The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of humic materials and compost on soil chemical properties and plant growth. The research was conducted in the Nickel Mine Land in PT Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk., Pomalaa, Southeast Sulawesi. Soil analysis was carried out in the Laboratory of Soil Research Institution, Bogor. Experiments were performed using randomized block design factorial 2 factors, with: Humic material level (0; 0.5; and 1.0 ml/plant) and compost level dosage (0.0; 1.0; and 2.5 kg/plant). The results showed that humic material and compost affect the improvement of the soil chemical properties. The combination of humic material and compost were able to increase N total, CEC, P, available base and saturation exchangeable. Humic material able to reduce Cr and Ni available in the soil. Whereas compost and combination of humic materials and compost able to reduce Ni available in the soil. Humic material and compost were also significantly affect the plant height, root lenght, diameter, nodule, and biomass. The best treatment was 1.0 ml and compost 2.5 kg to plant growth

UNIVERSITAS PQR adalah salah satu Perguruan Tinggi (PT) swasta yang ada di Indonesia, telah mengimplementasikan Teknologi Informasi (TI) dalam mendukung dan mempermudah jalannya operasional organisasi / institusinya. Namun pada Kenyataannya implementasi dan pemanfaatan TI di UNIVERSITAS PQR masih belum terkelola dengan baik dilihat dari beberapa indikator yaitu perencanaan dan pengembangan strategis TI yang masih dilakukan secara sporadis, nilai tambah dari implementasi dan pemanfaatan TI masih sangat kecil, penggunaan sumber daya TI belum menunjukkan kepada tingkat efisiensi dan efektivitas, serta dari sisi keamanan dan risiko TI dirasa kurang begitu mendapat perhatian. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan bentuk tata kelola TI yang sesuai dengan UNIVERSITAS PQR.Dari hasil penilaian proses-proses TI terpilih sebanyak tujuh belas proses secara mayoritas tingkat kematangan tata kelola TI UNIVERSITAS PQR saat ini berada pada level satu atau Ad Hoc/Initial. Target tingkat kematangan tata kelola TI yang ingin dicapai adalah pada level tiga atau Defined.Untuk mencapai target tingkat kematangan yang diinginkan, dapat direkomendasikan lima hal yaitu restrukturisasi struktur internal divisi IT, mendokumentasikan kebijakan dan standard operating prosedur (SOP), melaksanakan program awareness, mengadakan pelatihan dan pendidikan terhadap SDM TI, dan memanfaatkan best practice sebagai acuan dalam tata kelola TI

Running MRP method is to make sure that the production process is working good which can increase the efficiency of yogurt raw materials control at PT HNI. Result of the research has indicated that the method of calculation is based on the average of the last three months period, and also based on the forecast coming from Marketing Department, though some products calculated are based on the historical periode (the previous year), nevertheless the forecast of raw materials purchase is obtained
