Çanakkale Şehir İçi Trafiğindeki Araç Kaynaklı Gürültü Kirliliğine Yönelik Ön Çalışma

Araştırma Çanakkale kent merkezinin en yoğun yerleşim alanı içinde yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın amacı, kentte motorlu araçlardan kaynaklanan yoğunluğu belirleyerek yapılacak ölçümlerle gürültü kirlilik düzeyinin saptanması, gürültü kirliliği haritasının oluşturulması ve alternatif çözüm önerilerinin geliştirilmesidir. Bu araştırmada ulaşım, inşaat, yerleşim ve ticaret gibi kentin önemli merkezlerinde16 sokak, cadde ile kavşakta; sabah 8.30-17.30 saatleri arasında 3 hafta süreyle çalışılmıştır. Gürültü kirliliği düzeyi olarak 63-76 db ortalamalarına ulaşılmıştır.Sonuç kısmında ise kentteki trafik gürültüsünün tüm ölçüm sonuçlarından hareket ile yoğunluğunun dağılımına bağlı olarak gürültü önleyici ya da azaltıcı öneriler sunulmuştur.Determination of noise pollution at quarters of center in Çanakkale has been searched to determine the source of noise. Geographical approaches the bluefin Tuna (thunnus thynnus ) farmers and farm of Musellim passage

The study area is important strait of our country and Lesvos Island between on the where the Biga Peninsula and Lesvos Island approach. Greenpeace, Southeast ANSE (Asociacion de Naturalistas del Sureste), WWF (World Wildlife Fund). As a result of these attempts, on April 15-19, 2002 ICCAT (International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tuna) and GFCM (Genaral Fisheries Commission for the Mediterranean) gathered in Malta and studied on fish stocks and statistic values. At last, on April 29, 2002 they published a moratorium aimed at European Community Ministries in Cartagena. Clearness Geography in Middle Ages With Cartographic Data and Environmental Trip-Observation

“Ortaçağ Coğrafya bilimi açısından da karanlık dönemdir” şeklinde yapılan değerlendirmelerin, gerçek dışı olduğu bir gerçektir. Bu dönemde çevreyi inceleyen çok sayıda gözlem yapılmıştır. Bazı gezginlerin eserlerinde, duyumlara yer vermesi, hayal ürünü gerçek dışı bilgiler kullanması, bazı çalışmaların bilimselliğini zedelemiştir. Ancak bu döneme ait eserlerin bir bölümünün de günümüze ulaşmadığı bir gerçektir. Çünkü mevcut bilim dalları belirli bir süreçten sonra olgunlaşabilmektedirler. Ortaya çıkan gelişmelerin, keşiflere ve coğrafi oluşumun temel ilkelerine ait veritabanlarının oluşmasında büyük katkısı olmuştur. Dolayısıyla sadece batı Avrupa’da kilise duvarlarına sıkışmış bilimler algıda seçiciliği bozmaktadır. Örneğin Biruni’nin “Taksim-al Akalim” adlı eserinden ele almak mümkündür. Ancak bu esere ait herhangi bir buluntu da yoktur. İbn-i Batuta’nın bazı eserleri seyahati esnasında gemide yanmış, bir kısmı da çalınmıştır. Dolayısıyla Ortaçağ bilişsel düşüce tarihinde doğu toplumlarının aktivitasyonlarının da iyi analiz edilmesi gerekmektedir.Wrong estimations about the “dark period of Geography in Middle Age” are made but it is not like that in truth. A lot of environmental observing was made this period. Some works have lost their scientific characterization on account of the fact that some travellers give uncertain information in their works, and use imaginary and unreal information. However it is a fact that works that belongs to that period cannot reach present day because present sciences come true after a certain process. In the developments, there should be the database, which is belonging to discoveries and the basis of geographical structure. Consequently, sciences are stuck only in the walls of church. In west Europe damages the selectiveness in perception. For example, it is possible to mention about the work “Taksim- al Akalim” of Bruni, but there is not any finding relating to this work. Some works of İbn-i Batuta have burned out on the ship during the journey, and some have been stolen. Thus, activities of eastern communities about Middle Age scientific history should be analyzed well
