Professional Burnout of Faculty Members of Higher Educational Institutions

The article is devoted to the analysis of professional burnout of the academic staff of a number of Moscow higher educational institutions. This problem most often affects residents of large cities, due to the intense rhythm of the city and lack of time for personal life, wasted on the way from home to work and back. The empirical basis of the study was the results of a sociological study conducted by the authors in 2019 on the basis of FSBEI HE Russian State Social University (RSSU), FSBEI HE Moscow State Humanitarian and Economic University (MSHEU), and FSBEI HE Russian State University of Tourism and Service (RSUTS). The problem of the deteriorated psychological state of teachers leading to professional burnout is poorly developed and causes increased research and practical interest, and gives rise to the practical need to improve the development of measures for the prevention and avoidance of burnout. All the above makes further research activity highly relevant, and may be extremely necessary in some universities. This is evidenced by the results of the study.: It is of vital importance to take measures to prevent professional burnout of the academic staff and to develop a strategy for a teacher-based approach considering personal qualities and potential. The administration should consider psychological, spiritual, and labor characteristics of teachers for the formation and distribution of individual schedules of teachers. Constriction imposed by basement membrane regulates developmental cell migration

The basement membrane (BM) is a specialized extracellular matrix (ECM), which underlies or encases developing tissues. Mechanical properties of encasing BMs have been shown to profoundly influence the shaping of associated tissues. Here, we use the migration of the border cells (BCs) of the Drosophila egg chamber to unravel a new role of encasing BMs in cell migration. BCs move between a group of cells, the nurse cells (NCs), that are enclosed by a monolayer of follicle cells (FCs), which is, in turn, surrounded by a BM, the follicle BM. We show that increasing or reducing the stiffness of the follicle BM, by altering laminins or type IV collagen levels, conversely affects BC migration speed and alters migration mode and dynamics. Follicle BM stiffness also controls pairwise NC and FC cortical tension. We propose that constraints imposed by the follicle BM influence NC and FC cortical tension, which, in turn, regulate BC migration. Encasing BMs emerge as key players in the regulation of collective cell migration during morphogenesis

FEATURES OF THE CONTENT AND METHODS OF CONDUCTING CLASS WITH STUDENTS OF THE SPECIAL DEPARTMENT OF THE DISCIPLINE “PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORT”

The changing features of the work of the special organization, taking into account the number of students and differences, associated with the frequent diseases, have been revealed. In the course of research, the percentage of students of the Special Department to the total number of students, entered the State University of Management in the 2018/2019 academic year (12.53 %), has been determined. Four vain groups of diseases have been identified: musculoskeletal system, cardiovascular system, vision, and some students with multiple diseases. In the selection of means and methods of training in physical culture, it is necessary to study in more detail the distribution of students with several diseases among university institutes and reveal study groups in the schedule grid, which require a special teaching approach. The results of this study will serve as the basis of the optimizing medical and prophylactic complexes of exercises for students of the State University of Management

Supply Chain Management Development for Organization of Public Services in the City: The Experience of Moscow

Abstract- The present article discusses the practical aspects of organizing provision of public services in Moscow by using supply chain strategy. The main difficulties of providing public services in multifunctional centers (MFC) of the capital region are studied, and the main limitations of provision of public services in modern Russian conditions are revealed. Currently, one of the most important tasks of the state is to provide modern, timely and high-quality public services to citizens. In the process of providing public services, the state pays great attention to the development of feedbacks from citizens and uses new ways of providing public services. In Moscow, a “Single portal of state and municipal services (functions)†has been created, which provides electronic access to services. With its help, the applicant can submit an application and other necessary documents, and also learn about the progress of the public service. The result of organization of MFC is that the process of providing public services has become more accessible, convenient and much more comfortable. In recent years, the form of activity of MFC has undergone significant changes, mainly due to the rapidly growing needs of citizens. Most changes occurred in the Moscow Multifunctional Center because of the fast growth in demand for services and desire to improve the quality of services. However, problems of citizens' awareness of the newly created services and the possibilities of obtaining them have still remained unresolved

ВПЛИВ ПОДАТКОВОЇ ПОЛІТИКИ НА ФОРМУВАННЯ ПОКАЗНИКІВ ДОХОДІВ ДЕРЖАВНОГО БЮДЖЕТУ УКРАЇНИ

The article examines modern theoretical approaches to the definition of the concept of «tax policy». The essence, the role of tax policy in modern conditions is clarified, and tax policy is considered as an instrument of influence on the development of the state. The structure of revenues of the state budget of Ukraine from 2014 to 2017 is analyzed and the main trends in the formation of budget revenues are revealed. It was noted that today among scientists andpractitioners there is no common vision of the role of tax policy in the formation of income and expenditure of the State Budget of Ukraine, which makes it difficult to develop effective mechanisms for generating income of the State Budget of Ukraine. The scientific ambiguity of the concept of «tax policy»« makes it difficult for the state to fulfill its tasks and functions, complicates the regulation of thesocio-economic development of society and creates a favorable climate for the development of an effective economic environmen.В статье исследованы современные теоретические подходы к определению понятия «налоговая политика». Выяснено сущность, роль налоговой политики в современных условиях, а налоговая политика рассмотрена как инструмент влияния на развитие государства. Проанализирована структура доходов государственного бюджета Украины с 2014 года по 2017 год и выявлены основные тенденции в формировании доходов бюджета. Отмечено, что сегодня среди ученых и практиков нет единого видения роли налоговой политики в формировании доходов и расходов Государственного бюджета Украины, что существенно затрудняет разработку действенных механизмов формирования доходов Государственного бюджета Украины. Научная неопределенность понятия «налоговая политика» затрудняет выполнение государством своих задач, функций, усложняет регулирование социально-экономическогоразвития общества и термозит создание оптимальных условий для развития эффективной экономической среды.У статті досліджено сучасні теоретичні підходи до визначення поняття «податкова політика». З’ясовано сутність і роль податкової політики в сучасних умовах та розглянуто податкову політику як засіб впливу на розвиток держави. Проаналізовано структуру доходів державного бюджету України з 2014 року по 2017 рік і визначено основні тенденції у формуванні доходів бюджету. Зазначено, що сьогодні серед науковців та практиків немає єдиного баченняролі у формуванні доходів та видатків Державного бюджету України за допомогою податкової політики, що суттєво ускладнює розробку дієвих  механізмів формування доходів Державного бюджету України. Наукова невизначеність поняття «податкова політика» ускладнює виконання державою своїх завдань, функцій, регулювання соціально-економічного розвитку суспільства та створення оптимальних умов для розвитку ефективного економічного середовища

Improving the components of health-saving technologies in a modern university

Nowadays, one of the important missions of higher educational institutions is the organisation and introducing students to a culture of health. The purpose of this study is to propose a strategy for the development of health-saving technologies by implementation of project activities into the educational process based on the Physical Education Department at the State University of Management for the formation of competencies in the chosen professional activity. The sociological survey was carried out among students at the State University of Management. The questionnaires included questions on students’ attitudes towards physical culture as an integral component of a healthy lifestyle. The degree of interest of the respondents in project activities in general and on the basis of the Department of Physical Education at the university, in particular, to improve the acquired professional competences was determined. The results of the study point to the need to modernise approaches to the formation of healthy lifestyle values, including the organisation of physical culture events, the development of a marketing plan to attract mass attention to the sports life of the university, where the main role is given to self-education and the realisation of the individual’s potential through active participation in university sporting life

The article considers specific characteristics of the language world view of the linguosociety under research and the concepts implemented in the literature of the Beat Generation. Cognitive approach to the study of concepts as constituent parts of the national conceptual sphere allows to single out universal concept (freedom), relatively specific concepts (home, road) and absolutely specific concepts (madness, addiction) organized in a system.В статье рассматриваются характерные особенности языковой картины мира указанного лингвосоциума, а также исследуются ключевые концепты на материале литературы бит-поколения. Лингвокогнитивный подход к исследованию концептов как части национальной концептосферы позволяет выделить универсальный концепт (freedom), относительно специфические концепты (home, road) и абсолютно специфические концепты (madness, addiction), которые представляют собой части единой концептуальной системы
