    Telah dilakukan penelitian docking terhadap celecoxib, etil p-metoksisinamat (EPMS), 3 senyawa amida ((E)-3-(4-metoksifenil)-N-fenilakrilamida, (E)-3-(4-metoksifenil)N-( 4-metilfenil)akrilamida, (E)-3-(4-metoksifenil)-N-(4-metoksifenil )akrilamida) dan 3 senyawa tiourea ((E) -N-( fenilkarbamotioil )-3-( 4-metoksifenil )akrilamida, (E) -N-(4-metil fenilkarbamotioil)- 3 -(4-metoksifenil )akrilamida, (E)-N-(4-metoksifenilkarbamotioil)-3-( 4metoksifenil) akrilamida) dengan program Mollegro. Dari uji tersebut diketahui bahwa senyawa tiourea mempunyai score lebih rendah daripada amida yang artinya, tiourea dapat berinteraksi dengan COX-2 lebih baik daripada amida. Berdasarkan analisis retrosintesis, diketahui jalur sintesis senyawa tiourea dari EPMS adalah reaksi adisi dan substitusi nukleofilik terhadap asil halidanya. Penentuan struktur hasil sintesis yang dilakukan dengan spektrometer IR dan H-NMR menunjukkan hasil telah terbentuknya senyawa-senyawa tiourea dari EPMS. Hasil pengujian sitotoksik dengan MTT assay, menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas hambatan pertumbuhan sel MCF-7 tertinggi dari sampel EPMS dan ((E)-N(fenilkarbamotioil )-3-( 4-metoksifenil)akrilamida, (E) -N-(4-metilfe-nilkarbamotioil)-3-(4metoksifenil)akrilamida, (E)-N-(4-metoksifenilkarbamotioil)-3-( 4-metoksifenil)akrilamida) adalah pada konsentrasi 500 Jlglml. Oleh karena itu uji doubling time dilakukan pada konsentrasi tersebut pada lama waktu 24, 48 dan 72 jam. Hasil uji doubling time menunjukkan aktivitas antiproliferasi dari sampel uji. Hasil uji immunositokimia terhadap COX-2 menunjukkan hasil sel MCF-7 tidak mengekspresikan COX-2. Oleh karen a itu, uji hambatan COX-2 dari sampel uji tidak dapat dibuktikan dengan sel MCF-7 karena pada sel tersebut tidak terdapat gen COX-2. Tetapi dari uji tersebut diketahui sel MCF-7 yang diberi . perlakuan derivat tiourea dari EPMS mengalami piknosis dan karyoreksis yang menggambarkan kemampuan derivat tiourea dari EPMS dapat menghambat sel MCF-7

    This research was conducted to improve the learning outcomes of grade 1 students by using the PBL learning model through the TPACK approach in Pancasila Education lessons. Method: The type of research used was PTK which was carried out over 2 cycles. see student learning outcomes after using the PBL learning model through the TPAC approach. An increase in learning outcomes at the second meeting was achieved, getting a percentage of 92.50% with the "very good" criteria, in teacher activities getting a percentage of 89.50% with the "very good" criteria, while in student learning outcomes getting a percentage of 93.50% with the criteria " finished." So this model can be used in the classroom learning process

    The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in learning outcomes Indonesian language about description text student of IV-C class by applying Problem Based Learning model with the use of Pop Up Book. Studies was conducted at SDN Purwantoro 1 Malang City in the 2022/2023 academic year. This study used Class Action Research. Data collection techniques in the form of evaluation test. The results of this study show that the use of Problem Based Learning model with the use of Pop Up Book can improve students learning outcomes. This evidenced by the completeness of IV-C grade students learning outcomes in pre cycle was 46,4% of the total 28 students, in the cycle I of  64,3% and learning outcomes in the cycle II of 92,9% this indicator shows the achievement of the desired learning outcome completeness rate of 80%

    N’-benzylidene-2-hydroxybenzohydrazide and N’-(2-methoxybenzylidene)-2-hydroxybenzo-hydrazide are hydrazide derived compounds that could be made from methyl salicylate. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of methoxy substituent on ortho position in the synthesis of N’-(2-methoxybenzylidene)-2-hydroxybenzohydrazide through the yields of synthesis comparisons with N’-benzylidene-2-hydroxybenzohydrazide by microwave irradiation. N’-(2-methoxy-benzylidene)-2-hydroxybenzohydrazide synthesized from structure modification of methyl salicylate through 2 phases of reaction, nucleophilic acyl substitution to produce 2-hydroxybenzohydrazide and nucleophilic addition to produce target compound. Methoxy group influences carbonyl reactivity through resonance and steric effect in nucleophilic addition. N’-benzylidene-2-hydroxybenzohydrazide is white, needle-shaped crystal (88 ± 2.5)% and N’-(2-methoxybenzylidene)-2-hydroxybenzohydrazide is white round solids (76 ± 3.5)%.
