CP Asymmetry in Charged Higgs Decays to Chargino-Neutralino
We analyze the charge-parity (CP) asymmetry in the charged Higgs boson decays
to chargino-neutralino pairs, H^- -> chargino_i + neutralino_j. We show first
that these modes have a large branching ratio for m_H^- > 600 GeV. We use
Cutkosky rules to obtain the analytical formulas needed for the evaluation of
the asymmetry under consideration. We then calculate the CP asymmetry in
chargino-neutralino decays by including supersymmetric mass bounds, as well as
constraints from b -> s gamma, (g-2)_mu, Delta\rho and electric dipole moments.
Finally, we discuss observability of the asymmetry at the LHC by calculating
the number of required charged Higgs events to observe the asymmetry for each
decay channel. We show that the inclusion of constraints considerably reduces
the projected CP asymmetry, and that the optimal channel for observing the
asymmetry is H^- -> chargino_1 + neutralino_2.Comment: 23 pages, 8 figures, one tabl
A Standard Operating Procedure Video for Dauni Spa and Beauty House to Standardize Its Therapists' Service Qualities
Dauni Spa, the company where I did my internship, provides spa treatment, sauna, and salon service. During my internship at Dauni Spa, I found there are various practices of massage techniques performed by the therapists that lead to inconsistency in the service qualities. This problem certainly resulted in unsatisfactory treatment because the customers would not be satisfied to receive inconsistent service quality. Aside from this problem, many newly-recruited therapists did not know the standard procedures of massage in Dauni Spa while they needed to start working very soon. Therefore, I intend to make a standard operating procedure (SOP) video as a solution to the problems. For the newly recruited therapists, the SOP video can give effective and efficient instructions of the standard procedures in Dauni Spa. For the old therapists, this video works as a standard service quality that should be put into practice by all therapists. The basic content of this video is the procedures of the massage and a little background information about Dauni Spa. From this video, there are some benefits that Dauni Spa can get. It can complete the written SOP that they have, cut down the cost of a trainer, and bring a good impact to the customers' satisfaction
Payload crew utilization for spacelab missions
Planned payload crew utilization on Spacelab mission are analyzed to establish trends and guidelines. The study included missions that have flow to date as well as those in planning. Available data were analyzed on the basis of four major timeline iterations that occur during mission design. Data were categorized and assessed by crewmember, flight day, and mission. Based on the results of this analysis, it was recommended that for the Requirements Review and Preliminary Design Review iterations the maximum utilization per shift should be 75 percent for the Payload Specialist (PS) and 65 percent for the Mission Specialist (MS); and for the basic and final iterations, the maximum utilization shift should be 85 percent for the PS and 75 percent for the MS. Additional recommendations include limiting the amount of activity during the first two shifts whenever possible and establishing a common set of guidelines for the calculations of crew utilization

It can be an effective tool for the company to give detailed information for the students. By providing this guidebook, Alfalink and students can get a lot of benefits. First, Alfalink's staff do not need to give long explanation to the students and to new staff. Second, Alfalink can use it as a promotional tool. Male and Female Buying Decision Making Processes Seen From BlackBerry Messenger Texts
This study observes the male and female buying decision making processes seen from BlackBerry Messenger texts. It focuses on the way of how male and female customers make a buying decision in the online shop via BlackBerry Messenger. The data are analyzed by using the theory of the consumer decision-making process by Lamb, Hair, McDaniel (2003) which includes five stages. I found that the female customers have almost two times total more than male customers in the four stages in consumer decision making process. It means, the male decision-making seems to be rational, fast, and attentive for product quality and its function. However, the female decision-making is more emotional, attentive for product surface or outside appearance, and careful for choosing a product she wants to buy. Overall, I know that gender is an important factor that makes the buying processes between both gender groups different
Large evolution of the bilinear Higgs coupling parameter in SUSY models and reduction of phase sensitivity
The phases in a generic low-energy supersymmetric model are severely
constrained by the experimental upper bounds on the electric dipole moments of
the electron and the neutron. Coupled with the requirement of radiative
electroweak symmetry breaking, this results in a large degree of fine tuning of
the phase parameters at the unification scale. In supergravity type models,
this corresponds to very highly tuned values for the phases of the bilinear
Higgs coupling parameter and the universal trilinear coupling . We
identify a cancellation/enhancement mechanism associated with the
renormalization group evolution of , which, in turn, reduces such
fine-tuning quite appreciably without taking recourse to very large masses for
the supersymmetric partners. We find a significant amount of reduction of this
fine-tuning in nonuniversal gaugino mass models that do not introduce any new

On the EDM Cancellations in D-brane models
We analyze the possibility of simultaneous electron, neutron, and mercury
electric dipole moment (EDM) cancellations in the mSUGRA and D--brane models.
We find that the mercury EDM constraint practically rules out the cancellation
scenario in D-brane models whereas in the context of mSUGRA it is still allowed
