    Studi Bahan Velg Aluminium Velg Merk Vrossi dengan Metode Standard JIS terhadap Sifat Fisis Dan Mekanis

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sifat fisis (uji komposisi kimia,uji struktur mikro) dan mekanis (uji tari,uji impact) kpada velg aluminium merk Vrossi. Bahan velg yang diuji pada penelitian ini adalah aluminium yang sering digunakan dalam bidang otomotif yaitu berupa velg sepeda motor. Setelah itu dilakukan uji komposisi kimia,pembuatan spesimen selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian tarik dengan metode standar JIS Z 2275 dan untuk impact menggunakan JIS Z 2202.Terakhir dilakukan uji struktur mikro. Hasil pengujian benda uji pada uji komposisi kimia didapat bahwa benda uji termasuk paduan AlSiCu.Pada uji struktur mikro terdapat unsur Si dan Cu merata pada alumunium.Hasil pada pengujian tarik didapat harga tengangan maximal rata-rata 242,34 MPa lebih besar dibanding penelitian sebelumnya velg Mio sebelum Quenching dan sesudah Quenching yaitu 222,12 MPa dan 68,98 MPa.Sedang pada pengujian impact didapat harga impact rata-rata sebesar 0,095 J/mm2 lebih besar dibanding penelitian sebelumnya velg Mio sebelum dan sesudah Quenching yaitu 0,068 J/mm2 dan 0,078 J/mm2

    Some molecule-based materials low dimension nanostructures

    Molecule based materials nanoarchitectures have been employed as important nanoscale building blocks for advanced materials and smart miniature devices to fulfill the increasing needs of high materials usage efficiency. Different dimension molecule based materials based nanoarchitectures, especially low dimension nanostructures, attract significant attention due to its fascinating controlled structure and functionality-easy tailoring with excellent semi-conductive properties and stability. In this report, we discuss the some molecule based materials self-assembled oriented functional nanoarchitectures by coordinated inducing.
