    There are several methods of decision making VSAT IT goods suppliers such as: Promethee, Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Decision-making in the selection of the best suppliers, we have the basis of assessment criteria, and we will also be faced with more than one alternative. If alternatives are only two, maybe still easy for us to choose, but if the alternative is a lot of choice, it is quite difficult for us to decide. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a technique that was developed to help overcome this difficulty, because the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a form of decision-making model with many criteria.     Pengembangan media layanan bimbingan dan konseling merupakan salah satu peran guru bimbingan dan konselingdalam mengoptimalkan kemandirian dan potensi siswa di sekolah. Pengembangan modul pelatihan ini dilaksanakan karena layanan yang dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 3 Tanjungsari belum menggunakan media yang menstimulasi kemampuan berpikir kreatif pada siswa. Media modul pelatihan yang dikembangkan berisikan kegiatankegiatan yang menstimulasi siswa untuk aktif dalam proses layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Tujuan penelitian ini disusun mengingat rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kreatif pada siswa, menghasilkan Modul tentang Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif, serta mengetahui kelayakan Modul tentang Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pengembangan (research and development). Tujuan penelitian pengembangan ini adalah mengembangkan media layanan bimbingan dan konseling berupa Modul Pelatihan tentang Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif pada Siswa Kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Tanjungsari. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model penelitian 4D (Define, Design, Development, dan Disseminate). Pengembangan modul ini sampai pada tahap Development dengan melaksanakan uji ahli materi, uji ahli media, dan uji ahli layanan bimbingan dan konseling.Hasil penilaian yang diperoleh terhadap pengembangan modul pelatihan tentang kemampuan berpikir kreatif adalah Uji Ahli Media dengan skor 93,75, Uji Ahli Materi dengan skor 94, Uji Layanan BK dengan skor 93, dengan jumlah skor 280,75, dan rata-rata skor adalah 93,58 termasuk dalam kategori Sangat Baik. Oleh karena itu, berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli layanan bimbingan dan konseling maka Modul Pelatihan tentang Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif pada Siswa Kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Tanjungsari dinyatakan layak untuk di gunakan oleh Siswa Kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Tanjungsari

    Poverty is a condition where a person or household has insufficient income to meet the minimum living needs. BPS states that 40% of Indonesians are in the lowest economy. One of the measures to tackle poverty by the government is the application of electricity subsidies. The government in collaboration with PT. PLN to control poverty has an electricity subsidy program by providing electricity subsidy assistance funds to underprivileged communities. The purpose of the subsidy is to achieve electricity supply and help poor customers and those who have not been contacted by PT. PLN so that they can participate in enjoying electrical energy. However, there are still obstacles where there are many procedures so that it takes a long time to make decisions, because it must be seen from several criteria. One of the methods used to overcome the many criteria of FMADM is TOPSIS to complete 10 alternatives including: Job, Income, Dependents, Vehicle Assets, Home Ownership, Building Area, Drinking Water Source, Electrical Power Range, type of floor, and type of house wall. The results of the study obtained accurate results, namely from 20 submissions, only 11 residents were automatically acceded without having to wait a long time in the decision to grant electricity subsidies.     Purpose: This study aims to find the best method among the methods that have often been used in the selection of suppliers among the methods to be compared is the MCDM (WP, SAW &TOPSIS) method.Design/methodology/approach: Selecting the right supplier will significantly reduce the cost of purchasing materials and improve the competitiveness of the company. In Rouydel's research for supplier selection using 6 criteria that will be an assessment of supplier selection including: Quality, Price / cost, standardization, Service, Flexibility, On time delivery [8].Findings/result: The results of this study are that the three WP, SAW and TOPSIS methods can be used in supplier selection, of the three methods almost all are equal in the ranking so it can be concluded that the three WP, SAW and TOPSIS methods are the right methods in the decision making of the best supplier selection.Originality/value/state of the art: The selection of the best suppliers in Indonesia rarely pays attention to the Flexibility factor when this factor is needed in the selection of suppliers, and on average only based on price, shipping, quality criteria

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of various types of adhesives are tapioca, sago, lacquers and latex to time in the manufacture of fuel briquettes from the rind bintaro. Briquetting is carried out with a composition of 80% charcoal briquettes and type of adhesive respectively 20%. The results showed that the briquettes from the skin bintaro complies with SNI where the addition of starch adhesive obtained the best conditions, the water content of 1.91%, ash content of 7.35%, 15.34% levels of substance evaporates, 72 minute burn time and value kalornya 6000.46 calories / gra
