    Kemunculan media sosial telah mengubah transaksi dagang di internet (e- commerce) menjadi transaksi dagang di media sosial (social commerce). Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, social commerce telah menjadi fenomena bisnis yang berkembang pesat. Namun di Indonesia sendiri, istilah social commerce masih asing didengar oleh masyarakat. Banyak perusahaan yang menjadikan media sosial sebagai sarana untuk menciptakan dan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap merek atau produk. AVANA Indonesia sebagai platform social commerce menggunakan Instagram dalam pembentukkan kesadarannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi social media marketing yang digunakan AVANA Indonesia dalam membentuk brand awareness sebagai platform social commerce. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep social media strategy wheel dari Breakenridge dan social media marketing dari Clow dan Baack. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dan sifat penelitian deskriptif serta paradigma post-positivisme. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AVANA Indonesia berhasil membentuk kesadaran terhadap platform social commerce di Instagram dengan menjalankan strategi pemasaran Instagram, melalui proses penelitian audit dan penemuan, merancang strategi konten dan komunikasi

Berhubung diperkirakan EV akan mendunia dan penggunaannya meningkat tajam pada tahun 2020. Salah satu Importir Umum EV yang paling terkenal adalah Prestige Image Motorcars. Sebuah perusahaan di bawah naungan Prestige Corp yang sedang berfokus pada strategi marketing communication di platform digital. Praktik kerja magang dilakukan sebagai Divisi Marketing Communication. Divisi ini mengemban tugas yang berfokus pada perancangan dan implementasi strategi pemasaran media sosial. Laporan ini ditulis dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas social media marketing strategy dalam perusahaan Prestige Image Motorcars, mengetahui strategi komunikasi yang dirancang oleh Divisi Marketing Communication Prestige Corp dalam merevitalisasi konten Instagram @PrestigeMotorcars, mendapatkan pengalaman kerja nyata yang sejalan dengan latar belakang pendidikan, dan menambah soft skill seperti; mengasah kemampuan agar menjadi kritis, kreatif, bekerja dalam tim, manajemen waktu, dan beradaptasi pada lingkungan kerja. Selama pelaksanaan praktik kerja magang, ditemukan beberapa kendala yang menghambat kelancaraan kerja. Kurangnya sumber daya manusia dan motivasi karyawan dinilai sebagai faktor terbesar dalam hambatan yang terjadi. Mendapatkan pengalaman dalam mengimplementasikan strategi pemasaran media sosial untuk bidang otomotif secara nyata merupakan kesimpulan dari praktik kerja magang yang telah dilaksanakan di PT Prestisius Indonesia

    Implementation of Standardized Handoff Report in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit

    BACKGROUND: Handoff communication is a critical event as it involves the transfer of patient details, authority, and responsibility from one clinician to another. The variations in handoff can lead to increased opportunities for clinician error due to the distinct possibility of the anesthesia providers omitting critical patient information. LOCAL PROBLEM: The site for this quality improvement project is an academic medical center in the Southeastern region. The purpose of this quality improvement project was to implement a standardized anesthesia handoff tool for anesthesia providers. The aim of this project was after one month of implementation, the mean anesthesia handoff time will decrease from 70 seconds to 55 seconds and anesthesia handoff will be 65% complete using the WHAT tool. METHODS: The Johns Hopkins’s Evidence-Based Practice model was used as the framework for this project. Education was provided to all anesthesia providers regarding the project design and description of the tool. The outcome measures for data collection included mean handoff time and completeness of the handoff tool pre- and post-implementation. INTERVENTIONS: The SRNA project team members observed and recorded the handoff that occurred between the anesthesia providers pre- and post-implementation. The completeness of the WHAT tool and handoff time data was compiled and analyzed. RESULTS: The average recorded time it took to complete hand off decreased from 67.9 seconds to 48.9 seconds post implementation, which met our aim. When looking at completed tools turned in over the entire course of the project, the completeness of the tool rose from 3.8/8 (or 47.5%) to 6.4/8 (or 80%), which also surpassed our aim. CONCLUSIONS: The results produced from the project showed that the implementation of a standardized handoff tool has positive impacts on the handoff process. When considering the improved efficiency and the low economic impact of the handoff tool, the tool can feasibly be integrated into the standard of care

    Investigating the formation of giant {Pd72}Prop and {Pd84}Gly macrocycles using NMR, HPLC and mass spectrometry

    The formation of giant polyoxometalate (POM) species are relatively underexplored as their self-assembly process is complex due to the rapid kinetics. Polyoxopalladates (POPds) are a class of POMs based on Pd, the largest of which is the {Pd84}Ac wheel, and the slower kinetics mean the system is more amenable to systematic study. Here, we show it is possible to follow the assembly of two types of Pd-wheel; the {Pd84}Gly the smaller {Pd72}Prop wheel formed using glycolate and propionate ligands respectively. We analyzed the formation of {Pd72}Prop and {Pd84}Gly using mass spec-trometry (SEC-HPLC-MS and preparative desalting followed by MS). This was accompanied by studies that followed the chemical shift differences between the outer/inner ligands and the free ligand in solution for the {Pd84}Ac, {Pd72}Prop, and {Pd84}Gly species using NMR; this showed it was possible to track the formation of the wheels. Our findings confirm that the macrocycles assemble from smaller building blocks which react together to form the larger species over a period of days. These findings open the way for further structural derivatives and exploration of their host-guest chemistry

    Chlamydia trachomatis Infection in Minority Adolescent Women: A Public Health Challenge

    Chlamydia trachomatis is the most common bacterial sexually-transmitted infection in the United States. This disease disproportionately affects adolescent minority women, and untreated infection can lead to lasting reproductive tract morbidity. Recommendations for primary prevention include patient counseling to decrease risky behavior and increase barrier protection use; secondary prevention recommendations include screening and treatment of affected individuals and their sexual partners, barrier contraception use, as well as counseling to decrease behaviors that lead to re-infection. Despite these strategies, both incidence and prevalence of Chlamydia have continued to escalate in this population. Interventions to decrease chlamydial infection should encompass all facets of primary and secondary prevention as well as address the fundamental barrier to prevention – lack of perception of risk in this young age group

    A Detailed Observational Analysis of V1324 Sco, the Most Gamma-Ray Luminous Classical Nova to Date

    It has recently been discovered that some, if not all, classical novae emit GeV gamma rays during outburst, but the mechanisms involved in the production of the gamma rays are still not well understood. We present here a comprehensive multi-wavelength dataset---from radio to X-rays---for the most gamma-ray luminous classical nova to-date, V1324 Sco. Using this dataset, we show that V1324 Sco is a canonical dusty Fe-II type nova, with a maximum ejecta velocity of 2600 km s−1^{-1} and an ejecta mass of few ×10−5\times 10^{-5} M⊙_{\odot}. There is also evidence for complex shock interactions, including a double-peaked radio light curve which shows high brightness temperatures at early times. To explore why V1324~Sco was so gamma-ray luminous, we present a model of the nova ejecta featuring strong internal shocks, and find that higher gamma-ray luminosities result from higher ejecta velocities and/or mass-loss rates. Comparison of V1324~Sco with other gamma-ray detected novae does not show clear signatures of either, and we conclude that a larger sample of similarly well-observed novae is needed to understand the origin and variation of gamma rays in novae.Comment: 26 pages, 13 figure
