A Framework for Developing Real-Time OLAP algorithm using Multi-core processing and GPU: Heterogeneous Computing
The overwhelmingly increasing amount of stored data has spurred researchers
seeking different methods in order to optimally take advantage of it which
mostly have faced a response time problem as a result of this enormous size of
data. Most of solutions have suggested materialization as a favourite solution.
However, such a solution cannot attain Real- Time answers anyhow. In this paper
we propose a framework illustrating the barriers and suggested solutions in the
way of achieving Real-Time OLAP answers that are significantly used in decision
support systems and data warehouses

In addition to that, the barriers that naturally occur because of the digital divide and ethical hurdles must be collectively resolved. Ultimately, it reverts back to the narrow, yet arduous path that leads to the shared value; cooperation and innovation as a way forward to a sustainable digital future
Measuring the Score Matching of the Pairwise Deoxyribonucleic Acid Sequencing using Neuro-Fuzzy
The proposed model for getting the score matching of the deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) sequence is introduced; the Neuro-Fuzzy procedure is the strategy actualized in this paper; it is used the collection of biological information of the DNA sequence performing with global and local calculations so as to advance the ideal arrangement; we utilize the pairwise DNA sequence alignment to gauge the score of the likeness, which depend on information gathering from the pairwise DNA series to be embedded into the implicit framework; an adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system model is reasonable for foreseeing the matching score through the preparation and testing in neural system and the induction fuzzy system in fuzzy logic that accomplishes the outcome in elite execution
Article Review: The Phenomenon of Cytokine Storm
Cytokine storms are much more common these days because of the corona epidemic. Cytokine storm is a serious complication known as an infusion reaction seen in the presence of infection or drug side effects. The reason for this is the increase in the number of white blood cells to fight viral and bacterial infections, as a result of which more cytokines are secreted and the feedback provided by them causes a severe inflammatory reaction and death if the patient does not focus on it. Psychrotrophic bacteria isolated from -20°C freezer
Three psychrotrophic bacteria, morpho-physiologically, identified as Bacillus subtilis MRLBA7, Bacillus licheniformis MRLBA8 and Bacillus megaterium MRLBA9 were isolated from -20°C freezer of the Microbiology Research Laboratory (MRL), Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, Pakistan. These strains were able to grow aerobically at 6°C but not at 40°C except MRLBA8 that could grow at 48°C. None of the isolates showed inhibition of growth in the presence of glycerol. Isolate MRLBA7, bearing central spore, grew in the presence of 30% glycerol at 0°C after 48 h of incubation and showed maximum growth without glycerol at 25°C after 24 h. Isolate MRLBA8 showed growth in the presence of 50% glycerol at 4°C after 72 h of incubation and maximum growth was observed at 20°C in the absence ofglycerol. Isolate MRLBA9 showed growth at 6°C in the presence of 40% glycerol after 48 h of incubation and maximum growth was observed at 25°C in the absence of glycerol. Isolates were susceptible to antibiotics except Bacillus subtilis MRLBA7 that exhibited antibiotic resistance against penicillin and fosphomycin, Bacillus licheniformis MRLBA8 against aztreonam and fosphomycin, and Bacillus megaterium MRLBA9 against vancomycin and penicillin. The growth profile and biochemical characteristics of all the isolates were rather similar to that of mesophilic counterparts except adaptation to low temperature. These strains could be used as model microbial strains for characterization of food contaminants in freezers, to understand the mechanism of antibiotic resistanceinduced at low temperature and as a source of psychrotrophic enzymes
The Discovery of a Giant H-alpha Filament in NGC 7213
The nearby Seyfert galaxy NGC 7213 has been imaged in H-alpha and HI with the
CTIO 1.5 m telescope and with the Australia Telescope Compact Array (ATCA),
respectively. Optically NGC 7213 looks undisturbed and relatively featureless
but the continuum-subtracted H-alpha image shows a 19 kpc long filament located
approximately 18.6 kpc from the nucleus. The H-alpha filament could be neutral
gas photo-ionized by the active nucleus, as has been suggested for the Seyfert
galaxy NGC 5252, or shock-ionized by a jet interacting with the surrounding HI,
as has been suggested for the radio galaxy PKS 2240-41. The HI map reveals NGC

Securing Low-Power Blockchain-Enabled IoT Devices Against Energy Depletion Attack
Blockchain-enabled Internet of Things (IoT) envisions a world with rapid development and implementations to change our everyday lives based on smart devices. These devices are attached to the internet that can communicate with each other without human interference. A well-known wireless network in blockchain-enabled IoT frameworks is the Low Power and Lossy Network (LLN) that uses a novel protocol known as Routing protocol for low power and lossy networks (RPL) to provide effective and energy-efficient routing. LLNs that run on RPL are inherently prone to multiple Denial of Service (DoS) attacks due to the low cost, shared medium. and resource-constrained nature of blockchain-enabled IoT devices. A Spam DODAG Information Solicitation (DIS) attack is one of the novel attacks that drain the energy source of legitimate nodes and ends up causing the legitimate nodes to suffer from DoS. To address this problem, a mitigation scheme named DIS Spam Attack Mitigation (DISAM) is proposed. The proposed scheme effectively mitigates the effects of the Spam DIS attack on the network’s performance. The experimental results show that DISAM detects and mitigates the attack quickly and efficiently
Molecular analysis of genetic diversity in elite II synthetic hexaploid wheat screened against Barley yellow dwarf virus
The presence of sufficient genetic diversity in the germplam is an important prerequisite for the improve-ment and efficient use of available material. Traditionally, the data on agronomic, morphological and physiological plants traits are used to estimate the genetic diversity. But now molecular markers are available for authenticated and reliable studies for genetic diversity. The present study was conducted to assess the genetic diversity of Elite-II synthetic hexaploid (SH) wheat by genome DNA fingerprinting as revealed by random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) analysis. Ten decamer RAPD primers (OPG-1, OPG-2, OPG-3, OPG-4, OPG-5, OPA-3, OPA-4, OPA-5, OPA-8, and OPA-15) were used to evaluate the diversity profile of the selected SH entries. Primers OPG-2 andOPA-4 gave the highly polymorphic results. The pair wise similarity values shows that genotypes 1, 20 and 30 have most closest relationship with highest similarity values i.e., 100% while genotypes 9and 13 show dictinct relationship with minimum similarity value that is, 54%. Therefore, the allelic variation of the SH resistance germplasm is a potent means to enrich and improve bread wheat cultivars where BYDV is a production threat and these can be used in future wheat breeding programme
Path Planning Algorithm using D* Heuristic Method Based on PSO in Dynamic Environment
This paper is devoted to find a short and safe path for robot in environment with moving obstacles such as different objects, humans, animals or other robots. A mixing approach of robot path planning using the heuristic method D star (D*) algorithm based on optimization technique is used. The heuristic D* method is chosen for finding the shortest path. Furthermore, to insure the path length optimality and for enhancing the final path, it has been utilized the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) technique. This paper focuses on computational part of motion planning in completely changing dynamic environment at every motion sample domains. Simulation results are given to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
