Składniki aktywne kosmetyków i dermokosmetyków stosowane w pielęgnacji skóry z atopowym zapaleniem
dzieci i 1–3% dorosłych. Atopowe zapalenie skóry znacznie obniża jakość życia chorych i ich rodzin.
AZS można uznać za pierwotne uszkodzenie funkcji i struktury warstwy rogowej naskórka. Leczenie
pozwalające przywrócić prawidłowość funkcjonowania bariery naskórkowej oraz regularne i systematyczne
stosowanie preparatów emolientowych w ramach profi laktyki i pielęgnacji skóry atopowej może
zmniejszyć prawdopodobieństwo progresji choroby. Dzięki składnikom aktywnym emolienty przywracają
integralność uszkodzonej bariery naskórkowej, zmniejszają suchość i świąd, a także częstość występowania
infekcji wtórnych. Mechanizmy działania emolientów to okluzja, wiązanie i utrzymanie wody
w warstwie rogowej naskórka, a także dostarczanie składników lipidowych i białkowych niezbędnych do
odbudowy warstwy ochronnej skóry. Preparaty emolientowe są często stosowane łącznie z miejscowym
leczeniem przeciwzapalnym. Ważnym elementem terapii atopowego zapalenia skóry jest psychoterapia
oraz edukacja chorych i ich rodzin, dotycząca korzyści stosowania różnych form leczenia i pielęgnacji.Atopic dermatitis (AD) is one of the most common infl ammatory skin disease with chronic
or recurrent course, accompanied by dry skin and severe itching. In recent years, the number of cases
has increased considerably and it is estimated that AD aff ects around 10–20% of children and 1–3% of
adults. Atopic dermatitis signifi cantly reduces the quality of life of patients and their families. AD can
be considered as the initial damage to the structure and function of the stratum corneum. Allowing
treatment to restore proper functioning of the epidermal barrier and the regular and systematic use of
emollients in the prevention and care of the skin can reduce the likelihood of atopic disease progression.
With active ingredients emollients restore damaged the integrity of the epidermal barrier, reduce dryness,
itching, as well as the incidence of secondary infections. Mechanisms of action of emollients to occlusion,
binding and maintenance of the water in the stratum corneum, and the provision of lipid and protein
components necessary to rebuild the protective layer of the skin. Emollients are oft en used in conjunction
with topical anti-infl ammatory treatment. An important component of the treatment of atopic dermatitis
is psychotherapy and education of patients and their families on the benefi ts of the diff erent forms of
treatment and care

Substancje chemiczne używane do
zabiegów złuszczania pobudzają komórki skóry do syntezowania włókien kolagenowych i elastynowych.
trądzik, prosaki, przewlekły rumień, świąd i inne.
Th e essential attribute of a youthful appearance is healthy, smooth, fi rm skin, devoid of signs
of aging such as wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, loss of fi rmness. On the market there are many methods and
procedures allowing for the reduction of visible signs of aging. One of the possibilities are chemical peels
that exfoliating layers of the epidermis, the dermis, allowing off set existing skin imperfections, such as wrinkles,
blemishes and minor scars. Submission to a series of stimulating exfoliation eff ect on cell renewal of the
epidermis and the skin, which over the years lose their fl exibility, reduces the degree of hydration and the
same fi rmness. Chemicals used for exfoliation stimulates skin cells to synthesize collagen and elastin fi bers.
Aft er peeling the skin becomes smoother, fi rmer, healthier-looking visually. Aff ected, impaired skin
cell renewal process and synthesize the necessary components of the skin are stimulated, so that the skin
becomes more elastic, more tense and nourished. Amount of collagen, elastin, and glycosaminoglycans
increases so that the skin is more resistant to stretching and harmful external environmental factors. Aft er
the surgery correctly peeling skin absorbs more active substances, increases blood fl ow in the capillaries,
which is also to improve defensive abilities. For very popular exfoliating substances include hydroxy acids.
Despite the good results they achieved by peelingom, treatments such as any intervention in the
structure of our body are at risk of complications, such as scarring, hyperpigmentation, infections, acne,
milia, chronic erythema, itching, and more. Th erefore, you must carefully follow the procedures of application
and recommendations for the care of the skin aft er peeling
Hodowla skóry – techniki molekularne w kosmetologii
Praca recenzowana / peer-reviewed paperNaskórek jest tkanką ulegającą ciągłej odnowie i regeneracji. Utrzymanie odpowiedniej
Wyhodowane ludzkie keratynocyty i komórki
macierzyste naskórka mogą być przeszczepiane w postaci opatrunków w leczeniu oparzeń, chronicznych
owrzodzeń oraz różnych chorób skóry. Komórki macierzyste naskórka stanowią cel terapii genowej
oraz materiał do testowania nowych leków. W skórze właściwej licznie występują fi broblasty, odpowiedzialne
za syntezę kolagenu i elastyny zapewniających elastyczność skórze. Główną funkcją fi broblastów
jest utrzymanie strukturalnej integralności tkanek łącznych poprzez wydzielanie prekursorów macierzy
zewnątrzkomórkowej, ponadto zawierają błonowe białka uczestniczące w procesach adhezji, integrujące
komórki i składniki substancji międzykomórkowej.
Funkcje keratynocytów i fi broblastów
są szeroko wykorzystywane w hodowlach komórek i tkanek. Uzyskane in vitro komórki stosowane
Modele
skóry znalazły zastosowanie do badania wpływu substancji kosmetycznych na ekspresję genów, syntezę
białek i badanie aktywności wielu enzymów.
The epidermis is a continuously tissue renewal and regeneration. Maintaining the right balance
and skin health is possible thanks to regenerative properties of stem cells, the precursors of keratinocytes.
Epidermal stem cells are also involved in wound healing and in the pathogenesis of skin cancers.
Cultured human keratinocytes and the epidermal stem cells may be transplanted in the form of wound
dressings for the treatment of burns, chronic ulcers and various skin conditions. Epidermal stem cells are
a target for gene therapy, and the material for testing new drugs. In the dermis there are numerous fibroblasts, responsible for the synthesis of collagen and elastin, providing flexibility to the skin. The main
function of fi broblasts is to maintain the structural integrity of the connective tissue through extracellular
matrix secretion of the precursors, they also contain membrane proteins involved in adhesion processes,
and integrating the components of the cell matrix. Fibroblasts are the material used for transplantation in
the treatment of burns, scars and wounds diffi cult to heal. Th e functions of keratinocytes and fibroblasts are
widely used in cell cultures and tissue. Cells obtained in vitro are used in transplantation. In cosmetology
cultures used one type of cells (keratinocytes and fibroblasts), co-culture, as well as the so-called. models such as skin epidermis model or full-skin model. Skin models have been used to study the effect of cosmetic
ingredients for gene expression, protein synthesis and testing activity of many enzymes. Cell cultures allow
the observation of various factors infl uence the behavior of cells in the skin of healthy and pathological
conditions such as vitiligo, psoriasis, or melanoma
Substancje w preparatach do pielęgnacji cery trądzikowej
Praca recenzowana / peer-reviewed paperTrądzik to choroba przewlekła, powszechnie występująca, stanowiąca duży problem
terapeutyczny, psychologiczny i społeczny. Schorzenie dotyczy mieszków włosowych i gruczołów
We
wczesnym życiu dorosłym częstość zachorowań obniża się, a nawet ustępuje samoistnie. Niekiedy
ma on przebieg łagodny.
dalszemu rozwojowi choroby i skraca czas jej trwania.Acne is a chronic, widespread, which is a big problem therapeutic, psychological and social
development. Th e condition applies to the hair follicles and sebaceous glands. Th e etiology of
acne is a complex process which involves the interaction of elements such as genetics, hormones,
excessive production of sebum, bacteria and the development of hyperkeratosis wires and sebaceous
glands. Acne lesions occur mainly in the area rich in sebaceous glands (face, chest, back). It
is estimated that about 85% of the population aged 12–25years suff ers from acne. In early adulthood
incidence reduced or even disappear spontaneously. However, sometimes illness can occur
in the elderly as so. Acne late. For most people it is mild. Unfortunately, 15% of patients suff ering
from severe acne vulgaris. Th e main task is to reduce and treat acne by reducing sebum production
and normalization, clearing the hair follicle and reducing the thickness of the stratum corneum,
prevent infl ammatory reactions and the formation of scar tissue. Both in the past and today, acne
has a negative impact on the emotional and social aspects of life. Not everyone is aware of the need
for care and eff ective treatment of this dermatosis. Th erefore, it is important to make the public
aware that the early introduction of therapy prevents the further development of the disease and
shorten its duration
funkcje.
łuszczyca).Skin consists of multiple layers and multiple cell types, performing the important functions of the body. Proper structure and functioning of the various layers of the skin condition for the proper functioning and appearance of the skin as an organ. Th e growing demand for cosmetic products paves the way for a very dynamic fi eld, which is cosmetology.
