Personality is a set of characteristics that differentiate a person from others. It can be identified by the words that people use in conversations or in publications that they do in social networks. Most existing work focuses on personality prediction analyzing English texts. In this study we analyzed publications of the Portuguese users of the social network Twitter. Taking into account the difficulties in sentiment classification that can be caused by the 140 character limit imposed on tweets, we decided to use different features and methods such as the quantity of followers, friends, locations, publication times, etc. to get a more precise picture of a personality. In this paper, we present methods by which the personality of a user can be predicted without any effort from the Twitter users. The personality can be accurately predicted through the publicly available information on Twitter profiles.info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersio

© Medwell Journals, 2015. Based on the method of company's value (DCF: Discounted Cash Flow), we performed calculations of fair cost of common shares of "Lukoil" public company, "NK Rosneft" O JSC and "Gazprom" public company. This index considers share's returns and riskiness and gives the possibility at further comparison with current market price of the share to take decision about effective investment of money. Based on accounting data of each company, we found indices used for fundamental analysis on the base of which one may take decisions about effectiveness of investments. We used the method of comparative coefficients where the following multipliers were considered for each company: correlation of current price of the share with revenues which fall on one share (P/S); correlation of current price of the share with net earnings on one share (P/E); correlation of current price of the share with price of assets which fall on one common share (P/BV); correlation of sum of capitalization and liabilities of the company minus money to depreciation amount, interests payable and profit before taxation (EV/EBITDA). As a result, we found out the cost of shares of each company. Total amount of paper's value of each company was defined basing upon fair price of security which was defines basing on company's cost (DCF Method) and value of the share (with method of comparative coefficients)

Background Vaccines against severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) are used to reduce the risk of developing Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Despite the significant benefits in terms of reduced risk of hospitalization and death, different adverse events may present after vaccination: among them, headache is one of the most common, but nowadays there is no summary presentation of its incidence and no description of its main features. Methods We searched PubMed and EMBASE covering the period between January 1(st) 2020 and August 6(th), 2021, looking for record in English and with an abstract and using three main search terms (with specific variations): COVID-19/SARS-CoV-2; Vaccination; headache/adverse events. We selected manuscript including information on subjects developing headache after injection, and such information had to be derived from a structured form (i.e. no free reporting). Pooled estimates and 95% confidence intervals were calculated. Analyses were carried out by vaccine vs. placebo, by first vs. second dose, and by mRNA-based vs. "traditional" vaccines; finally, we addressed the impact of age and gender on post-vaccine headache onset. Results Out of 9338 records, 84 papers were included in the review, accounting for 1.57 million participants, 94% of whom received BNT162b2 or ChAdOx1. Headache was generally the third most common AE: it was detected in 22% (95% CI 18-27%) of subjects after the first dose of vaccine and in 29% (95% CI 23-35%) after the second, with an extreme heterogeneity. Those receiving placebo reported headache in 10-12% of cases. No differences were detected across different vaccines or by mRNA-based vs. "traditional" ones. None of the studies reported information on headache features. A lower prevalence of headache after the first injection of BNT162b2 among older participants was shown. Conclusions Our results show that vaccines are associated to a two-fold risk of developing headache within 7 days from injection, and the lack of difference between vaccine types enable to hypothesize that headache is secondary to systemic immunological reaction than to a vaccine-type specific reaction. Some descriptions report onset within the first 24 h and that in around one-third of the cases, headache has migraine-like features with pulsating quality, phono and photophobia; in 40-60% of the cases aggravation with activity is observed. The majority of patients used some medication to treat headache, the one perceived as the most effective being acetylsalicylic acid

Tāpēc darba autore par pētījumā uzstādīto mērķi izpētīt zemesgrāmatā izdarāmo nostiprinājumu tiesisko regulējumu, konstatējot to prakses problēmas, sniegt priekšlikumus tiesiskā regulējuma pilnveidošanai. Pētnieciskais darbs sastāv no ievada, trīs nodaļām un nobeiguma, ar kopējo apjomu 70 lapas. The topic of the research is "Land Registry Fortifications: Problems of Legal Regulation and Practice". The topicality of the topic of the work is based on the legal regulation of land register fortifications in relation to the entries and notes to be made in the land register. Article 1 of the Land Register Law includes the principle of public credibility, by examining the information available in the land register section accordingly, the owner and third parties may claim that it is correct and indisputable. The author of the study presented the most common entries and markings in the land register, such as a mortgage confirmation entry and a note, a property rights confirmation entry, a building confirmation entry, an easement confirmation entry, etc. Concluding that not all the entries and markings made, which make up the land register section and foils, are justified for confirmation in the land register. Court practice is variable, in the course of the work the author found that the legal regulation of the law does not always determine specific guidelines that judges must take into account when making a decision to strengthen land register entries. The paper reflects that the most important function of the record is to secure property rights and make a mark. Therefore, the author of the paper aims to study the legal regulation of fortifications in the Land Register, identifying the problems of their practice, to provide proposals for the improvement of the legal framework. The research work consists of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion, with a total volume of 70 pages
