    Cellulolytic bacteria are bacteria which produce cellulase enzyme which functioned to degrade cellulose. Cellulolytic bacteria can be found in the decomposing plant tissue. This study aims to determine the potential of the cellulolytic and the characteristics of the bacteria from the result of the isolation and screening of indigenous bacteria from the immersion water of Zalacca (Zalacca edulis, Reinw.) plant stem. The parameters that are used in this study are the isolates of indigenous bacteria that have potential as cellulolytic bacteria and cellulolytic bacterial characteristics. This study is an exploratory study, the obtained data is systematically collected and presented informatively. The study is done by isolating the bacteria by using Gelatine Nutrient media to get the bacteria with different characteristics and then the screening by using 1% of Gelatine Carboxy Methyl Cellulose (Gelatine CMC) selective media with 0.1% of Congo red indicator, incubated on 280C for five days (Cellulolytic bacteria were marked by the emergence of a clear zone around the colony). The results of the isolation and screening of the bacteria are the seven isolates which have different characteristics, and all of the isolates are able to degrade cellulose. The largest cellulolytic activity index on the cellulolytic bacteria coded S3 is 1.27 mm. The shapes of the seven isolates of cellulolytic bacteria are all in coccus shapes with three types of gram-negative and four types of gram-positive

    Analysis of the subsurface structure of Mount Ijen, Banyuwangi was carried out based on anomaly data obtained from satellite image data. This research was conducted with the aim of identifying the subsurface structures around the research site. In this study, what is determined is the complete Bouguer anomaly (ABL), regional and residual anomalies based on the ABL, and their inversion modeling. The results of the representation of underground structures based on residual anomalies obtained from complete and regional Bouguer anomaly data. The complete bouguer anomaly values obtained in the Mount Ijen area range from 12.2 to 110.7 mGal. In the process of separating regional and residual anomalies, different anomaly values are produced. The regional anomaly value ranges from +12.2 to +110.7 mGal while the residual anomaly ranges from -4.2 to +2.4 mGa

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri 057225 Lorong Siku Kec. Gebang.Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 18 siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 057225 Lorong Siku Kec. Gebang dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Peneliti melakukan beberapa teknik untuk mengumpulkan data yaitu tes tentang konsep bangun persegi yang berjumlah 5 butir soal. Peneliti juga melakukan observasi dan wawancara. Hal ini berguna untuk memberikan penguatan terhadap hasil jawaban siswa dan kebenaran data yang sesungguhnya terjadi di lapangan. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan proses penyelesaian jawaban siswa masih memiliki pemahaman konsep geometri bangun persegi. Hasilpenelitian juga menunjukkan siswa belum mampu menjelaskan karakteristik dari bangun persegi panjang. Metode hafalan rumus menjadi acuan guru dalam pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran

    Modeling of Heavy Rainfall Triggering Landslide Using WRF Model

    This study revealed the behavior of heavy rainfall before landslide event based on the Weather Research Forecasting (WRF) model. Simulations were carried out to capture the heavy rainfall patterns on 27 November 2018 in Kulonprogo, Yogyakarta. The modeling was performed with three different planetary boundary layer schemes, namely: Yonsei University (YSU), Sin-Hong (SH) and Bougeault and Lacarrere (BL). Our results indicated that the variation of rainfall distribution were small among schemes. The finding revealed that the model was able to capture the radar’s rainfall pattern. Based on statistical metric, WRF-YSU scheme was the best outperforming to predict a temporal pattern. Further, the study showed a pattern of rainfall development coming from the southern coastal of Java before 13:00 LT (Local Time=WIB=UTC+7) and continued to inland after 13:00 LT. During these periods, the new clouds were developed. Based on our analysis, the cloud formation that generated rainfall started at 10:00 LT, and hit a peak at 13:00 LT.     This study is done in order to find out the coherence in radio commercial broadcasted Radio Suzana.Such aim is broken down into two main problems of the study which are What aspects of coherence devices are used in the conversations of radio commercial broadcasted by Radio Suzana ? and what function do these radio commercials, broadcasted by Radio Suzana play to correspond to the aspect of coherence?. The discourse theories used in solving these problems are Speecn Act theory,Cooperative Principle theory,Determining Inferences to be made and also Hyme?s Ethnography of Communication according to Brown and Yule (1 985). Seven radio commercial broadcasted by Radio Suzana, each taken from different topics, are collected as the data and analyzed using those four theories above. The data were obtained through recording the radio commercial broadcasted by Radio Suzana when the participants were speaking in one month. The findings show that the aspect of coherence, Speech Act theory, mostly used directive. The next aspect of comerence, Cooperative Principle theory, which occurred in a great deal of numbers was quantity maxim, while manner maxim occurred at the least

    Abnormal Returns and Trading Volume in the Indonesian Stock Market in Relation to the Presidential Elections in 2004, 2009, and 2014

    Abstract. Presidential election is considered as relevant information for stock market’s investors to make investment decision. The objective of this study is to examine differences in average abnormal return and trading volume activity on sectoral indices’ stocks before and after the presidential elections in 2004, 2009, and 2014. The research uses the event study method. The data are collected from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The daily closing prices on sectoral indices used in this study consist of 120 days preceding and 30 days succeeding the elections. There is a strong evidence of differences in average abnormal return on Indonesian’s sectoral stock market before and after the presidential elections especially for the mining sector. However, the trading volume activities of the Indonesian’s sectoral stock market before and after the elections were statistically the same. The litigation from the last election results had no impact on most Indonesian’s sectoral stock, except for the financial as well basic industry and chemical sectors. The analysis concludes that the trade, services, and investment are the most stable sectors, while mining is the opposite one. Pemilihan presiden dipertimbangkan sebagai informasi yang relevan bagi investor pasar saham untuk membuat keputusan investasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji perbedaan average abnormal return dan trading volume activity pada indeks saham sektoral sebelum dan sesudah pemilihan presiden 2004, 2009, dan 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode event study. Data dikumpulkan dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Harga penutupan indeks saham sektoral harian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 120 hari sebelum dan 30 hari setelah pemilihan presiden. Terdapat bukti perbedaan yang kuat pada average abnormal return indeks saham sektoral sebelum dan sesudah pemilihan presiden terutama pada sektor pertambangan. Akan tetapi, untuk trading volume activity indeks saham sektoral sebelum dan sesudah pemilihan presiden secara statistik sama. Adanya gugatan terhadap hasil pemilihan presiden terakhir tidak memberikan pengaruh pada hampir semua indeks saham sektoral, kecuali pada sektor keuangan dan sektor industri dasar dan kimia. Analisis ini menyimpulkan bahwa sektor perdagangan, jasa dan investasi merupakan sektor yang paling stabil, sedangkan sektor pertambangan merupakan sektor yang paling tidak stabil.     AUDIT SISTEM INFORMASI ABSENSI PADA KEJAKSAAN NEGERI KOTA BANDUNG MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK COBIT 5

    Kejaksaan Negeri Kota Bandung is a unit of the state institutions that carries out state power, particularly in the field of prosecution. Kejaksaan Negeri Kota Bandung implemented an information system to intensify operational activities. Using a computerized tool that is FaceUnlock to record the attendance list of employees. The system must be able to manage, convey, and maintain information security properly. Then, an audit is needed to evaluate the governance of the current information system. In this research, the capability model is used as a measurement of respondent's answers from a questionnaire based on the COBIT 5 framework with the MEA (Monitor, Evaluate, and Assess) domain as a reference. Respondents who were involved in filling out the questionnaire were employees of Kejaksaan Negeri Kota Bandung who carried out SIMPEG operations on daily. Based on the recapitulation of the answers from the respondents, the value of the current capability level is 2.4 in the range 1-4. To get the expected results, there some alternative to intensify SIMPEG's performance at Kejaksaan Negeri Kota Bandung in the future
