Revitalisasi Tari Redad di Kelurahan Tanjung Kecamatan Mempawah Hilir Kabupaten Pontianak

This research specific purpose to revitalize Tari Redad (Redad Dance) in Tanjung Village which is lack of preservation for number of years by the native people. Describe form activity, process activity, and result of revitalizing activity. The method in this research is descriptive method in form of qualitative, sociology approach. The result of this research is in form of revitalizing activity of tari Redad as the meeting with the former of dancers and musicians of Tari Redad, the meeting with public figures or artist in Tanjung village, and observation to SDN 09 Tanjung village. The process of revitalizing activity of Tari Redad is the meeting with the recent or new dancer of tari Redad, introducing the previous movements of tari Redad, discussing the previous verses of tari Redad, practicing the recent movements of tari Redad, and practicing the movements with music. The result of revitalizing activity of tari Redad is about the song verses, the movements, the costumes, the interest of young generation, the support from the many sides, and the performance of tari Redad in Tanjung village, Mempawah Hilir subdistrict of Pontianak regency

Penerapan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) di Lingkungan Pondok Pesantren di Masa Pandemi Covid-19

The COVID-19 pandemic is a problem in all aspects of life, health impacts, economic impacts, including the impact of education, Islamic boarding schools cannot be separated from this impact. Community service activities regarding the Implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (CHLB) in Islamic boarding schools are expected to be able to suppress the transmission of COVID-19 in Islamic boarding schools. This activity hopes that students as pesantren residents have knowledge and are able to apply PHBS in the Islamic boarding school environment to prevent the transmission of COVID-19. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide Health Education on the Implementation of Clean and Healthy Life Behavior (CHLB) during the Covid 19 pandemic at the Manba'ul Ulum Gerung Islamic Boarding School, West Lombok. The methods used are lectures, discussions, simulations, giving leaflets to participants and tests. Activities by distributing questionnaires to activity participants. The results of the activity to increase the understanding of students, where in 30 people out of 45 students who took part in the activity, while for the 6-step handwashing demo for students, it was seen that the students were able to practice well, reaching 77.8% of 45 students

Becoming-with in Participatory Design

We draw on feminist technoscience to analyze actions and activities performed between participants in a Participatory Design workshop that unfolds in a realm of e-government. Stepping into this empirical site we want to show how participants (invited persons, researchers, methods, artifacts, gender stereotypes) become with each other. With such take on research endeavors we feed into current discussion in feminist research by illustrating how theory and practice intertwine and create realities

Topographically Distinguished Microbiome Taxonomy and Stress-Response Genes of Royal Belum Rainforest and Raja Muda Musa Peat Swamp Revealed through Metagenomic Inquisition

Soil ecosystems are home to a diverse range of microorganisms, but they are only partially understood because no single-cell sequencing or whole-community sequencing provides a complete picture of these complex communities. Using one of such metagenomics approaches, we succeeded in monitoring the microbial diversity and stress-response gene in the soil samples. This study aims to test whether known differences in taxonomic diversity and composition are reflected in functional gene profiles by implementing whole gene sequencing (WGS) metagenomic analysis of geographically dispersed soils from two distinct pristine forests. The study was commenced by sequencing three rainforest soil samples and three peat swamp soil samples. Soil richness effects were assessed by exploring the changes in specific functional gene abundances to elucidate physiological constraints acting on different soil systems and identify variance in functional pathways relevant to soil biogeochemical cycling. Proteobacteria shows abundances of microbial diversity for 52.15% in Royal Belum Reserved Forest and 48.28% in Raja Musa; 177 out of 1,391,841 and 449 out of 3,586,577 protein coding represent acidic stress-response genes for Royal Belum and Raja Musa, respectively. Raja Musa indicates pH 2.5, which is extremely acidic. The analysis of the taxonomic community showed that Royal Belum soils are dominated by bacteria (98% in Sungai Kooi (SK), 98% in Sungai Papan (SP), and 98% in Sungai Ruok (SR), Archaea (0.9% in SK, 0.9% in SP, and 1% in SR), and the remaining were classed under Eukaryota and viruses. Likewise, the soils of Raja Muda Musa are also dominated by bacteria (95% in Raja Musa 1 (RM1), 98% in Raja Musa 2 (RM2), and 96% in Raja Musa 3 (RM3)), followed by Archaea (4% in RM1, 1% in RM2, and 3% in RM3), and the remaining were classed under Eukaryota and viruses. This study revealed that RBFR (Royal Belum Foresr Reserve) and RMFR (Raja Musa Forest Reserve) metagenomes contained abundant stress-related genes assigned to various stress-response pathways, many of which did not show any difference among samples from both sites. Our findings indicate that the structure and functional potential of the microbial community will be altered by future environmental potential as the first glimpse of both the taxonomic and functional composition of soil microbial communities
