Background. Cardiovascular disease is one of the leading causes of death in the world. The most important things as a determinant of success in the prevention of risk factors, controlling symptoms, delay the progression of the disease and prevent hospitalization in patients with cardiovascular disease are patients adherence to therapeutic regimens. Non-adherence to long-term therapy is still a global problem especially in chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease. This requires the development of easy interventions, and can be applied in everyday practice. Methods: Systematic review consists of 5 steps: (1) identification of the instrument in the literature (database search); (2) identification of relevant literature based on the title and abstract; (3) inclusion and exclusion criteria; (4) obtain full text of the literature; (5) grading is based on components of the literature and analysis of the selected instrument. Search articles using the PICOT framework in the database; Ebscho, Science Direct, Elseiver, Sage Journals, Scopus, ProQuest, Journal Ners, limited to the last 7 years, 2010 to 2017 obtained 15 International Journal. Results: The magnitude and significant of telemonitoring effect on adherence in patient with cardiovascular disease. Conclusion: intervention with SMS system combined with smartphone gives good result in adherence patients with cardiovascular disease

Background: Self-management and support in managing therapeutic regimens is very important for patients with CKD. Information technology-based interventions are increasingly being used to support the self-management of patients with CKD. This study aimed to conduct a systematic review to evaluate information technology-based interventions in relation to the support of the health management of patients with CKD. Method: We conducted a systematic review using electronic databases (Scopus, Science Direct, ProQuest) limited to the last 8 years from 2010 to 2018 with the relevant keywords. The studies included used RCT, pilot and case-control methods focusing on patients with CKD stage 1-5 and that reported on at least one outcome from the health management of patients with CKD. Out of the 7.852 studies taken, 13 studies fulfilled the inclusion criteria. Result: The interventions in this systematic review are multifaceted, including smartphone/PDA (6/13), telematics devices (2/13), internet/web (3/13) and a combination of several interventions (2 studies). In total, 12 (92%) out of the 13 studies showed a positive outcome from the intervention, 7 studies showed improved outcomes in the clinical points, 3 studies had improved adherence and 2 studies improved knowledge. Conclusion: This evidence indicates the potential of IT-based interventions (i.e. smartphone/PDA, computer, internet/web, telematic device) to support the health management of patients with CKD. The variety of interventions in this systematic review requires further research on which interventions are best applied

Background: Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a metabolic disease with characteristic hyperglycemia resulting from impaired insulin secretion, insulin action or both. Based on the etiology of diabetes mellitus can be classified into four types, namely types 1, 2, types and gestational diabetes (American Diabetes Association (ADA), 2012), Results of the study showed that prevalensi diabetes is increasing dramatically worldwide. The negative effects of physiological stress and emotional on blood glucose control has been described can be overcome with a mind-body therapy, such as meditation, yoga, qi-gong, and other relaxation techniques, which had previously been studied in the treatment of diabetes as a means of reducing the stress associated with hyperglycemia. Methods: Search articles through database: Scopus, Proquest, ScienceDirect, and PubMed. The year limit used is 10 years (year 2007 -2016). Results: There are fifteen selected journal articles from 14,487 journal articles found. Conclusions: This systematic review generally recommends intervention with mindfullness gives good result in glucose cotrol patients with diabetes mellitus. However, it should be done more and more research by using RCT with good preparation and cooperation with all elements in the implementation and implementation of the progra

Discharge planning has not been able to increase confidence and fluid restriction adherence in endstage renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis. This study aimed to develop an application of discharge planning with automatic reminder of fluid management to improve fluid restriction adherence in hemodialysis patients. Research and development with the first stage was developing an application prototype by evaluating hemodialysis patients' issues through interviews and questionnaires of 115 respondents. Focus group discussions with health professionals and expert discussions were conducted after data collecting. Second stage was a quasiexperimental study with 30 respondents in each group using simple random sampling. Research analysis used MANOVA test. The development of a prototype consisted of pooling intake, pooling output, fluid control log, education, setting and automatic fluid monitoring reminder. The results of interviews with the target users showed that the app was feasible. The effect of interventions on beliefs (perceived threat, perceived benefit, perceived barrier, and self-efficacy) with p = 0.001, fluid restriction compliance and IDWG p = 0.001 after the intervention using the development of discharge planning with automatic reminder app. Development of discharge planning with automatic reminder of fluid management consists of several menus and the main feature was an automatic fluid monitoring reminder. This app can increase self-confidence in fluid restriction and adherence in patients undergoing hemodialysis. © Advanced Scientific Research. All rights reserved
