    Persepsi dan Minat Generasi Muda Terhadap Profesi Pengrajin Suji: Sebuah Analisis Korelasi

    The young generation as the successor to the sustainable development of suji plants will be examined for their perceptions and interests as a solution to the phenomenon of regeneration in agriculture. This research aims to analyze the perceptions and interests of the younger generation towards the suji craftsman profession and the relationship between the perceptions of the younger generation towards suji craftsmen with an interest in developing the suji craftsmanship profession. The research methods used were surveys, interviews, and field observations. Sampling was carried out using a simple random sampling method to 100 young generation respondents (15-25 years) in Sudajaya Girang Village. The analytical method used is descriptive qualitative, cross-tabulation, descriptive statistics, and Spearman's rank correlation. The young generation's perception of the suji craftsman profession is positive with a score of 2,76 out of 4 (good category). The interest of the younger generation in the development of the suji craftsman profession is positive with a score of 2,7 out of 4 (interesting category) because the suji craftsman profession is considered to have a lot of potential to be developed in the future. The relationship between perception and interest in the profession of suji craftsmen has a positive relationship at strong intervals

    Administrasi sarana dan prasarana merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran produktif pada program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran. Upaya untuk mendukung dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, penggunaan modul diperlukan sebagai bahan ajar yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan yang dapat dipelajari secara mandiri oleh peserta didik. Salah satunya dengan pengembangan modul berbasis portofolio. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development (RnD). Analisis data yang digunakan untuk mengukur penilaian validasi ahli menggunakan skala penelitian Likert dan evaluasi siswa menggunakan skala penelitian Guttman. Pada pengembangan modul berbasis portofolio menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D yang terdiri dari Pendefinisian (define), Perencanaan (design), Pengembangan (develop), dan Penyebaran (disseminate). Penyebaran hanya terbatas pada 15 siswa kelas XI APK SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Taman. Hasil penilaian oleh validasi para ahli memperoleh rata-rata kelayakan modul sebesar 81% dengan kategori sangat kuat dan pada hasil evaluasi siswa mendapatkan presentase sebanyak 91% dengan kategori sangat kuat. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul Administrasi Sarana dan Prasarana berbasis Portofolio kelas XI APK dinyatakan sangat kuat untuk dijadikan sebagai bahan ajar di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Taman.     KAKB (Keluarga Asuh Keluarga Binangun) is one of the answers formulation created by government Kulon Progo, to reduce the poverty. The purpose of this program will not be achieved without the active participation of the target group. KAKB program touches to the transgender community that often overlooked on other social safety nets. Empowerment is not totally eliminate the activities of transvestites to \"take to the streets\" as a musician. Besides, this study aims to find out, why they are still \"take to the streets\" as a musician in the community Transgender Empowerment KAKB. To analyze this case, the researcher uses the theory evaluation and implementation Stake Grindle, which is affected by the implementation of policy content and policy context. This research is conducted in Wates, Kab. Kulon Progo. This study uses an evaluation case study. The data collected are primary and secondary data. The retrieval using purposive and snowball methods, informants in this study include 5 members of KAKB Transgender Community and triangulate to the PKBI board (as the facilitator of empowerment), the Department of Cooperatives and UMKM Kulon Progo, Kulon Progo Posdaya Team coach, and the Agency for Community Empowerment Village Government and Family Planning, as an organizer of the program, as well as other transgender community. Data collection techniques are using observation, interviews, documentation, and book studies. The results of this research indicate a failure to change the attitude of empowerment KAKB stop singing transvestite transsexual community is located on the policy content and policy context. 1) Policy cotext shows four (PKBI Kulon Progo, Kulon Progo Regency Government, Bank Mandiri, and Posdaya) stakeholders in the processes have their individual interests. Transgender Community Empowerment close to KAKB concept of \"charity\" without the capacity development process and critical awareness. 2) The low sense of ownership towards the empowerment KAKB transvestite is caused by partial identification in government decision withdrawal (policy content). This resulted in the identification of a partial failure of transgender behavior change. 3) The fragility of commitment facilitator and companion. They look up in arms after the disbursement of funds. Evaluation design only on paper and multi-stakeholder framework on education Kulon Progo be a reason for throwing responsibility. Transgender community is considered to have empowered after receiving the money.
