Human Resources (HR) are element or very important asset in the company. Human Resource Management is a process to deal with the issues on the scope of employees, managers and other workers to be able to support the activities to achieve the predetermined goals. The development of science and technology at this time brings a lot of benefits and services, for example, computer helps to perform data processing in a systematic, statistical data processing and others. Therefore, this research has built HRM aplication using waterfall method. The data collection uses interview and observation methods. This HRM application describes the interaction between user and application system, which each user has different access rights tailored to job functions. In addition, this application can be attributed to the Hardware Finger Print originating from a different place or location. The softwares used to build the systems were HTML, PHP, Javascript, css, and MySQL while the blackbox method was used to test the information system. The HRM application is expected to help the processing of employee data, so that the HRD division works more effectively and efficiently. HRM application can display employee data, employee history, length of employment, labor contracts, attendance data, payroll data, salary recapitulation, receipt of salary, employee benefits, salary increment, leave application, chunks of cash receipt and setting work hours. Keywords— HRM, Fingerprint, Salary

Application of Calculating Electricity USAge Umah Linear Trend Staircase with Least Square Method Using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0

One way to analyze the electricity consumption of households are using thecalculation method in statistical science, namely Trend Linear Least Square Method. With this linear trend can be calculated trend value of electricity consumption foreach household. The formula used is:Where: Y t = Total electricity consumption (in KWH)a = Constantb = coefficientt = t YearsThe value of a (constant) and b (coefficient) was first found by calculating the valueof t I (annual coding), the value of Y i (the use of electricity in KWH), t i2, and t i Y ivalue. After that specify the number of t i, Y i, t i2, and t i Y i. Then determine thevalues of a and b. Then the equation of linear trend can be determined based on thevalue of a and b of this. Finally the values of the trend of electricity consumptionevery month can be obtained by using the linear trend equations.Based on the trend, it is concluded fluctuations in electricity consumption of eachhousehold, whether increased or decreased each month in the period 2001-2003.Information about the fluctuations in electricity consumption of each household isvery beneficial for the PLN. PLN parties can know where households are alreadyefficient and inefficient use of electricity. With so can know which households alsoreflects the principle of saving in electricity consumption

Footwear Affects Conventional and Sumo Deadlift Performance

Barefoot weightlifting has become a popular training modality in recent years due to anecdotal suggestions of improved performance. However, research to support these anecdotal claims is limited. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to assess the differences between the conventional deadlift (CD) and the sumo deadlift (SD) in barefoot and shod conditions. On day one, one-repetition maximums (1 RM) were assessed for thirty subjects in both the CD and SD styles. At least 72 h later, subjects returned to perform five repetitions in four different conditions (barefoot and shod for both CD and SD) at 70% 1 RM. A 2 X 2 (footwear x lifting style) MANOVA was used to assess differences between peak vertical ground reaction force (VGRF), total mechanical work (WORK), barbell vertical displacement (DISP), peak vertical velocity (PV) and lift time (TIME) during the concentric phase. The CD displayed significant increases in VGRF, DISP, WORK, and TIME over the SD. The shod condition displayed increased WORK, DISP, and TIME compared to the barefoot condition. This study suggests that lifting barefoot does not improve performance as no differences in VGRF or PV were evident. The presence of a shoe does appear to increase the DISP and WORK required to complete the lift, suggesting an increased work load is present while wearing shoes

Effect of Heating and Glycation on the Allergenicity of 2S Albumins (Ara h 2/6) from Peanut

Although no effect of processing on T-cell reactivity was observed, heat induced denaturation reduced the IgE reactivity and subsequent functionality of Ara h 2/6. Conversely, Ara h 2 and 6 purified from roasted peanut retained the structure and IgE reactivity/functionality of the native protein which may explain the allergenic potency of this protein. Through detailed molecular study and allergenicity assessment approaches, this work then gives new insights into the effect of thermal processing on structure/allergenicity of peanut proteins
