    Application of a matrix of BKG in an assessment of a market line item of the company

In study development of approach to carrying out the portfolio analysis in an assessment of a market line item of the company allowing to expand analytical ensuring adoption of strategic decisions for the account of an external environment of the company reveals. Development of the portfolio analysis was carried out from a line item of a priority of strategic reference points of management as necessary condition of implementation of effective production business activities of the entities in modern conditions. Application of the portfolio analysis assumes an assessment and the analysis of external and internal environment of the entity and also use of analytical methods in implementation process of strategy in single system of indicators that is necessary in case of adoption of the strategic decision and touches on issues of integration of traditional methods of management into single process of strategic management. The researcher construes the efficiency of a macroeconomic system as a state of being close to the "ideal" functioning of the macro-system, attaining strategic objectives and long-run development priorities for the innovative modernization and social capital of the economy, the availability of efficient mechanisms for competition, sustained minimization of corruption and formation of efficient market establishments. The results obtained enabled the researcher to come up with a set of activities aimed at bringing the level of socio-economic efficiency of the Russian economy in line with that of the developed countries of the world

    The role of Pnut and its functional domains in Drosophila spermatogenesis

    Drosophila Pnut protein belongs to the familyΒ of septins, conservative GTPases participatingΒ in cytokinesis and many more other fundamentalΒ cellular processes. Because of their filamentousΒ appearance, membrane association and functions,Β septins are considered as the fourth componentΒ of the cytoskeleton, along with actin, microtubules andΒ intermediate filaments. However, septins are much lessΒ studied than the other cytoskeleton elements. We hadΒ previously demonstrated that deletion of the peanutΒ (pnut) gene leads to mitotic abnormalities in somaticΒ cells. The goal of this work was to study the roleΒ of pnut in Drosophila spermatogenesis. We designedΒ a construct for pnut RNA interference allowingΒ pnut expression to be suppressed ectopically.Β We analyzed the effect of pnut RNA interferenceΒ on Drosophila spermatogenesis. The most sensitiveΒ to Pnut depletion were germ line cells at the earliestΒ stages of spermatogenesis: the suppression of pnutΒ expression at these stages leads to male sterility asΒ a result of immotile sperm. Testes of those sterileΒ males did not show any significant meiotic defects;Β axonemes and mitochondria were normal. We alsoΒ analyzed the effect of mutations in Pnut conservativeΒ domains on Drosophila spermatogenesis. MutationsΒ in the GTPase domain resulted in cyst elongationΒ defects. Deletions of the C-terminal domain led toΒ abnormal testis morphology. Both GTPase domainΒ and C-terminal domain mutant males were sterile andΒ produced immotile sperm. To summarize, we showedΒ that Pnut participates in spermiogenesis, that is, lateΒ stages of spermatogenesis, when major morphologicalΒ changes in spermatocytes occur

    Research of physico-chemical properties of oral fluid after the transmitted coronaviral infection

    The article presents a comparative analysis of the physico-chemical properties of oral fluid: pH, base buffer capacity and surface tension in comparison of oral fluid values in patients who have had a coronavirus infection (group 1) and in healthy people who do not have a history of SARS-CoV-19 infection (group 2). Biological fluid was collected twice from each subject – before and after irrigation of the oral cavity with liquid peptide. In the course of the work, it was revealed that the compensatory mechanisms of the body after the disease are able to restore the homeostasis of the oral cavity and preserve the physic-chemical properties of oral fluid.     Dung beetles (Scarabaeidae, Scarabaeinae) are among the most cost-effective and informative biodiversity indicator groups, conveying rich information about the status of habitats and faunas of an area. Yet their use for monitoring the mammal species, that are the main providers of the food for the dung beetles, has only recently been recognized. In the present work, we studied the diet of four endemic Madagascan dung beetles (Helictopleurus fissicollis (Fairmaire), H. giganteus (Harold), Nanos agaboides (Boucomont), and Epilissus splendidus Fairmaire) using high-throughput sequencing and amplicon metagenomics. For all beetle species, the ⅔–¾ of reads belonged to humans, suggesting that human feces are the main source of food for the beetles in the examined areas. The second most abundant were the reads of the cattle (Bos taurus Linnaeus). We also found lower but significant number of reads of six lemur species belonging to three genera. Our sampling localities agree well with the known ranges of these lemur species. The amplicon metagenomics method proved a promising tool for the lemur inventories in Madagascar
