Methodical peculiarities of state regulation of the wayside protective zones in Ukraine

The sizes of the areas of influence, protected zones, and reserved technological areas are contemplated here. There is also an analysis of modern use and following the wayside zones of motorways. The situation with pollution of roadside strips, surface waters, soils, groundwater and roadside vegetation has been analyzed. Solutions on lands protection and creation of prerequisites for the motorway protected zones formation are provided. It has been substantiated that the solution of these problems should be based on the application of mathematical methods and computer simulation with the use of remote sensing and requires detailed geographic research to the level of specific, quantitative justification of transport infrastructure projects in order to ensure optimal land use, recultivation. The comparative analysis of the regulatory requirements of the location highways elements of the and Ukraine, Belarus and the USA roadside territories has been conducted. The advantages of creating space data infrastructure for roadside establishment are elaborated. Establishing the sizes and configuration of the protection zones in the structure of the project documentation for the construction (reconstruction) of highways, as well as their indication in the town planning documentation, on cadastral plans will lead to the introduction of responsibility at the legislative level

Prerequisites for the creation of financial and credit infrastructure of support for agricultural enterprises in Ukraine

The study analyzed and summarized publications on the nature of the formation of financial and credit infrastructure, which is created in order to support agricultural enterprises. The functioning and development of financial and credit infrastructure as a factor of social and economic development of the country is explored. The features of diversification of financing sources of agricultural enterprises are determined. The role of bank lending to agricultural enterprises in Ukraine is investigated. The model of interaction of participants of the financial and credit infrastructure of support for agricultural enterprises through the formation of the certain conditions is proposed. It is proved that such measures will provide increase in the efficient use of available agro-resource potential and reopen the industry attractiveness for investing companies

Phenotypes of Motor Deficit and Pain after Experimental Spinal Cord Injury

Motor disability is a common outcome of spinal cord injury (SCI). The recovery of motor function after injury depends on the severity of neurotrauma; motor deficit can be reversible, at least partially, due to the innate tissue capability to recover, which, however, deteriorates with age. Pain is often a comorbidity of injury, although its prediction remains poor. It is largely unknown whether pain can attend motor dysfunction. Here, we implemented SCI for modelling severe and moderate neurotrauma and monitored SCI rats for up to 5 months post-injury to determine the profiles of both motor deficit and nociceptive sensitivity. Our data showed that motor dysfunction remained persistent after a moderate SCI in older animals (5-month-old); however, there were two populations among young SCI rats (1 month-old) whose motor deficit either declined or exacerbated even more over 4-5 weeks after identical injury. All young SCI rats displayed changed nociceptive sensitivity in thermal and mechanical modalities. The regression analysis of the changes revealed a population trend with respect to hyper- or hyposensitivity/motor deficit. Together, our data describe the phenotypes of motor deficit and pain, the two severe complications of neurotrauma. Our findings also suggest the predictability of motor dysfunction and pain syndromes following SCI that can be a hallmark for long-term rehabilitation and recovery after injury

РАЗРАБОТКА РАБОЧИХ ЛОПАТОК ИЗ ТИТАНОВОГО СПЛАВА ДЛЯ ПОСЛЕДНИХ СТУПЕНЕЙ ЦИЛИНДРА НИЗКОГО ДАВЛЕНИЯ МОЩНЫХ ПАРОВЫХ ТУРБИН

The main design studies of JSC “Turboatom” are highlighted when creating a working blade made of titanium alloy with an active part length of 1200 mm for the last stages of K-1000-60/3000 turbines. It is noted that complex calculations for blades made of titanium alloy for the last stages of the low-pressure cylinder of powerful steam turbines are an urgent task. A three-dimensional calculation of the strength of these blades was carried out, the stress-strain state and displacements at different values of the natural frequency of the blade were determined. The calculation of the bladed disk of the stage of the low pressure cylinder is performed. The dynamic frequencies of natural vibrations are determined for various rotation frequencies of the turbine rotor. A feature of manufacturing technology that provides for the control assembly on the process disk is indicated. The blades made of titanium alloy manufactured by JSC “Turboatom”, considered in this work, are successfully operated on K-1000-60/3000 turbines of the South Ukrainian and Khmelnitsky nuclear power plants.Освещены основные конструкторские проработки АО «Турбоатом» при создании рабочей лопатки из титанового сплава с длиной активной части 1200 мм для последних ступеней турбин К-1000-60/3000. Отмечено, что комплекс расчетов для рабочих лопаток из титанового сплава для последних ступеней цилиндра низкого давления мощных паровых турбин является актуальной задачей. Проведен трехмерный расчет на прочность указанных лопаток, определено напряженно-деформированное состояние и перемещения при разных значениях собственной частоты лопатки. Выполнен расчет облопаченного диска ступени цилиндра низкого давления. Определены динамические частоты собственных колебаний для различных частот вращения ротора турбины. Указана особенность технологии изготовления, которая предусматривает контрольную сборку на технологическом диске. Рабочие лопатки из титанового сплава производства АО «Турбоатом», рассмотренные в данной работе, успешно эксплуатируются на турбинах типа К-1000-60/3000 Южно-Украинской и Хмельницкой атомных станция

A Comparative Study of Tribological Behavior of Moglice and DK-6(PT) Composites

Authors have produced new polymer-based composite material DK-6(PT) for substitution of Moglice (Diamant) polymer. We manufactured and used sliding-friction test apparatus (pin-on-disc) capable of testing three specimens simultaneously, much reducing time for the test. The monitoring of the material curing process and the Shore hardness test indicate minor difference from reference material. Measurements were carried out during the curing period, since it is important to know change in this parameter over time. The wear test proved that DK-6(PT) composite in the long-time test has good wear resistance: over 80 km of the friction path, the wear loss of both materials is approximately the same. Furthermore, the friction factor of DK-6(PT) is 5–10% less than that of Moglice. Thus, the studied new polymeric composite may compete with well-known material Moglice and significantly cut the expenses for reconditioning of worn slide ways of metal working equipment
