    Status Gizi Pada Wanita Perimenopause Yang Mengalami Keluhan Klimakterik

Perimenopause is the transition phase between premenopausal and postmenopausal (age 45-55 years) is characterized by the appearance of climacteric complaints as a result of the decline in ovarian function and is influenced by psychological factors, environmental, socio-economic including nutritional status. Highest conversion of androgens to estrogens occur in adipose tissue, so that obese women have more estrogen circulating with climacteric complaints were lower than thin women. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of nutritional status and the occurrence of climacteric complaints in perimenopausal women in the village RENGAS Kedungwuni District of Pekalongan district in 2012. The design of this study using correlative descriptive method with cross sectional approach. The sample in this study is an area probability sampling or sample the region totaling 70 respondents. Data collection door to door using a measuring instrument antoprometri and questionnaires. Analysis of the results of the study the majority (61.1%) severe climacteric complaints experienced by perimenopausal women with thin nutritional status and most (60%) mild climacteric complaints experienced by perimenopausal women with a normal nutritional status. Advice for health workers should help the mother to obtain information about perimenopause as well as the symptoms that occur when perimenopause

    Effect of Tokay Gecko (Gekko Gecko LINNAEUS, 1758) Saliva on Angiogenesis During Wound Healing Phase of Autotomized Tail in Common Sun Skink (Eutropis Multifasciata KUHL, 1820)

    The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Tokay gecko saliva on morphology and angiogenesis response on the healing process of skink tail wound and also to characterize the protein profile of Gecko saliva. Twelve skinks were autotomized and wound surface of tail smeared by young gecko saliva, adult gecko saliva, and human's saliva twice per day and control. The morphological changes of the wound surface were observed. The angiogenesis response was observed in vitro using Chorioallantois Membrane (CAM) of the ninth day's chick embryos. Protein profile of gecko saliva analyzed with SDS-PAGE. Generally, treated wound showed a better healing. Young gecko saliva able to stimulate angiogenesis in wound healing stage of sun skink tail after autotomy. Saliva protein of young and adult Gecko differences was not only in the size (or density) but also in the number of the bands. The young and adult Gecko revealed a striking consistency of protein patterns, indicating a profound physiological stability of the whole saliva. This study showed that Gecko saliva able to accelerate wound healing, thus Gecko saliva may have potential me as a future therapeutic for treating infected wounds

    Pengembangan Instrumen Penilaian Kompetensi Sikap Spiritual Dan Sosial Dalam Pembelajaran Sains SMP

    The purpose of this research was to make an alternative assessment instrument to assess the students's spiritual and social attitudes in science learning for Junior High School. The instrument must had the logical validity, empirical validity, and reliability. Elaboration method consisted of eight elaborational stages: problem identification, data aggregation, product design, validation of the design, revision of the design, product testing, product revision, and product printing. The product was validated logically by three evaluation experts. The field test result indicated that the instrument had empirical validity. Reliability test used Alpha Cronbach method indicated that the product had satisfying reliability. The end product was judged proper to be used directly by teacher and be developed by grille matrix.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangĀ­kan instrumen alternatif untuk menilai kompetensi sikap spiritual dan sosial dalam pembelajaran sains untuk siswa SMP yang valid secara logis, valid secara empiris, dan reliabel. Prosedur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi delapan tahap: identifikasi masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk, revisi produk, dan pencetakan produk. Produk telah tervalidasi secara logis oleh tiga ahli evaluasi. Hasil uji lapangan menunjukkan bahwa instrumen penilaian sikap valid secara empiris. Uji reliabilitas dengan metode Alpha Cronbach menunjukkan bahwa reliabilitas produk terkategori memuaskan. Produk akhir dinilai layak digunakan secara langsung oleh guru serta dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut dengan acuan kisi-kisi

    Kandungan Pb Pada Daun Angsana (Pterocarpus Indicus) Dan Rumput Gajah Mini (Axonopus.Sp)Di Jalan Protokol Kota Tangerang

    Telah dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui akumulasi Pb pada daun Angsana (Pterocarpus indicus) dan rumput Gajah Mini (Axonopus.Sp) yang terletak dibeberapa jalan protokol Kota Tangerang. Lokasi pengambilan sampel dilakukan di Sembilan lokasi utama Kota Tangerang dan satu di lokasi permukiman. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada bulan Maret dan April 2009. Sampel dianalisa menggunakan Spektroskopi Serapan Atom (SSA) melalui metode destruksi basah. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah kandungan Pb pada daun Angsana (2.04 ā€“ 7.30 Ī¼g/g pada bulan Maret 2009 ; 1.12 ā€“ 7.61 Ī¼g/g pada bulan April 2009) dan rumput Gajah Mini (2.12 ā€“ 12.38 Ī¼g/g pada bulan Maret 2009 ; 5.89 ā€“ 10.32 Ī¼g/g pada bulan April 2009). Secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pterocarpus indicus dan Axonopus.Sp mampu mengakumulasi Pb pada kisaran 1.12-12.38 Ī¼g/g. Kandungan Pb pada daun Angsana dan rumput Gajah Mini hasil penelitian tidak mencapai 1000 ppm (Ī¼g/g). Hal ini berarti kandungan Pb pada daun Angsana dan rumput Gajah Mini di Kota Tangerang belum melampaui ambang batas toksisitasnya terhadap tanaman

    Changes in Pacific Ocean and Indian Ocean temperatures can trigger climate change, one of which is El-Nino. Ngawi Regency, East Java, Indonesia is one of the areas frequently affected by drought, which is thought to be caused by El Nino. This research was conducted to determine the distribution of drought in the Ngawi district. The method used is the Standardized Precipitation Index (SPI) and the data used is monthly rainfall data. The mapping uses ArcGIS 10.5 software with IDW (Inverse Distance Weight) interpolation. The results obtained are that the maximum drought conditions in Ngawi Regency occurred in 2015, with a very dry category. The area with the highest frequency of droughts is Jogorogo District with 36 times. The ENSO correlation value for drought is 5.1%

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan prestasi belajar siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran PBL (Problem Based Learning) di kelas XI IPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Gondang Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015 pada materi pokok kelarutan dan hasil kali kelarutan. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Classroom Action Research) dengan model Kurt Lewin yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik kualitatif didukung data kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran konstruktivisme melalui PBL (Problem Based Learning) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir siswa dan prestasi belajar pada materi Kelarutan dan Hasil Kali Kelarutan di kelas XI IPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Gondang, Sragen. Pada aspek kemampuan berpikir kritis, siklus I menunjukkan siswa yang memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis dengan kategori tinggi 31,25%, sedang 31,25% dan rendah 37,5%. Sedangkan pada siklus II, siswa yang memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis dengan kategori tinggi 68,75%, sedang 25% dan rendah 6,25%. Ketuntasan belajar siswa pada aspek kognitif, siklus I menunjukkan ketuntasan siswa 34,38 %, sedangkan pada siklus II 68,75%. Pada aspek afektif, siklus I menunjukkan persentase siswa berkategori sangat baik sebanyak 18,75% dan siswa yang berkategori baik 81,25 %. Sedangkang pada siklus II 53,12% berkategori sangat baik, dan 46,88 % berkategori baik. Pada aspek psikomotorik, 75% siswa XI IPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Gondang termasuk kategori baik

    Performa Ayam Broiler dengan Pemberian Serbuk Pinang sebagai Feed Aditive

    One of the weakness of broiler chicken is susceptible to disease infection. Therefore in its feed is added by feed additive. The feed additive that is often used was antibiotics growth promoters. To produce the healthy of chicken meat, using antibiotics in feed should be avoided. The powder of areca nut contain of high flavonoid, so it can be given to broiler chicken, for replace the role of antibiotic in feed.So the purpose of this study was to evaluate the powder of areca nut in broiler chicken feed toward the production performance and its economic value. 96 day old chicks of broiler were used. They were placed at 12 swath (sized 1x1 m2) in open house, then they were distributed into 4 treatments. Every treatment consist of 3 repeted. The treatments were the level of powder of areca nut in feed, 0, 1, 2, and 3% (P0, P1, P2, and P3). Production performances were analyzed statistically, while the value ofĀ  income over feed and chick cost were analyzed descriptively.Production performances include the average of feed consumption, body weight gain, final body weight, feed conversion ratio, and mortality of broiler chickens were not significant. There were no death chicken at P1. The high value of income over feed and chick cost wereachieved by P1, in the amount ofRp7080/chicken. It can be concluded that the level of powder of areca nut in amount 1% in commercial broiler feed gave the best result.Keywords : broiler chicken, powder of areca nut, production performance, income over feed and chick cos
