    Dental caries is an infection disease of tooth tissue caused by Streptococcus mutans bacteria. Atsiri is essential oil is a liquid-shaped compound that is thought to have potential as an antibacterial. The purpose of this study was to determine the antibacterial potential of essential oil of limau lime in controlling Streptococcus mutans bacteria. The antibacterial test in this study used disk disfussion method with 8 treatment groups and 4 replications is 5 concentrations of atsiri oils, 1 positif disc amoxicillin antibiotic, 2 negative control with DMSO and aquades. The data obtained were analyzed with normality test, Anova test and BNT test. Isolation of atsiri’s oil of limau lime in this study using the method of steam-water distillation. Streptococcus mutans bacteria were isolated from dental caries patients and tested using macroscopic, microscopic, gram staining, and biochemical methods. The study found that the atsiri oils of limau lime has antibacterial activity in vitro against Streptococcus mutans bacteria, as evidenced by the formation of an inhibit zone. Concentration as 100% with 15.38mm inhibitory zone diameter is the most effective concentration to inhibit the growth of Streptococcus mutans bacteria. The statistical analysis revealed a significant influence between the treatments at the 5% significance level

    Pendapatan Negara di Indonesia mengalami penurunan di dalam membayar pajak. Hal itu mendorong Humas Direktorat Jenderal Pajak untuk mensosialisasikan sadar pajak salah satunya melalui seminar pajak bertutur, dalam memberikan informasi humas direktorat Jenderal Pajak tidak terlepas dari proeses komunikiasi persuasi yang di gunakan untuk mempengaruhi audience. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodelogi kualitatif. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori komunikasi persuasi Hovland/Yale oleh Perloff. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Bagaimana komunikasi persuasi Humas Direktorat Jenderal Pajak melalui seminar pajak bertutur pada mahasiswa Universitas Nasional Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data primer yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan wawancara semi terstruktur. Kemudian data sekunder diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan untuk memperoleh data dari buku, internet dan website.     Tujuan studi: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Tunjangan dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia (Kantor Pos Samarinda). Metodologi: Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia (Kantor Pos Samarinda). Kuesioner berisikan data mengenai tunjangan, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja karyawan. Hasil: Dari hasil uji T dalam uji hipotesis, tunjangan mempunyai pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Untuk hasil uji F menunjukkan tunjangan (X1) dan motivasi kerja (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.     Plant anatomy is one of the important basic data to reveal the potential of a plant. Anatomical data provide an overview of the internal structure of the plant body. This structure is influenced by the environment, the same thing is also likely to occur in Komak kedit plants which are widely planted on Lombok Island. Komak kedit (Phaseolus lunatus L.) is a species of legume (Fabaceae) originating from Central America. The purpose of this study was to analyze the differences or variations in the anatomical structure of the Komak kedit (P. lunatus) on Lombok Island. Data analysis in this research was descriptive qualitative and triangulation. The results showed that the anatomical structure of the roots, stems, leaves, flowers, fruits, and seeds of the Komak kedit plant on Lombok Island had similar structure, such as epidermis, cortex, and stele. However, in this study, there were more differences in the number of stomata on leaves in West Lombok compared to East Lombok, Central Lombok, North Lombok, and Mataram. This was caused by differences in the environment where the plants were planted, such as water content

    Tuberkulosis  paru merupakan penyakit menular yang di sebabkan oleh micobakterium tuberkulosis yang dapat menyerang organ tubuh terutama pada paru-paru. Seseorang yang terdiagnosis tb paru berdampak pada efikasi dirinya dalam melakukan tindakan dan kualitas hidup yang berubah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan kualitas hidup pasien tb paru diwilayah kerja puskesmas lembang. Desain Penelitian ini menggunakan observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah penderita TB Paru yang terregister di wilayah kerja puskesmas lembang yang memenuhi criteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 34 responden dengan tehnik purvosive sampling. Instrument dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuesioner efikasi diri dan kualitas hidup pasien tb paru. Hasil uji kolmogorov smirnov test menunjukkan ada hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan kualitashidup pasien tb paru

Masalah utama penelitian ini adalah: (1) Bagaimana gambaran Perilaku Prososial siswa kelas IX sebelum diberi metoderole playing di SMP 1 Enrekang, (2) Bagaimana gambaran perilaku Prososial siswa kelas IX setelah diberi metoderole playing di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Baraka Kabupaten Enrekang , (3) Apakah ada pengaruh metoderole playing terhadap perilaku prososial siswa kelas IX di SMP 1 Enrekang. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Untuk mengetahui gambaran perilaku prososial siswa kelas IX sebelum penerapan metoderole playing di SMP 1 Enrekang, dan (2) Untuk mengetahui gambaran perilakuprososial siswa kelas IX setelah penerapan metoderole playing di SMP 1 Enrekang (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh role playing dalam konseling kelompok terhadap perilaku prososial siswa kelas IX di SMP 1 Enrekang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan eksperimen terhadap 30 subjek penelitian yang merupakan siswa kelas IX di SMP 1 Enrekang. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan instrument angket dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik diferensial dan analisis statistik inferensial, yaitu t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kemampuan siswa dalam berperilakuprososial kelas IX di SMP 1 Enrekang sebelum penerapan metoderole playing berada dalam kategori sedang. (2) Kemampuan siswa dalam berperilaku prososial kelas IX di SMP 1 Enrekang setelah penerapan metoderole playingmeningkat atau berada dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Penerapan metode role playing dapat meningkatkan perilaku prososial, artinya bila metode role playing ini diterapkan maka dapat membantu meningkatkan perilaku prososial siswa SMP 1 Enrekang.     The Influence of Work Motivation, Organizational Culture and Work Discipline on Employee Performance Through Job Satisfaction as Intervening Variables at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan throughout DKI Jakarta Region

    Rewards and motivation are one of the most important instruments in employee performance. Other variables are also included in a study to determine the positive or negative effect of a level of employee satisfaction, where these factors affect the performance of employees working in a company. While the factors that affect job satisfaction can come from the individual itself, social factors, the main job faced and also external factors. Another problem faced by companies in general is the difficulty in measuring the factors that affect employee performance. So, through the questionnaire variables in the form of work motivation, organizational culture and work discipline, measurements are carried out by processing data using the SEM method so that the intervention value will be published as a satisfaction level value that affects employee performance level values. The data collection method used in this study was by using a questionnaire method which was distributed to 300 respondents, namely BPJS Employment employees in the entire DKI Jakarta area. With the results of calculating the average descriptive analysis of the 3 dependent variables, namely work motivation variable 4.79, organizational culture variable 4.93 and work discipline variable 4.86. While the results of the analysis of employee performance variables were 4.94 and the results of the analysis of job satisfaction variables were 4.75. So, it means that motivation, organizational culture and work discipline have a positive effect on job satisfaction and performance

    This research aims to know and test the empirical data related to the influence of the leadership of the principal and the management of personnel against the management of stress teachers separately as well as simultaneously. In this research, the authors use quantitative methods with the corelasional approach towards quantitative data obtained from research object i.e. High school teachers in sub 11 rayon parung bogor Regency. The sample of this research is as much as 104 respondents out of a total population of 140 private high school teacher in sub 11 rayon parung bogor Regency. Data collection is done using an engineering question form/questionnaire. This type of analysis is the analysis of correlation and regression are spelled out in the descriptive. The results of this research are: First, There is a positive and significant influence among the leadership of the principal against stress management teacher the correlation coefficient of 0.660 and coefficient of determination R2 of 0.436 which give influence on stress management teacher of 43.6%. and the remaining 56.4% determined by other factors. Koefesien regression obtained Ŷ = 55.886 + 0.531X1 means that every increase of one unit of score leadership principals affect improvement score of teacher stress management 0.531. Second, There are a positive and significant influence between the management of the staffing against stress management teacher with the correlation coefficient of 0, 694 and the coefficient of determination R2 of 0, 481 that gives the effect on stress management teacher of 48.1% and the rest that is 51.9% determined by other factors. Koefesien regression obtained Ŷ = 50.334 + 0.572X2 means that each increase of one unit of score management staffing affects improvement score of teacher stress management0.572. Third, There are a positive and significant influence among the leadership of the principal and management staffing together-the same against stress management teacher with koefisen correlation = 0.706 and koefesien determination of R2 of 0 , 499 that influence is simultaneously against stress management teacher of 49.9% and the rest i.e. 50.1% is determined by other factors. Koefesien regression obtained Ŷ = 47.229 + 0.205X1+ 0.394X2means every one unit increase in score independent leadership of the principal and the management of personnel in simultaneously affect the improvement of teacher's stress management score 0.205+ 0.394 = 0.599
