    Pengaruh penggunaan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis Socio-Scientific Inquiry-Based Learning (SSIBL) pada materi perubahan lingkungan untuk meningkatkan penguasaan konsep siswa

    ENGLISH : Mastery of concepts is needed by students in understanding the material for a long time, but in fact the mastery of concepts that students have is still low. Learning using SSIBL-based LKPD can be a solution because there are three stages, namely the Ask stage, Find out (Action), and Act Act (Find Out). The purpose of this study was to analyze how the influence of learning by using SSIBL-based worksheets in improving students' mastery of concepts on environmental change material. The research method used in this study is the Quasi Experiment method using two class samples in class X MIPA, namely class X MIPA 2 as the experimental class and X MIPA 4 as the control class. The results of data analysis obtained from this study is that there is a significant influence between the dependent variable and the independent variable, it can be seen from the results of the t-test which states that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted with a significance value (2-tailed) < 0.05, namely of 0.036 0.05, the results of the N-Gain in the experimental class are 0.64 which are included in the medium category, and the results of the Effect size test are 64% in the medium category. Based on the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that there is an effect of learning by using this SSIBL-based LKPD in increasing students' mastery of concepts, especially on environmental change material. INDONESIA : Penguasaan konsep sangat dibutuhkan siswa dalam memahami materi dalam jangka waktu yang lama, namun faktanya penguasaan konsep yang dimiliki siswa masih rendah. Pembelajaran dengan menggunakan LKPD berbasis SSIBL dapat menjadi solusi dikarenakan terdapat tiga tahapan yaitu tahapan Ask (Tanya), Find out (Tindakan), dan Act Act (Cari Tahu). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh pembelajaran dengan menggunakan LKPD berbasis SSIBL dalam meningkatkan penguasaan konsep siswa pada materi perubahan lingkungan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Quasi Experiment dengan menggunakan dua sampel kelas di kelas X MIPA yaitu kelas X MIPA 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan X MIPA 4 sebagai kelas kontrol. Hasil analisis data yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel terikat dan variabel bebas, hal di atas dapat dilihat dari hasil uji-t nya yang menyatakan bahwa Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima dengan perolehan nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) < 0.05 yaitu sebesar 0.036 Ë‚ 0.05, hasil N-Gain pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 0.64 yang termasuk pada kategori sedang, dan hasil uji Effect size sebesar 64% dengan kategori sedang. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari pembelajaran dengan menggunakan LKPD berbasis SSIBL ini dalam meningkatkan penguasaan konsep siswa khusunya pada materi perubahan lingkungan

    Competition in the 21st century demands that human resources have excellence in both academic and non-academic fields. The quality of human resources can be seen based on the attitude, character, and critical behavior possessed by each individual. Education is the first step in efforts to improve the quality of human resources in order to compete in the 21st century. One of the education that must be mastered is science and technology, so that in its completion teachers must be able to educate their students to be able to think at a high level or high order thinking skill (HOTS). This includes aspects of critical thinking skills, which are abilities needed by students to be able to survive in the 21st century. The goal that is carried out in this journal is how to improve students’ critical thinking skills. This research is a quasi-experimental study with a posttest-only control group design, this research was conducted at SMAN 1 Panawangan. The appropriate learning model to improve critical thinking skills is the inquiry learning model because the inquiry learning model is a process of obtaining information by observing and experimenting. The results obtained after the research proves that students who are taught to use the inquiry learning model have higher critical thinking skills than students who are taught to use the conventional model.
