Kombinasi Limbah Sayur Difermentasi dan Limbah Tahu pada Hidroponik Tanaman Kangkung Darat (Ipomoea reptans Poir.)

Budidaya tanaman menggunakan sistem hidroponik merupakan salah satu cara alternatif untuk mendapatkan sayuran bebas pestisida. Pembuatan nutrisi organik menjadi tuntutan untuk memaksimalkan manfaat dari sisi kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui komposisi terbaik antara limbah tahu dengan limbah sayur difermentasi untuk hidroponik organik tanaman kangkung darat (Ipomoea repstans Poir.). Metode yang digunakan adalah RAL (Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 4 perlakuan dengan 6  ulangan. Sebagai perlakuan adalah komposisi limbah tahu dengan limbah sayur difermentasi; yaitu 40 L Limbah Tahu, 38 l limbah tahu + 2 liter limbah sayur difermentasi, 37 liter limbah tahu + 3 l limbah sayur difermentasi dan 35 l limbah tahu + 5 l limbah sayur difermentasi. Hasil terbaik ditemukan pada komposisi , 38 l limbah tahu + 2 l limbah sayur difermentasi.   Kata Kunci: hidroponik, Ipomoea repstans Poir., limbah sayur, limbah tah

Pengambilan Keputusan Belum Menikah Pada Dewasa Awal

Tujuan penelitian ingin mengetahui bagaimana dinamika psikologi mengambil keputusan belum menikah pada dewasa awal. Peneliti menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan wawancara. Teknik yang digunakan peneliti untuk penentuan subjek penelitian adalah dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sumber data dengan pertimbangan tertentu, yang dianggap paling tahu tentang apa yang diharapakan sehingga memudahkan penelitti menjelajahi obyek atau situasi sosial yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa subjek pertama mengambil keputusan menunda pernikahan disebabkan karena faktor biaya yang kurang mencukupi. Subjek kedua mengambil keputusan menunda pernikahan disebabkan belum menemukan jodoh dan lelaki yang mau menerima kondisi adik kembar yang keterbelakangan mental. Subjek ketiga mengambil keputusan menunda pernikahan disebabkan pernah gagal merencanakan pernikahan dan belum menemukan pasangan kekasih yang baru. Kesimpulannya adalah pengambilan keputusan yang diambil oleh ketiga subjek merupakan cara terbaik dalam mencapai tujuan kejenjang pernikahan. Deactivation and regeneration of Ni catalyst during steam reforming of model biogas: An experimental investigation

his paper presents detailed study of biogas reforming. Model biogas with different levels of H2S is subjected to reforming reaction over supported Ni catalyst in a fixed bed reactor at 700 °C and 800 °C. In order to understand the poisoning effects of H2S the reactions have been initially carried out without H2S in the feed stream. Three different H2S concentrations (20, 50 and 100 ppm) have been considered in the study. The H2O to CH4 ratio is maintained in such as way that CO2 also participates in the reforming reaction. After performing the poisoning studies, regeneration of the catalyst has been studied using three different techniques i) removal of H2S from the feed stream ii) temperature enhancement and iii) steam treatment. Poisoning at low temperature is not recoverable just by removal of H 2S from the feed stream. However, poisoning at high temperature is easily reversed just by removal of H2S from the feed stream. Usia Berhubungan Dengan Preeklampsi Pada Ibu Hamil di Puskesmas Cipamokolan Bandung

Preeclampsia is a systemic disorder 20 weeks of gestation, characterized by a BP 140/90 mmHg and proteinuria. These abnormalities can affect both the mother and fetus. The cause of preeclampsia was still unknown. Several studies have reported different results regarding the risk factors associated with preeclampsia. Therefore, research about the factors that influence preeclampsia at the Cipamokolan Health Center needs to be carried out to determine further prevention programs. The case-control was used as the study design. The population is all pregnant women data in the Cipamokolan Health Center during the past year. The study sample was taken by purposive sampling based on the specified criteria. A total of eighteen respondents were recruited in the case group and 97 respondents in the control group. Data obtained secondary from medical records. The data were analyzed using the Chi-Square. The results showed a relationship between maternal age and preeclampsia (p-value = .036 .050), and there was no relationship between gravidity and pregnancy intervals with preeclampsia in pregnant women at the Cipamokolan Health Center. A pregnancy spacing program is recommended to avoid preeclampsia during pregnancy.

Pengaruh Good Governance, Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah dan Sistem Akuntansi Keuangan Daerah terhadap Kinerja Pemerintah Daerah (Studi Empiris pada Pemerintah Kota Dumai)

This study aimed to examine the effect caused by the variable good governance, financial management area and financial accounting system area of local government performance of local government in Dumai. This study uses a purposive sampling method with 70 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study is in the form of questionnaires, while data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis were processed with SPSS version 17 for windows. From the results of the testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test (F test) showed that all independent variables studied have a simultaneous effect on the local governmen performancet. Partial regression test (t test) showed that the variables good governance and financial accounting system area partially affect the variable local government performance, while the partial financial management area variables do not affect the variables local government performance. The magnitude of the effect caused by Adjusted R by three variables together against the dependent variable is 28,8%, while the remaining 71,2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: good governance, financial management area, financial accounting system area, local government performance, and local government in Duma

Hubugan Paparan Debu Kapas dan Karakteristik Individu dengan Gejala Penyakit Bisinosis pada Pekerja Spinning 1 PT. X Kabupaten Semarang

Cotton dust is a factor of air pollutants that cause disease byssinosis. In addition to cotton dust exposure byssinosis disease is also influenced by the characteristics of the individual. Based on the preliminary results of the survey 70% of workers in the spinning mills 1 PT. X has a cough, shortness of breath and respiratory symptoms suspected byssinosis disease. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between exposure to cotton dust and characteristics of individuals with symptoms of the disease byssinosis on workers in the spinning 1 PT. X Semarang Regency. This type of research is observational analytic cross-sectional study design. The variables measured were cotton dust levels, age, gender, length of employment, nutritional status, use of masks, smoking, history of pulmonary disease and lung vital capacity. Determination of the sample using simple random sampling technique was followed by a minimum sampling techniques to obtain a total sample of 53 people. Univariate analysis showed that the prevalence of disease symptoms byssinosis by 62.3%. Statistical test results by using test Spearman rank correlation showed no relationship between levels of cotton dust with disease symptoms byssinosis (p = 0.019), tenure with the symptoms of the disease byssinosis (p = 0.001), As for the variables of sex, age, nutritional status, the use of masks, smoking, and a history of pulmonary disease there was no correlation with disease symptoms byssinosis. Suggestions in this research is to rotate the work to the worker who has symptoms byssinosis and has worked for over 5 years to the section that has a low dust content value
