COLLABORATION AND INNOVATION OF DEVELOPMENT ACTORS IN ENVIRONMENT-BASED COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT IN THE CONCEPT OF NATURAL TOURISM

One example of an object of national development for each province is the tourism sector. Tourism is a source of foreign exchange that has the potential and has a big role in increasing the economic growth of a country. The tourism sector in Indonesia is very easy to develop by improving infrastructure, security and good management in order to be able to create a tourism sector that attracts local and foreign tourists with a good sense of satisfaction. The results of this study conclude that the form of transparency in environmental-based tourism development in Pringsewu Regency, Lampung Province is implemented properly and maximally. The form of accountability in environmental-based tourism development in Pringsewu Regency, Lampung Province is applied to the maximum. The participatory form of subjects and actors in environmental-based tourism development in Lampung Province is very actively carried out. Community participation is very important for the establishment of this tourist spot. The form of the effectiveness of activities in environmental-based tourism development in Lampung Province has been carried out with the maximum. The consensus implemented in the development of environmental-based tourism in Pringsewu Regency, Lampung Province is very actively carried out until now. The form of activities that are mutually beneficial and advance in the development of environmental-based tourism in Lampung Province have been carried out to the maximum. One of them can be seen from the participation of the community (participation). Furthermore, the author recommends that the Tourism and Culture Office of Pringsewu City always monitor and develop several hotels in Pringsewu City by providing input and suggestions in the management of business services in the tourism sector, and the results become evaluation material for the Pringsewu City Tourism and Culture Office, especially in the field of fostering and developing tourism actors. It is recommended that Information Communication and Education for tourism village managers, monitoring, evaluation and reporting of partnership development be further improved so that the target of tourism villages and tourism business actors in Pringsewu Regency can become a structured promotion program

Peran Teknologi Informasi Dalam Mendukung Komunikasi Politik Melalui Media Digital Dalam Industri Musik Dangdut

The purpose of this study is to find out the other side of the communication media used in the political context. This study examines the function of dangdut music as a means of communication in the political space that is commonly practiced in Indonesia. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method, with the type of research that is a case study. Based on the research conducted, it is known that the use of dangdut music in political communication has had a positive impact on party electability. Dangdut music with its broad appeal, its ability to build emotional bonds, and its potential to create a positive atmosphere in political campaigns, has helped political parties or candidates win the hearts of voters. However, the use of dangdut music is only one element of an effective political communication strategy. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, diketahui jika penggunaan musik dangdut dalam komunikasi politik telah membawa dampak positif terhadap elektabilitas partai. Pelabuhanratu National Fishing Port can be changed to Pelabuhanratu Oceanic Fishing Port, but it should be proper to the class characteristic regulation of KKP, number 16, 2006. It has several condition, as ; the fishing vessel fleet have service area in the ZEE territorial and the International Ocean, the quay wall fasility > 60 GT, the port quay dimension has length > 300 m and deep of sea water > 3 m, amount of fish production 60 ton per day, the fishing port capacity > 6000 GT per day, it has the quality assurance facility of fish production, the area of fishing port > 30 hectares, it has the zone of fish processing industry. The result of research had many factors that had not been proper to the KKP regulation, as; amount of fish production = 25,030 ton per day, the fishing port capacity approximately 268,957 GT per day, the area of fishing port < 30 hectares, the zone of fish processing industry had not completed, so Pelabuhanratu National Fishing Port can not be changed to Pelabuhanratu Oceanic Fishing Port. Related to the fishing vessel that to be proper to the characteristic of its service area, as ; the capacity of fishing vessel up to 60 GT and minimum speed 12,5 knots, the fishing vessel has minimum 6 fish holds, the location of fish hold in the middle body, the fishing vessel hull has the bilge keel plate, and the material of hull fishing vessel to be made of wooden, steel, aluminium, or fiberglass

Rancang bangun mesin sablon cup semi otomatis

Screen printing is a technique of printing graphic designs using gauze or called screens. One application of the screen printing machine is on the cup. The more beverage vendors in cup packaging like today, the more screen printing machines are needed. To meet these needs, a cup screen printing machine was made. The purpose of the study was to determine the shape and dimensions as well as the performance of the semi-automatic cup screen printing machine. The research method carried out is by designing and manufacturing a semi-automatic cup screen printing machine and testing with two different types of molding, namely 14 Oz and 16 Oz. From the results of the design and manufacture of the semi-automatic cup screen printing machine design, the length is 600 mm, the width is 400 mm and the height is 900 mm. Using an electric motor of 0.25 HP, gear box 1:60, screen length of 400 mm and width of 150 mm and using a steel frame ST 37 type L. Based on the results of tests and calculations it is known that the production capacity of the screen printing machine is 300 cups/hour and the quality production with 14 Oz molding type is 92% good, 4.67% normal, 2.6% bad while 16 Oz molding is 88% good, 7.34% normal, 4.6% bad. The electrical power consumption of the screen printing machine is 328.6 Watt and the mechanical efficiency is 54.04 %
