The Heideggerian deconstruction in the labyrinth of history” The passage of the motive of the “return to metaphysics” to that of “NiÂhilism”, which Heidegger theorises after his “Address to the students” of 1933, secretly reflects the desire to avoid criticism by National-Socialist ideologues for whom Heidegger's approach would sanction the nihilism that is coextensive with all metaphysics. To escape these criticisms, the German philosopher develops the thesis of metaphysics as the straying from and the forgetting of the question of Being.

Le taux d’oblitération complète est de 67.27%Mots clés: malformations artério-veineuses, tronc cérébral, radiochirurugieEnglish Title: Stereotactic radiosurgery for brainstem arteriovenous malformationsEnglish AbstractIntroduction: Arterioveinous malformations (AVM) or cerebral angiomas are congenital vascular abnormalities which are defined by the presence of abnormal arterio-veinous shunt. Methods: We lead a retrospective study recruiting 1557 patients treated between January 1992 and December 2010 in the Radiosurgery Unit of La Timone hospital in Marseille. All patients received radiosurgery for management of an AVM, 61 of them being brainstem AVMs (3.91%).Results: Mean age was 35.8 +/- 16.6 years. Sixteen patients underwent arterial embolization before surgery (26.23%). Hemorrhage was the primary onset for 53 patients (87%). Mean volume before treatment was 1.43+/-1.96 cm3 (0.09-14.20). Average RBAS score was 1.36 +/-0.34 (0.64-2.35). Average prescripted dose for 50% delivered iso-dose was 22.9 +/-2.9 Gy (12-30), mean dose was 24 Gy. Our global occlusion rate after one or two treatments was 67.27%, considering an average follow-up of 56.7 months +/- 43.3 (8.1- 251.7). Occlusion related factors were: low RBAS score (p=0.012), received dose higher than 20Gy (p=0.034). Our death rate was 1.63% and our post-procedure bleeding rate was 6.55% with 3.2% of neurological post-procedure deficience. Conclusion: Having regard of remaining hemorrhage risk until complete recovery (3.5%), radiosurgery is nonetheless now a key treatment in the management brainstem AVMS. Complete occlusion rate in our study was 67.27%.Keywords: arteriovenous malformations, brainstem, radiosurger
Topological optimization design for additive manufacturing, taking into account flexion and vibrations during machining post processing operations
International audienceThis article focuses on including into the topological optimization method, all the mechanical stresses applied during the part lifetime and especially during machining phase. Thus, in addition to the part technical specifications, we consider static and vibratory forces during machining, and also forces during mounting and unmounting in the machine tool and then in the aircraft. Results show that taking into account handling and machining forces, static and vibratory, strongly impact topological optimization, thus shapes and weight, and should be considered during the early stage of the design in order to optimize the additive manufactured parts costs
Improved design methodology for additive manufacturing including machining load cases: application to an aeronautical workpiece
This paper focuses on the impact of post processing machining and mounting / unmounting phases on topological optimization methods. In addition to the classical load cases taken into account in optimization methods, various static and vibratory forces occurring during machining phases and manipulations, are also considered. Results of the topology optimization show that the most significant load case for the aeronautical part considered is indeed one of the post processing machining operations and it has a strong impact on the optimized shape. This result shows that such post processing phases have to be taken into account, whatever they represent supports removal or finishing surfaces. Supports are most of the time mandatory but their removal by machining operation may be require a non-negligible time, skill and cost. In this paper the machining operations are first studied through their effects on topological optimization. Then the cutting phenomenon is numerically modeled to explore various options of build supports and prevent the part from damages due to tearing. Finally, this paper demonstrates that cutting forces analysis should encourage designers (i.e. topology optimizers) and machinists to interact, in order to minimize the total cost of the additive manufactured workpiece

Modal parameters identification using asynchronous data
Operational Modal Analysis (OMA) allows one to identify the modal parameters (e.g., natural frequencies, damping ratios and mode shapes) of structure from its output-only response to ambient excitations. Modal parameters are often studied to provide information for Structural Health Monitoring (SHM): model updating, damage detection, damage localization and quantification. In vibration tests, multiple sensors are used to obtain detailed mode shape information and eigen-frequencies. Time synchronization among data channels is normally required in conventional modal identification approaches. If modal parameters can be identified precisely using asynchronous data, modal analysis tests can be more flexibly and economically conducted. In this paper, the effect of asynchronous data on operational modal analysis is investigated
