Allergic rhinitis -Allergic Rhinitis a disease pertaining to Nose, induced by an immunoglobulin E (IgE)-mediated inflammatory reaction after allergic exposure of the membranes lining the nose. Main symptoms include- It is characterised by watery Nasal discharge, Nasal congestion, Sneezing and Itching in the nose1.     This may also be associated with symptoms of itching in the eyes, palate and pharynx. It was defined in 19299. The three cardinal symptoms in nasal reactions occurring in allergy are sneezing, nasal obstruction and mucous discharge. Diagnosis- Allergic rhinitis Conclusion- Allergic rhinitis is the most common type of chronic rhinitis, affecting 10 to 20% of the population, and evidence suggests that the prevalence of the disorder is increasing2. Severe allergic rhinitis has been associated with significant impairments in quality of life, sleep and work performance3. In this case the curative action of homoeopathy is unleashed based on lab investigations, grading of symptoms, objective and subjective parameters with successful reduction of symptoms

The effect of spacings and fertilizers on growth, yield and fruit quality (physical) of chilli (Capsicum annuwn) cultivars was studied at Bikaner (Rajasthan, India). The cultivar Local Desi recorded significantly higher plant height, dry weight per plant, weight and volume per fruit. However, cultivar NP 46 prodnced maximum number of fruits per plant, fruit yield per plant and fruit yield per hectare. Application of 100 kg N in combination with 25 kg P and 50 kg K per ha recorded highest fruits per plant. Maximum plant height, fresh weight and dry weight per plant, number of fruits and yield of fruits per plant were recorded in the widest spacing (55 cm x 55 cm); closest spacing (25 cm x 25 cm) produced highest fruit yield per hectare. The quality offruits was affected by spacings. Interaction effect of spacings, fertilizers and cultivars was non significant to affect growth, yield and fruit quality attributes. &nbsp

Abstract The antioxidant properties of four successive extracts of Ipomoea leari Paxton and the successive chloroform extract fraction, ILCF-28, were tested using standard in vitro and in vivo models. The amount of the total phenolic and flavonoid content was also determined. The successive chloroform extract, ILC and its fraction ILCF-28 exhibited strong scavenging effect on 2,2-diphenyl-2-picryl hydrazyl (DPPH), Nitric oxide, 2,2 -azino-bis (3ethylbenzo-thiazoline-6-sulphonic acid) diammonium salt (ABTS) radical cation, Reducing power, p-NDA and hydrogen peroxide methods. The free radical scavenging effect of ILC and ILCF-28 was comparable with that of reference antioxidants. The ILCF-28 having the highest content of phenolic compounds and strong free radical scavenging effect when administered orally to male albino rats at 100, 200 and 400mg/kg body weight for 7 days, prior to carbontetrachloride (CCl4) treatment, caused a signiï¬cant increase in the levels of catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) and a signiï¬cant decrease in the levels of lipidperoxidation (LPO) in serum, liver and kidney, in a dose dependent manner, when compared to CCl4 treated control. These results clearly indicate the strong antioxidant property of the plant Ipomoea leari. The study provides a proof for the ethnomedical claims and reported biological activities. The plant has, therefore, very good therapeutic potential
