    Image Meat Classification Using Deep Learning Approach

    In many countries meat is one of the most popular food in the world, but not all kind of meat can be consumed by most people such as pork for muslim and jewish also beef, pork and mutton tend to have several similar characteristics, namely color and texture, this can create confusion in distinguishing the three types of meat when see it by naked eye, therefore we need a system that can help identify the type of meat. In this study the authors used CNN-based Deep Learning approached with pre-defined architecture ResNet50 and ResTet101 combined with transfer learning techniques, the authors also used several types of hyperparameters including learning rate, momentum and epoch to see the effect of these hyperparameter values on the performance of deep learning model, the results of this study show that ResNet50 can outperformed ResNet101 by producing less loss and by 1 % more in F1 score with 95.96% F1 score 95.96% precision and 95.96% recall. In addition the momentum of 0.3 in both architectures has the tendency to produce high loss with a low F1 score, while for a learning rate of 0.0001 on both ResNet50 and ResNet101 architectures also has a tendency to produce high loss and a low F1 score, optimal hyperparameter values range of learning rate is between of 0.001 to 0.01 and 0.6 - 0.9 for momentum

    Gangguan 1 fasa ke tanah dapat menyebabkan terjadinya gangguan sympathetic trip yang menimbulkan arus urutan nol (arus residu) pada fasa yang terganggu. Penyulang yang memiliki sistem jaringan paralel seperti penyulang Ngurah Rai I dan Ngurah Rai II sangat rentan terjadinya gangguan sympathetic trip, karena relay GFR (Ground Fault Relay) pada penyulang Ngurah Rai I dan Ngurah Rai II tidak bisa mengamankan gangguan tersebut, maka untuk mengatasi gangguan  sympathetic trip pada penyulang Ngurah Rai I dan Ngurah Rai II pemasangan relay DGR (Directional Ground Relay) akan mencegah terjadinya gangguan tersebut, dan sistem keandalan penyulang Ngurah Rai I dan Ngurah Rai II tetap terjaga. Hasil analisis perhitungan relay DGR untuk menangani gangguan sympathetic trip didapatkan besar nilai setting relay yaitu = 9.334 A, SI, Waktu trip Arus gangguan t = 0.297, ZCT = 1 A, GPT = 34.64 kV. Jadi untuk mengatasi gangguan sympathetic trip, relay DGR sangat diperlukan jika jaringan atau penyulang beroprasi secara loop dan letaknya berdekatan satu bus

    ANALISIS ZONA SELAMAT SEKOLAH (ZoSS) DI KECAMATAN DENPASAR SELATAN (STUDI KASUS: SDN 5 PEDUNGAN DAN SEKOLAH HARAPAN)

    SDN 5 Pedungan and Harapan School are schools in South Denpasar District which already have School Safety Zone (SSZ) facilities. The two schools are traversed by a fairly high traffic volume due to the large number of trip generation centers located along the road such as traders, education, and industry. This study aims to analyze the level of effectiveness of SSZ in both schools through which the traffic volume is quite high compared to other schools. The field survey was carried out by recording the vehicle travel time when crossing ZoSS at a distance of 100 m. The effectiveness level of SSZ was analyzed using Regulation of the Director General of Land Transportation in 2006, 2014, and 2018. The results of the analysis showed that the application of SSZ in South Denpasar District was not effective, the average percentage of vehicles compliant when crossing SSZ for SDN 5 Pedungan was 42.67%, which means that SSZ is quite effective and Hope School is 32.34% which means SSZ is less effective.SDN 5 Pedungan dan Sekolah Harapan merupakan sekolah di Kecamatan Denpasar Selatan yang sudah memiliki fasilitas Zona Selamat Sekolah (ZoSS). Kedua sekolah tersebut dilalui volume lalu lintas yang cukup tinggi karena banyaknya pusat bangkitan pergerakan yang berlokasi disepanjang jalan seperti pedagang, pendidikan dan industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat efektivitas ZoSS di kedua sekolah tersebut yang dilalui volume lalu lintas cukup tinggi dibandingkan dengan sekolah lainya. Survey lapangan dilakukan dengan mencatat waktu tempuh kendaraan saat melintasi ZoSS pada jarak 100 m. Tingkat efektivitas ZoSS dianalisa dengan menggunakan Peraturan Direktur Jendral Perhubungan Darat tahun 2006, 2014, dan 2018. Hasil analisis menunjukan bawha penerapan ZoSS di Kecamatan Denpasar Selatan tidak efektif, rata-rata prosentase kendaraan patuh saat melintasi ZoSS untuk SDN 5 Pedungan adalah 42.67% yang artinya ZoSS cukup efektif dan Sekolah Harapan adalah 32.34% yang artinya ZoSS kurang efektif
