Grothendieck categories as a bilocalization of linear sites

We prove that the 2-category Grt of Grothendieck abelian categories with colimit preserving functors and natural transformations is a bicategory of fractions in the sense of Pronk of the 2-category Site of linear sites with continuous morphisms of sites and natural transformations. This result can potentially be used to make the tensor product of Grothendieck categories from earlier work by Lowen, Shoikhet and the author into a bi-monoidal structure on Grt

Gabriel-Ulmer duality for topoi and its relation with site presentations

Let $\kappa$ be a regular cardinal. We study Gabriel-Ulmer duality when one restricts the 2-category of locally $\kappa$-presentable categories with $\kappa$-accessible right adjoints to its locally full sub-2-category of $\kappa$-presentable Grothendieck topoi with geometric $\kappa$-accessible morphisms. In particular, we provide a full understanding of the locally full sub-2-category of the 2-category of $\kappa$-small cocomplete categories with $\kappa$-colimit preserving functors arising as the corresponding 2-category of presentations via the restriction. We analyse the relation of these presentations of Grothendieck topoi with site presentations and we show that the 2-category of locally $\kappa$-presentable Grothendieck topoi with geometric $\kappa$-accessible morphisms is a reflective sub-bicategory of the full sub-2-category of the 2-category of sites with morphisms of sites genearated by the weakly $\kappa$-ary sites in the sense of Shulman [37].Comment: 25 page

On the tensor product of linear sites and Grothendieck categories

We define a tensor product of linear sites, and a resulting tensor product of Grothendieck categories based upon their representations as categories of linear sheaves. We show that our tensor product is a special case of the tensor product of locally presentable linear categories, and that the tensor product of locally coherent Grothendieck categories is locally coherent if and only if the Deligne tensor product of their abelian categories of finitely presented objects exists. We describe the tensor product of non-commutative projective schemes in terms of Z-algebras, and show that for projective schemes our tensor product corresponds to the usual product scheme.Comment: New sections 5.3 on the alpha-Deligne tensor product and 5.4 on future prospect

Plan de evaluación para la asignatura Estructuras de datos y de la información

La enseñanza de conceptos de programación en las Ingenierías Informáticas, en primero de informática necesitan unir a la enseñanza una propuesta de evaluación que involucre al alumnado desde el primer día y que le permita recibir feedback continuo. En la asignatura Estructura de datos y de la información hemos diseñado un plan de evaluación partiendo de las competencias, definiendo objetivos de aprendizaje concretos y relacionándolos con los medios de evaluación más adecuados a cada objetivo. Nuestra evaluación combina tres medios de evaluación: pruebas escritas, proyecto y carpeta de actividades que impulsan el trabajo del estudiante a lo largo del semestre completo. Este sistema tiene como objetivo favorecer el estudio y la participación activa. Como resultado colateral crece la interacción entre el profesor-estudiante, lo que favorece la relación entre ambos.SUMMARY -- Teaching programming concepts in the first year of Computer Engineering needs an evaluation proposal involving the students from day one and allows them to receive continuous feedback. On the course of "Data structure and algorithms" we designed an evaluation plan based on skills, defining specific learning objectives and relating them to the most appropriate evaluation tools for each objective, and thus to each skill. Our evaluation combines three evaluation tools: written tests, a project and a set of activities, which drive students work throughout the entire semester. This system aims to promote the study and active participation. And also it increases the interaction between teacher and student, which favours their relationship

El posicionamiento web como herramienta clave del marketing digital

Todo el mundo está de acuerdo con la rapidez con la que la actividad online ha evolucionado durante los últimos 5 años. La sociedad ha sido testigo improcedente del crecimiento de internet y, además, este crecimiento se ha expandido no solo a ordenadores y portátiles, sino también a móviles al igual que otras tecnologías. Además, no cabe duda de que cada día hay más maneras de conectar con el consumidor, más herramientas para intentarlo, mas hechos, datos, gráficos … sin olvidarnos de los seminarios, webinarios, eventos – y luego por supuesto todas las páginas webs, aplicaciones, canales, videos, revistas, artículos y otras publicaciones … sin ignorar a los expertos, PowerPoints, me gustas, comentarios, emoticonos, tweets y retweets. En este trabajo, me dispongo a investigar el significado más profundo del marketing digital, el cual incluye el manejo de diferentes herramientas online y la presencia de páginas webs, aplicaciones móviles y social media. Sin embargo, a esto hay que añadirle otras formas online comunicativas entre las que se encuentra el Search Engine Marketing o posicionamiento web, en el que nos centraremos mayoritariamente como técnica principal para dar a conocer nuestra página web, negocio o empresa. Este, se refiere a los anuncios que se muestran en los motores de búsqueda como Google o Yahoo, y que están perfectamente dirigidos a un usuario dependiendo de la consulta que introduzca en el buscador. Es un tipo de publicidad dirigida a una audiencia específica, y que cuando se funda en un análisis web, puede ser muy útil para darse a conocer a los usuarios y finalmente hacer que estos desempeñen la acción de compra deseada. Sin por supuesto negar que el marketing digital no resultaría exitoso sin la integración de otras técnicas de medios más tradicionales como puede ser la televisión, el print, el direct mail y las revistas como parte del multicanal de las comunicaciones de marketing.Everyday there’s more ways of connecting with the consumer, more tools to try it out, more facts, data, infographics…without forgetting about the seminars, webinars, events – and then of course all the websites, apps, channels, videos, magazines, articles and other publications…without ignoring the experts, the gurus, PowerPoints, likes, comments, emojis, tweets and retweets. In this project, I am aiming to research the deepest meaning of this definition to explain that, in the practice, it is true that digital marketing includes the management of different online tools and the presence of websites, Mobile apps and social media. However, we have to add to this online communication techniques such as Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Online Advertising, E-mail Marketing and partnerships with any other website. These techniques are used to support the objectives of a company like the acquisition of new consumers that will help developing the relationship between the consumer through the ecommerce and marketing. It is therefore that in this project, I am aiming to invetigate the deepest meaning of digital marketing, which includes the management of different online tools and the presence of online websites, mobile apps and social media. However, to this we need to add other ways of online communications where we can find Search Engine Marketing in which we will mainly focus as the primary technique to initiate contact with the rest of users in the World Wide Web. We will take into consideration other factors from SEO (Organic Search) to SEM (Paid Search) and everything that this involves. These techniques are mostly used to support the objectives of a certain company such as the acquisition of new users that will develop a new relationship with the consumer through e-commerce and marketing.
