    KEEFEKTIFAN TEKNIK BERMAIN PERAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN REGULASI EMOSI SISWA SD

    Penulisan ini diangkat dari permasalahan emosi yang muncul pada siswa SD, di mana emosi yang dirasakan belum dapat mereka atur. Hal ini terlihat dari perilaku yang ditunjukkan pada orang lain secara langsung maupun tidak langsung saat emosi negatif mereka muncul, seperti: saling olok antar teman yang menyebabkan perkelahian, tidak mau meminta maaf saat berbuat kesalahan, menjauhi teman yang tidak disukai, dan perilaku lainnya sebagai akibat dari emosi negatif yang mereka rasakan. Maka dari itu diperlukan intervensi yang dapat membantu siswa dalam mengatur emosinya, salah satu caranya yakni dengan teknik bermain peran. Penelitian ini, bertujuan untuk memperoleh fakta empirik tentang keefektifan teknik bermain peran untuk meningkatkan regulasi emosi siswa SD. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuasi eksperimen. Untuk mendapatkan data hasil penelitian digunakan angket regulasi emosi. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SD Laboratorium Percontohan UPI Bandung tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Regulasi emosi yang dimaksud terdiri dari lima aspek, yaitu situation selection, situation modification, attentional deployment, cognitive change, dan response modulation. Analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif, terhadap data pre-pos tes regulasi emosi siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa regulasi emosi siswa setelah dilaksanakan teknik bermain peran secara statistik mengalami perubahan yang lebih baik, yaitu perbedaan yang signifikan antara skor yang diperoleh siswa kelompok eksperimen pada hasil pre tes dan pos tes. Selain itu, dibandingkan kelompok kontrol, kelompok eksperimen mengalami perubahan yang signifikan setelah dilaksanakannya teknik bermain peran. Thus the necessary interventions that can assist students in managing their emotions, one way is by role-playing techniques. This study aims to obtain empirical facts about the effectiveness of role-playing techniques to improving emotion regulation elementary students. The quasi-experiment method is used in this reseach. Emotion regulation questionnaire was used to obtain research data. The study population was a fifth grade elementary school students of Laboratorium Percontohan UPI Bandung of the academic year 2014/2015. The results of this study indicate that the fifth grade elementary school children majority can regulate their emotion. Emotion regulation is consist of five aspects: situation selection, situation modification, attentional deployment, cognitive change, and response modulation. The students data pre-post test of emotion regulation were analyzed with quantitaive data. The results showed that students of emotion regulation after role-playing technique was implemented statistically changes better, which is a significant difference between the scores of pre and post test who obtained by students in the experimental group. In addition, compared to the control group, the experimental group has a significant change after the implementation of role-playing techniques.     BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK MELALUI TEKNIK ROLE PLAYING TERHADAP PERILAKU BULLYING SISWA SMA

    The purpose of this research  was to determine the use of group guidance services with role playing techniques to overcome the bullying behavior of high school students.  Bullying behavior is a problem that is often faced by adolescent peer refusal to lead to the emergence of bullying behavior in students.  Increased cognitive abilities and awareness of adolescents can prepare teens to deal with stress and emotional fluctuations effectively, many adolescents cannot manage their emotions effectively.  As a result, adolescents are prone to anger, less able to control emotions, which can then lead to the emergence of various problems with negative emotions, one of which is bullying.  The method used in this research is a literature review that refers to previous studies and based on data from related sources.  Based on the results of several previous studies indicate that the implementation of group guidance with effective role playing techniques and helps in overcoming the bullying behavior of high school students.Keywords:    Bullying, Group Guidance, Role Playin

    Career planning in high school is a student activity that leads to career decisions in the future, this decision is very influential on the choices that will be taken on the future of students. for that the existence of the school becomes a forum in helping students with career planning to be chosen. Behavior that arises from the problem of career planning is because there are still students who have an indication of the inability to plan a career for the future, so that the information created can be useful material for educators, especially BK teachers if they encounter problems regarding student career planning. For this reason, this literature study uses modeling techniques in group guidance to help with student career planning. The purpose of this research is to be able to help students find interest in their career choices presented in groups and find models that can be used as figures to plan their careers. The method used is a literature review which collects information from previous findings and research.     The background of this study is the problem in high school students, namely the inability of students to interpersonal communication. Students who have difficulty doing interpersonal communication will find it difficult to adjust to the surrounding environment. So that the behavior exhibited by students such as tend to withdraw and take aggressive actions, difficult to adjust, easy to get angry, tend to force the will, selfish, and want to win themselves so that they are easily involved in disputes. Efforts are made to overcome these problems by using group guidance services through sodiodrama techniques. The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of group counseling to develop interpersonal communication of high school students.     Smoking behavior is one form of juvenile delinquency in the school environment. In dealing with smoking behavior high school students can be done through group counseling services with psychodrama techniques. The purpose of this paper is to determine the effect of group guidance with psychodrama techniques as a school effort to address student smoking behavior. The method used is the literature method.     At junior high school students, career planning decisions are influenced by the environment, especially families. information about family influences in making career decisions can be obtained through the genogram. This research, in general, aims to derive empirical facts about the effectiveness of the genogram to develop the career planning skills of junior high school students, in particular, the aim of this study is to obtain a profile of students' career planning abilities; formulation of the genogram technique based on the student's career planning ability profile; and an overview of the effectiveness of the genogram to develop students' career planning skills. The research design used is one group pretest-postest. To obtain data of research result used instrument of career planning ability. The population of this study are students of class VIII SMP Negeri 43 Bandung, with sample research VIII-1. Data analysis is done quantitatively. The result of the research shows that students' career planning ability after the statistical technique of genogram has changed to better, that is, there is a significant difference between the improvement of career planning ability of upper, middle, and lower students in pre test and post test

    The purpose of this study was to describe the self-confidence profile of class IX students of SMP Negeri 1 Selaawi Garut. Self-confidence is the belief to do something to the subject as a personal characteristic in which there is confidence in self-ability, optimism, objectivity, responsibility, rational and realistic. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Selaawi Garut on 32 grade students consisting of 11 boys and 21 girls. . This research approach is a quantative approach and descriptive method with data collection tools, namely the interview guide student confidence. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the self-confidence of students of class IX SMP Negeri 1 Selaawi Garut is 29% of students in the low category. The factors that affect students' self-confidence are academic success, physical appearance, economic status, and environmental interaction.Keywords: : self-confidence, student

    The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a relationship between academic procrastination and student learning motivation grade VIII  SMPN 2 Kadungora Kabupaten Garut. The sampling technique was used a purposive sampling technique to obtain a research sample of 56 people. The research method uses a quantitative correlational design approach with product moment correlation data analysis techniques based on questionnaire data with scale learning motivation and student learning independence. Data analysis use the application of SPSS 22 with a analys correlation value of 0.348  meaning  that there was a significant relationship between academic procrastination and learning motivation of Grade VIII  SMPN 2 Kadungora Kabupaten Garut Keywords: Academic Procrastination, Learning MotivationÂ

    Konselor sebagai sebuah profesi sudah pasti memiliki standar kualitas. Salah satu kualitas konselor adalah kualitas pribadi konselor. Kualitas pribadi konselor khususnya di Indonesia mencakup: (1) beriman dan bertakwa kepada Tuhan yang Maha Esa; (2) menghargai dan menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai kemanusiaan; (3) menunjukkan integritas dam stabilitas kepribadian yang kuat; dan (4) menampilkan kinerja berkualitas tinggi.Konseling individual merupakan kunci semua kegiatan bimbingan dan konseling. Proses konseling individual merupakan relasi antara konselor dan konseli dengan tujuan agar dapat mencapai tujuan konseli. Tujuan utama dari konseling individual adalah pengentasan masalah konseli, sehingga konselor memiliki tanggung jawab membantu konseli dalam pengentasan masalah tersebut dengan menggunakan keterampilan dan pendekatan dalam konseling melalui tahapan-tahapan proses konseling. Kualitas pribadi konselor dalam proses konseling individual merupakan titik tumpu antara pengetahuan dan keterampilan dari konselor. Dengan kata lain keberhasilan atau keefektifan dalam proses konseling dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pribadi konselor dalam melakukan teknik atau keterampilan dalam setiap tahap peroses konseling.   Kata kunci : Kualitas pribadi konselor, konseling individua
