The Proton-Deuteron Break-Up Process in a Three-Dimensional Approach

The pd break-up amplitude in the Faddeev scheme is calculated by employing a three-dimensional method without partial wave decomposition (PWD). In a first step and in view of higher energies only the leading term is evaluated and this for the process d(p,n)pp. A comparison with the results based on PWD reveals discrepancies in the cross section around 200 MeV. This indicates the onset of a limitation of the partial wave scheme. Also, around 200 MeV relativistic effects are clearly visible and the use of relativistic kinematics shifts the cross section peak to where the experimental peak is located. The theoretical peak height, however, is wrong and calls first of all for the inclusion of rescattering terms, which are shown to be important in a nonrelativistic full Faddeev calculation in PWD.Comment: 4 pages, 5 figures, Proceeding of the Second Asia-Pasific Conference on Few-Body Problem in Physics, August 2002, Shanghai, Chin

STRATEGI PELAYANAN PUBLIK DI KANTOR KECAMATAN KANDANGAN KABUPATEN KEDIRI

This study aims to determine the performance of the apparatus, the strategy of improving public services in Kandangan Subdistrict, Kediri Regency, as well as obstacles faced to strengthen public service capacity in the Kandangan District Office, Kediri Regency. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques used are interactive models. The validity of the data is done by triangulating the source and method. Utilizing the information from the informants, this study produced findings: 1). The public service strategy in the Kandangan District Office is seen from various indicators, namely the provision of physical facilities and equipment, reliability, simplification of processes, pure responsiveness of the apparatus, providing waiting rooms and places. Secure parking/assurance (Assurance), and empathy (empathy) apparatus in Kandangan Subdistrict, the average community considers it to be relatively good. 2). Scattering of Two Spinless Particles in 3D Formulation with Coulomb Admixtures

Scattering of two spinless charge particles for simple forces including coulomb admixtures is calculated without partial wave decomposition. The coulomb interaction being taken is of the type of screened coulomb potential. For the forces range are not infinite, the standard scattering theory is applied. The realization of the Corporate Social Responsibility Program (CSR) of industry in Trenggalek regency has been arranged in District Regulation Number  3, 2016 It is about corporate social responsibility. A reason for the realization of this program is fund limitation or government funding in development, so it needs attention, motivation and cooperation from corporate to participate and be responsible towards the development. In the environment. This research aims to know the government's role in Trenggalek regency in case of management for the realization of the CSR program and the advantage of this program forward Trenggalek regency development. Data resources or informants in this research are management facilitate the team of the CSR program. This research used a Qualitative data analysis method. The results of this research show that the government has a very strategic role in the management of the realization of the CSR program, that is the government as the data/ information provider, planner and the manager of monitoring and evaluation forward the realization of the CSR Program. The advantage of the achievement of the CSR Program has been enjoyed by Society, like public facilities for daily life or education

Penerapan Prinsip-Prinsip Good Governance Dalam Mewujudkan Kualitas Pelayanan Publik Pada Dinas Perdagangan Kabupaten Kediri

This research takes a case study at the Kediri Regency Trade Office in applying the principles of  Good Governance in realizing the quality of public services. This type of research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used interviews with selected informants, namely apparatus at the Market UPTD, and the Kediri District Trade Office. Data analysis uses an interactive model of four stages, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study state that the application of the principles of  Good Governance at the Kediri Regency Trade Service is quite good but has several notes. The record is in terms of transparency and participation. Transparency must be further strengthened by commitment between stakeholders in its implementation. Meanwhile, participation can be said to be not very participatory, because it has not involved the community when formulating policies. Supporting factors consist of 3 (three) things, namely the role and support of the leadership, a collaboration between governments, and direct supervision from law enforcement officials. While the inhibiting factors consist of 3 (three) things, namely the head of the service which is not yet definitive, limited human resources, and reports from NGOs

STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN PARIWISATA DI KABUPATEN TULUNGAGUNG

This study aims to analyze the strategies that have been implemented by the local government of Tulungagung District in developing tourism. This study uses a qualitative approach to interpret the experiences of informants related to tourism development activities. At least, the strategy that has been used is to synergize all related institutions and optimize the role of tourism villages. The inhibiting factor that emerges is the geographical location of tourist attractions that are difficult and are disaster-prone areas, while a significant supporting factor is the presence of social media that can bring tourists without requiring substantial resources

Implementasi Pengajuan Surat Perintah Membayar (SPM) pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Tulungagung

One of the crucial aspects of the public policy process is the implementation of public policy. In submitting a payment order (SPM) to the Tulungagung Regency Petrhubungan Office which is guided by Permendagri Number 77 of 2020. This study aims to find out how the implementation of permendagri number 77 of 2020 in submitting a payment warrant (SPM) and what factors are the obstacles. This research uses a type of qualitative method where researchers explore key instruments. Data Sources are used using interview techniques with the officials concerned. The results showed that the implementation of permendagri number 77 of 2020 in submitting a payment order (SPM) at the Tulungagung Regency Transportation Office was relatively good, but there were several factors that hindered it, namely communication that needed to be socialized, lack of human resources, and tendencies or dispositions that were not in accordance with their competence. The advice given is the need to hold socialization, increase resources that have dedication and recruitment of personnel in accordance with their competencies
