The transformation of "eventfulness" feature forming genre in an InternetXreportage

The article is devoted to the contemporary reportage investigation. The aim of the investigation is to reveal the main genre forming feature "eventfulness" transformation in an internet-reportage. Using the internet-publications by Rustem Adagamov the author consecutively examines the representation of characteristics of such "event" category components as the event, time and place, participants and observer. The conducted analysis helps to describe the internet-reportage topical specificity, to find out the blog platform options, which are being used by citizen journalists to quickly cover the current events, and to outline the LiveJournal format influence on participants' representation characteristics.Статья посвящена исследованию современного репортажа. Цель анализа — выявление трансформации центрального жанрообразующего признака «событийность» в сетевом варианте репортажа. На материале публикаций в Журнале Другого в работе последовательно рассматриваются особенности выражения таких компонентов события, как собственно событие, место и время, участники, а также — наблюдатель. В результате формулируются выводы о тематическом своеобразии сетевого репортажа, активном использовании гражданскими журналистами возможностей платформы блога для оперативного сообщения о событии, влиянии специфики авторского журнала на особенности представления участников события

750 Natalia the economic and legal analysis of the terms of international delivery contracts involving Russian suppliers

Purpose: The article presents an economic and legal analysis of the terms of contracts for international delivery of goods involving Russian suppliers. Design/Methodology/Approach: The authors analysed the international norms of regulating relations for the goods’ delivery involving the foreign element. Terms of the goods delivery are investigated according to the national legislation of the Russian Federation. Findings: As a result, it is necessary to use an economic and legal approach when developing contract terms for the goods’ delivery to take into account norms of international law, the national legislation of the supplier country and in accordance with the calculations of the contract price and payment terms. Practical Implications: The proposed method is in accordance with the international legal framework and it can be adopted by the Russian Federation easily. Originality/Value: There is no such an approach eligible to modernize the existing system in the country.peer-reviewe

Optimisations of the cost and structure of created investment resources of an entity based on financial leverage elements

The article demonstrates the author's method for cost and structure optimisation of created investment resources of an entity based on financial leverage tools for effective financing of real investments in case of development of an investment strategy for an entity development, namely: - Criteria of investments financing from line items of conservative, compromise, and aggressive approaches are determined using in the scheme of financing owner's capital, and also short-term and long-term loan fund capital; - Step-by-step creation of the financial performances considering industry specifics, scale of functioning of economic agents' activities is offered. Effective activities of the entities in long terms, ensuring high rates of their development and competitiveness increase in the conditions of market economy, are substantially determined by the level of their investment activity and the range of investing activities. One of the main tasks of forming the investment resources is the optimisation of their structure taking into account the profitability level and the investment risk. The optimisation of a capital structure by criterion of financial profitability level maximisation (profitability of the owner's capital) is reached by means of financial leverage mechanism. Profitability level maximisation for the capital considering the set level of financial risk is performed through the financial leverage, showing the use of borrowed funds by the entity. Carrying out complex calculations within the investment analysis with use of mechanisms of financial leverage allows determining the optimum structure of the created investment resources providing maximisation of the profitability level. © 2015, Mediterranean Center of Social and Educational Research. The article is dedicated to investigate the problem of influence of cutting edge digital technology on the virtual and real legal relations, related to the movement and the turnover of intellectual property. Using the method of analyzing modern definitions of blockchain, and relying on the political-economic theory of social redistribution of wealth, authors define the term blockchain and its principles as a technological paradigm. Authors conclude the fact that blockchain can be used to guarantee intellectual property rights and it should be accepted at the national level. As a mechanism of a trusted environment, blockchain allows to reduce transaction costs and increase the level of commercialization of intellectual property.peer-reviewe

Modeling the impact of University students research work on the results of their final certification

The problem of the quality of education is formulated as the central problem of the educational process of the higher education institution. It is emphasized that the final certification is an integral indicator that takes into account all the knowledge and skills acquired during the period of study in various disciplines and other "activities", one of which research work of students (NIRS) is. The task of predicting the influence of students' research activities on the results of their final certification is formulated. Methods of linear multifactor regression and artificial neural networks as a possible mathematical toolkit for predicting are described. It is shown that the best predicting result is provided by the method of artificial neural networks with a perceptron architecture with 8 input factors and two hidden layers with 5 neurons in each. It is indicated that the proposed approach to predicting can be applied when planning the department’s activities, for example, when correcting the curriculum of specialties, syllabuses of scientific disciplines, while adjusting the department’s management strategy regarding the interaction of students with academic supervisors

Synthesis and Antibacterial Activity of Quaternary Ammonium 4-Deoxypyridoxine Derivatives

© 2016 Nikita V. Shtyrlin et al.A series of novel quaternary ammonium 4-deoxypyridoxine derivatives was synthesized. Two compounds demonstrated excellent activity against a panel of Gram-positive methicillin-resistant S. aureus strains with MICs in the range of 0.5-2 μg/mL, exceeding the activity of miramistin. At the same time, both compounds were inactive against the Gram-negative E. coli and P. aeruginosa strains. Cytotoxicity studies on human skin fibroblasts and embryonic kidney cells demonstrated that the active compounds possessed similar toxicity with benzalkonium chloride but were slightly more toxic than miramistin. SOS-chromotest in S. typhimurium showed the lack of DNA-damage activity of both compounds; meanwhile, one compound showed some mutagenic potential in the Ames test. The obtained results make the described chemotype a promising starting point for the development of new antibacterial therapies

The role of the body mass decrease in dyslipidemia correction in patients with cardiovascular diseases and type 2 diabetes

The interaction of obesity and dyslipidemia as two significant risk factors leads to an accelerated course of atherosclerosis and its complications. For patients with cardiovascular diseases, secondary prophylaxis is necessary, as the total cardiovascular risk is increasing. This research work is devoted to the study of the weight loss influence on the lipid spectrum of high and very high cardiovascular risk patients receiving high-grade drug therapy for cardiovascular diseases. The study included 130 patients (30 men and 100 women, mean age 68.3 ± 7.3) with excess weight or obesity, type 2 diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular diseases. It was revealed that the body mass index has decreased for more than 10% from the initial level and it was accompanied by the decrease in the level of triglycerides, p = 0.05, in combination with an increase in the level of high density lipoproteins, p = 0.03. The reduction in body mass may additionally improve the lipid profile of the patients receiving effective therapy.Взаимовлияние ожирения и дислипидемии (ДЛП) как двух значимых факторов кардиоваскулярного риска (КВР) приводит к ускоренному течению атеросклероза и его осложнений. У пациентов с сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями (ССЗ) и сахарным диабетом 2 типа (СД 2 типа) вторичная профилактика имеет крайне высокое значение, поскольку у данной категории больных суммарный КВР имеет нарастающий характер. Исследовано влияние снижения массы тела (МТ) на липидный спектр пациентов высокого и очень высокого КВР, получающих полноценную медикаментозную терапию ССЗ. В исследование было включено 130 пациентов (30 мужчин и 100 женщин, средний возраст 68,3±7,3) с избыточной МТ или ожирением, СД 2 типа и ССЗ. Выявлено, что уменьшение индекса массы тела (ИМТ) более 10% от исходного уровня сопровождалось снижением уровня триглицеридов (ТГ), p=0,05, в сочетании с повышением уровня липопротеинов высокой плотности (ЛПВП), p=0,03.
