    Pengaruh Edukasi Media Video dan Flipchart terhadap Motivasi dan Sikap Orangtua dalam Merawat Balita dengan Pneumonia

    This study aims to determine the effect of providing education with video media and flip charts on the motivation and attitudes of parents in caring for toddlers with pneumonia. This type of research is a quasi-experimental design with a non randomized without control group pretest-posttestdesign. The results showed there were differences in the average score of motivation and attitudes of parents in caring for toddlers with pneumonia before and after providing education. In the video media group ρ motivation value (0.001) and attitude (0,000), in the media group flip chart with ρ motivation value (0.002) and attitude (0,000) and in the video media and flip chart combination group with ρ motivation value (0,000) and attitude (0,000) . Conclusion, there is a significant influence of the use of educational media in providing education to an increase in the average score of motivation and attitudes of parents in caring for children with pneumonia.     This study aims to determine the effect of health education using video and poster media on the knowledge and attitudes of fourth grade SDN 65 Seluma children in preventing diarrhea. This type of research is a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental approach using a two group pre and post test design. The results showed that the average score of children's knowledge in the video media group before the intervention was 68.00, after the intervention was 86.67, the child's attitude before the intervention was 52.67 after being given the intervention 80.93 with ρ-value 0.000. The average score of knowledge in the media poster group before the intervention was 72.67 after the intervention was 87.33, the attitude of the child before the intervention was 42.20 after the intervention was 65.40 with a ρ-value of 0.000. In conclusion, there is a significant effect of health education using video media and posters on children's knowledge and attitudes in preventing diarrhea disease.   Keywords: Health Education, Knowledge, Posters, Attitudes, Video

    Optimalisasi Penerapan Five Moment Hand Hygiene pada Staf Puskesmas Pematang Tiga

    This study aims to optimize the application of five-moment hand hygiene for the Pematang Tiga Health Center staff. This research method uses a quantitative methodology with a quasy experiment, one group pre-test, and a post-test design approach. The results showed that the average score of staff knowledge related to five moments of hand hygiene before the intervention was 67.50, or in the excellent category. The bivariate analysis of the two data using the Paired sample t-test showed a value of p = 0.000 <0.05. In conclusion, there is a difference in the average score of staff knowledge related to five-moment hand hygiene before and after giving the intervention.   Keywords: Five Moments of Hygiene, Staf

    PENGARUH INTERVENSI FINGER PAINTING TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PERKEMBANGAN MOTORIK HALUS ANAK PRASEKOLAH

    Kemampuan motorik halus menjadi salah satu aspek penting dalam perkembangan anak. Keterlambatan pada kemampuan motorik halus dapat menyebabkan anak kesulitan dalam mengeksplorasi lingkungan, hambatan dalam belajar, malas menulis, kurangnya minat belajar dan kreativitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh intervensi finger painting terhadap peningkatan motorik halus anak prasekolah di PAUD Aisiyah VI Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Quasi Eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian One group pretest and posttest design, sampel sebanyak 26 anak diambil menggunakan purposive sampling. Intervensi diberikan selama 2 minggu sebanyak 6 kali pertemuan dengan waktu 45 menit setiap pertemuan. Data perkembangan motorik halus anak dikumpulkan menggunakan format skrining DDST II, dianalisis menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Hasil Penelitian, sebelum intervensi bermain finger painting, kategori perkembangan motorik halus anak sebagian besar pada kategori suspect sebanyak 12 (46,2%) anak, dan normal sebanyak 9 (34,6%) anak. Setelah diberikan intervensi diketahui sebagian besar kategori perkembangan motoric halus anak adalah normal sebanyak 23 (88,5%). Hasil uji Wilcoxon didapatkan p value 0,000. Simpulan, ada pengaruh yang signifikan secara statistic intervensi finger painting terhadap peningkatan perkembangan motorik halus anak. Guru dan orangtua hendaknya lebih meningkatkan stimulus motorik halus anak usia dengan memfasilitasi anak untuk lebih sering bermain melipat kertas, menggunting, menggambar, menulis dan mewarnai

    Perbandingan Efektivitas Bermain Plastisin dengan Finger Painting terhadap Perkembangan Motorik Halus Anak Prasekolah

    This study aims to determine the comparison of the effectiveness of playing plasticine with finger painting on the fine motor development of pre-school children at PAUD Dharma Wanita Persatuan Bengkulu City. This type of research is a quantitative research with a Quasi Experimental design. The results showed that before the intervention, there were 8 (53.3%) children whose fine motor development was included suspect in the finger painting group, and 7 (46.7%) children were in the suspect category in the plasticine playing group. After being given the intervention by playing plasticine, there were 10 people (66.6%) whose fine motor development was normal, while the respondents after being given intervention by playing finger painting were 14 children (93.3%) whose fine motor development was normal. The results of the Wilcoxon test showed that the p-value of the two groups was 0.043 for the plasticine group and 0.007 for the finger painting group, which means that there was a difference in the average score for the fine motor category before and after the intervention was given to the two groups. Based on the results of the Mann-Whitney test, the p value = 0.073. In conclusion, the two interventions were statistically effective in increasing the average score of the fine motor ability category of preschool children and there was no significant difference in the effectiveness of the two intervention groups in increasing the average score of the fine motor ability category of preschool children in PAUD Dharma Wanita Persatuan Bengkulu City.   Keywords: Finger painting , Fine Motor, Plasticin

    Meniup Super Bubbles dan Baling-Baling Bamboo pada Anak Penderita Pneumonia

    This study aims to determine the effect of blowing superbubbles and blowing bamboo propellers on children's respiratory frequency with pneumonia. The study design was pre-test and post-test two groups. The results of the univariate analysis before the blow therapy were carried out. Super bubbles, the respiratory frequency of all respondents was included in the moderate category, namely 10 (100%) respondents. After the intervention, there was a change to the mild type, namely as many as 3 (30%) respondents. Whereas before the therapy of blowing bamboo propellers, the respiratory frequency of the majority of respondents was included in the medium category, namely as many as 8 (80%) of respondents, and after therapy, the respiration frequency was balanced between the moderate and light types, namely as many as 50% of respondents respectively. The bivariate analysis results showed the effect of blowing superbubbles and blowing bamboo propellers on the respiratory frequency of the children with a p-value of 0.000, and 0.006, respectively.     Kualitas Hidup Pasien Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2

    This study aims to determine the effect of Diabetes Self Management Education (DSME) on patients' quality of life with type 2 diabetes mellitus by using a pre-experimental design one group pre and post-test with a sample of 15 respondents. The results of the study, most of the respondents, as many as eight people (53.3%) aged 56-70 years, most of them 14 people (93.3%) were women, most of them eight people (53.3%) had junior high school education, most of them were nine people (60.0%) 1-5 years had diabetes, before the DSME the lowest quality of life score was 86. The highest was 99, the average was 90.93, while after DSME, the most inferior quality of life score was 88, and the highest was 105. The average standard is 98.67. The middle grade of life after treatment has increased. The difference in the mean quality of life scores before and after using DSME with p-value = 0.000.     This study aims to explore the experiences of adolescent mothers when giving birth to children during a pandemic. The research design used a qualitative type with a phenomenological approach. In this study, there were seven female adolescent participants aged 19-21 years. The instrument used was an in-depth interview guide related to the experience of childbirth during the COVID-19 pandemic. Test the validity of the data using the triangulation design technique. The results of the study found 11 themes, namely: the mother's last age and education, the definition of childbirth, the stage of childbirth, the mother's feelings during childbirth, the actions taken when the mother was anxious, treating the family for baby care, the opinion about the attitude that the family gave to the mother, the reaction of mothers in facing family treatment, patterns that mothers apply in the process of dealing with childbirth during the COVID-19 pandemic and the support young mothers receive in caring for their babies when they are sick. In conclusion, teenage mothers who gave birth during the COVID-19 pandemic suffered from moderate anxiety and lack of family support during childbirth and received treatment with poor quality access to health services.     Pengalaman Single Parents dalam Merawat Anak yang Terkonfirmasi Positif Covid-19

    This study aims to explore the experience of single parents in caring for children with confirmed COVID-19. This research design is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The results of this study obtained six themes, namely the signs of COVID-19 symptoms that occur in children, namely children have fever, cough, runny nose, and loss of appetite, the transmission of covid-19 occurs due to lack of implementing health protocols and traveling to crowded places, when knowing their child confirmed that covid-19 single parents experience feelings of anxiety, panic and worry, single parents, get support from family, the surrounding environment and work friends. In conclusion, in caring for their children, single parents prepare children's needs such as medicines, vitamins, healthy food, and a comfortable play environment.     Single Parent Psychology Who Confirmed Positive Covid-19

    This study aims to explore the psychological experiences of single parents with confirmed COVID-19. The design of this study is a phenomenological approach because what is being studied is experience. The participants involved were single parents with confirmed COVID-19, with the instrument used as an in-depth interview guide related to their psychological experiences with confirmed COVID-19. The results of this study obtained five themes, namely the transmission of covid-19 occurs due to infection from friends in the work environment and after traveling, feelings when confirmed with covid-19, single parents experience shortness of breath, anxiety, worry, fear, shaking, insomnia, headaches, and anxiety. Was. In self-care, single parents ask to be cared for independently at home by taking medicines, vitamins, herbs to maintain progress and experience changes in excessive eating patterns. This he also applies to his children so that children stay healthy.
