brantsun Siivouspalvelu Oy

Opinnäytetyö käsittelee verkkosivujen merkitystä osana yrityksen liiketoimintaa. Keskeisessä roolissa opinnäytetyössä ovat eri ominaisuudet, joiden avulla yritykselle rakennetaan toimivat ja tehokkaat verkkosivut. Näitä ominaisuuksia ovat esimerkiksi responsiivisuus, hakukoneoptimointi, informatiivinen sisältö ja toimiva ulkoasu. Opinnäytetyö keskittyy verkkosivujen suunnitteluprosessiin, jonka yhteydessä toteutetaan verkkosivut toimeksiantajayritykselle. Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena on luoda toimeksiantajalle toimivat, liiketoimintaa tukevat verkkosivut. Tavoitteena on myös luoda opinnäytetyöstä looginen kokonaisuus, jotta lukija saa verkkosivujen luomisprosessista kattavan kokonaiskuvan. Toteutettujen verkkosivujen tavoitteena on toimia yritykselle viestintä- ja rekrytointikanavana sekä lisätä uusasiakashankintaa. On tärkeää, että lukija ymmärtää, miksi toteutetuilla verkkosivuilla on käytetty tiettyjä valintoja ja ratkaisuja sekä miten nuo valinnat ja ratkaisut vaikuttavat verkkosivujen toimivuuteen ja menestykseen. Opinnäytetyö on toteutettu siivousalalla toimivalle toimeksiantajayritykselle. Toimeksiantona on lisätä yrityksen näkyvyyttä ja tunnettuutta sekä tukea yrityksen kasvua ja kehitystä verkkosivujen avulla. Suunniteltujen verkkosivujen tarkoituksena on helpottaa yrityksen toiminnan kehittämistä toimeksiannon tavoitteisiin vastaamalla. Yksi tärkeimmistä kehityskohteista on vahvistaa yritysmielikuvaa, jonka avulla yritys saavuttaisi paremman markkina-aseman. Verkkosivut on rakennettu WordPress-julkaisujärjestelmällä. Julkaisujärjestelmän valintaan ovat vaikuttaneet monet eri tekijät kuten helppokäyttöisyys ja turvallisuus. Julkaisujärjestelmä on merkittävä osa verkkosivujen toteutusta. Verkkosivut on rakennettu etenkin sivuilla vierailevan käyttäjän näkökulmasta ja mobiili ensin -ajattelumallia hyödyntämällä. Lopputuloksena valmistuivat ammattimaiset ja toimivat verkkosivut, jotka on otettu käyttöön toimeksiantajayrityksessä. Verkkosivuilla on kattava kokonaiskuva yrityksen toiminnasta ja sen tarjoamista palveluista. Toimivien verkkosivujen pohjalla oli huolellisesti suunniteltu ja kattava teoriaosuus.This thesis deals with the importance of a website as a part of a company’s business. Various features to create an effective and well-designed company website play a key part in the thesis. These features include among others responsiveness, search engine optimization, informative content and functional visual design of a website. The focus of the thesis is on a website planning process during which a client company’s website was created. The main purpose of the thesis is to provide functional website which will support the company’s business. The goal is also to present a logical and thorough thesis, which gives its reader a full and exhaustive understanding of the process of creating a website. The website created as a result of the thesis is intended to function as the company’s communicational and recruitment channel as well as to help in acquiring new customers. It is also important to provide the reader with an understanding of the choices and solutions made in the website creating process and how they affect the website’s functionality and success. The thesis was commissioned by a company operating in the cleaning industry. The assignment was to increase the company’s visibility and recognition as well as to support the company’s growth and development through the website. The objective for the website was to support this assignment and to make the development of the company’s operations easier. One of the most important developments was to strengthen the image of the company, which would help the company to reach a better market position. The website was built using the WordPress platform. The platform’s user-friendliness and reliability were two important factors when choosing the platform. The platform is a significant part of website’s execution. The website was built from the user’s perspective and using a mobile-first approach. As the outcome of the study, the client company was provided with a professional and functional website which has already been taken into use. The website presents a comprehensive description of the company’s operations and services. This functional website is based on a carefully planned and exhaustive theoretical background work

Nurses’ experiences of workplace violence in psychiatric nursing : a qualitative review protocol

Objective: The objective of this review is to explore nurses’ experiences of workplace violence in the field of psychiatric nursing. Introduction: Although violent incidences are more common in psychiatric inpatient settings (e.g., psychiatric hospitals), violence has increased in psychiatric outpatient settings (e.g., mental health centers and day centers). Exposure to workplace violence can impact nurses’ resilience and levels of burnout. However, there is a lack of qualitative evidence specifically identifying nurses’ experiences of workplace violence in the context of psychiatric nursing. This review will appraise and synthesize all available evidence related to nurses’ experiences of workplace violence in the context of psychiatric nursing. Inclusion criteria: This review will consider studies that relate to nurses working in the field of psychiatric nursing in mental health settings worldwide. The specific inclusion criteria are as follows: qualitative studies that explore the experiences of nurses regarding workplace violence published in English, Finnish, or Swedish with no publication date limitations. Methods: PubMed, CINAHL, PsycINFO, PsycARTICLES, Scopus, Web of Science, ProQuest, and DOAJ will be searched to identify published studies. ProQuest Dissertations and Thesis, Google Scholar, and MedNar will be searched to identify unpublished studies. The review will be conducted in accordance with the JBI methodology for systematic reviews of qualitative evidence. Qualitative research findings will be pooled using JBI System for the Unified Management, Assessment, and Review of Information with the meta-aggregation approach. The ConQual approach will be used to assess confidence in the findings
