Currently, pollution due to textile materials is a crisis that threatens the whole world. Due to concern for the environment, our society has faced challenges when it comes to finding eco-friendly substitutes for textile fibers and leather materials. This can be achieved using renewable or recycled polymers or materials that are either readily biodegradable or easily recycled at the end of a product's life. Thus, the material is made from biodegradable natural resources, which is widely available, is economical and environmentally friendly. The article shows studies on the development of bio-based skin from fruit waste, the difference in the appearance of visual characteristics from banana peel, kiwi and apple residue, and depending on the basis for the cotton gauze material. Also, the article consists of the result of testing this material on a device for measuring tensile strength. The value of the study and the practical significance of this work lies in the possibility of further use of biologically based leather as a substitute for natural or artificial leather

Determination of the degree of shedding with the mechanical method of oilseed flax stalks

The article provides statistics on the cultivation of oilseed flax in Kazakhstan. A study was carried out on the shedding of flax fibers by mechanical methods on a crushing machine. The degree of shedding after several transitions is determined. The practical value of the study is the production of elementary fibers by mechanical cracking, which contributes to the production of high-quality fibers suitable for spinning. The linear density reduction reaches 80% compared to the raw material

Development of the optimal mode of bleaching of linen materials by periodic method

The article presents the results of research on the operational properties of linen material bleached by the developed combined periodic method. The influence of the composition and concentration of components in the working solution on the quality indicators of bleaching was studied. The results of the study show that the use of the proposed combined method for bleaching linen and mixed fabrics allows you to obtain high values of the degree of whiteness and capillarity with the preservation of strength indicators and minimal destruction of cellulose fiber

RESEARCH OF CONSUMER PROPERTIES OF NON-WOVEN MATERIALS FROM WASTES OF WOOL-PROCESSING INDUSTRIES

Disposal of continuously accumulated household and industrial wastes of production and consumption is an acute environmental and economic problem. In this regard, scientific research in the field of waste recycling and analysis of its reuse in production are becoming highly topical. The article examines the consumer properties of needle-punched non-woven materials from waste processing fibers of wool and cotton, as well as to establish the optimal fibrous composition were developed experimental samples of non-woven fabrics with different percentage ratio of fibers. The studied samples of non-woven fabrics were developed by the method of needling of canvases produced from waste of wool and cotton spinning and processing industries

Prospects for the development of down goat breeding in the republic of Kazakhstan

    Get PDF
Currently, in the Agrarian Programs of the state, due attention is not paid to the goat breeding industry. Meanwhile, support for downy goat breeding predetermines good prospects for the growth of export opportunities in Kazakhstan and the development of the country's light industry. The article presents data on the current state of the goat population. It has been shown that goat down from Kazakh genotypes corresponds to the fineness of Kashmir goats, which means that it is of high value and has every reason to increase its production within the country

Evaluation of the technological properties of down based on the technology of dying the down of goats of coarse-haired, down and wool breeds

The article is devoted to the study and assessment of the technological properties of down based on the technology of dyeing down from goat wool from various genotypes of goats of the republic. The dyeing was carried out under laboratory conditions with Italian dyes. The dependence of the color intensity for downy fibers is described by polynomial equations of the second and third degree. It has been shown that goat down fibers have good dyeing ability, dyeing uniformity and show good dyeing performance in standard modes
