Application of a matrix of BKG in an assessment of a market line item of the company

In study development of approach to carrying out the portfolio analysis in an assessment of a market line item of the company allowing to expand analytical ensuring adoption of strategic decisions for the account of an external environment of the company reveals. Development of the portfolio analysis was carried out from a line item of a priority of strategic reference points of management as necessary condition of implementation of effective production business activities of the entities in modern conditions. Application of the portfolio analysis assumes an assessment and the analysis of external and internal environment of the entity and also use of analytical methods in implementation process of strategy in single system of indicators that is necessary in case of adoption of the strategic decision and touches on issues of integration of traditional methods of management into single process of strategic management. This article considers the application of econometric calculations by the method of statistical dependence equations to analyze the relationships between various factors and the performance indicator. It is noted that the use of econometric calculations should be based on knowledge and understanding of the essence of economic processes and phenomena, the specifics of economic interrelations and the laws of their development. The efficiency of the russian economy and multidimensional modeling

The researcher construes the efficiency of a macroeconomic system as a state of being close to the "ideal" functioning of the macro-system, attaining strategic objectives and long-run development priorities for the innovative modernization and social capital of the economy, the availability of efficient mechanisms for competition, sustained minimization of corruption and formation of efficient market establishments. The results obtained enabled the researcher to come up with a set of activities aimed at bringing the level of socio-economic efficiency of the Russian economy in line with that of the developed countries of the world

The role of Pnut and its functional domains in Drosophila spermatogenesis

Drosophila Pnut protein belongs to the family of septins, conservative GTPases participating in cytokinesis and many more other fundamental cellular processes. Because of their filamentous appearance, membrane association and functions, septins are considered as the fourth component of the cytoskeleton, along with actin, microtubules and intermediate filaments. However, septins are much less studied than the other cytoskeleton elements. We had previously demonstrated that deletion of the peanut (pnut) gene leads to mitotic abnormalities in somatic cells. The goal of this work was to study the role of pnut in Drosophila spermatogenesis. We designed a construct for pnut RNA interference allowing pnut expression to be suppressed ectopically. We analyzed the effect of pnut RNA interference on Drosophila spermatogenesis. The most sensitive to Pnut depletion were germ line cells at the earliest stages of spermatogenesis: the suppression of pnut expression at these stages leads to male sterility as a result of immotile sperm. Testes of those sterile males did not show any significant meiotic defects; axonemes and mitochondria were normal. We also analyzed the effect of mutations in Pnut conservative domains on Drosophila spermatogenesis. Mutations in the GTPase domain resulted in cyst elongation defects. Deletions of the C-terminal domain led to abnormal testis morphology. Both GTPase domain and C-terminal domain mutant males were sterile and produced immotile sperm. To summarize, we showed that Pnut participates in spermiogenesis, that is, late stages of spermatogenesis, when major morphological changes in spermatocytes occur

Research of physico-chemical properties of oral fluid after the transmitted coronaviral infection

The article presents a comparative analysis of the physico-chemical properties of oral fluid: pH, base buffer capacity and surface tension in comparison of oral fluid values in patients who have had a coronavirus infection (group 1) and in healthy people who do not have a history of SARS-CoV-19 infection (group 2). Biological fluid was collected twice from each subject – before and after irrigation of the oral cavity with liquid peptide. In the course of the work, it was revealed that the compensatory mechanisms of the body after the disease are able to restore the homeostasis of the oral cavity and preserve the physic-chemical properties of oral fluid. The effect of the peptide did not change the studied parameters.В статье проводится сравнительный анализ физико-химических свойств ротовой жидкости: pH, буферная ёмкость по основанию и поверхностное натяжение в сравнении значений показателей ротовой жидкости у пациентов, перенёсших коронавирусную инфекцию (1 группа) и у здоровых людей, не имеющих в анамнезе жизни инфекцию SARS-CoV-19 (2 группа). Забор биологической жидкости проводился дважды у каждого исследуемого – до орошения ротовой полости жидким пептидом и после. В ходе работы удалось выявить, что компенсаторные механизмы организма после перенесенного заболевания способны восстанавливать гомеостаз ротовой полости и сохранять физико-химические свойства ротовой жидкости. Воздействие пептида не изменило исследуемых показателей

Amplicon metagenomics of dung beetles (Coleoptera, Scarabaeidae, Scarabaeinae) as a proxy for lemur (Primates, Lemuroidea) studies in Madagascar

Dung beetles (Scarabaeidae, Scarabaeinae) are among the most cost-effective and informative biodiversity indicator groups, conveying rich information about the status of habitats and faunas of an area. Yet their use for monitoring the mammal species, that are the main providers of the food for the dung beetles, has only recently been recognized. In the present work, we studied the diet of four endemic Madagascan dung beetles (Helictopleurus fissicollis (Fairmaire), H. giganteus (Harold), Nanos agaboides (Boucomont), and Epilissus splendidus Fairmaire) using high-throughput sequencing and amplicon metagenomics. For all beetle species, the ⅔–¾ of reads belonged to humans, suggesting that human feces are the main source of food for the beetles in the examined areas. The second most abundant were the reads of the cattle (Bos taurus Linnaeus). We also found lower but significant number of reads of six lemur species belonging to three genera. Our sampling localities agree well with the known ranges of these lemur species. The amplicon metagenomics method proved a promising tool for the lemur inventories in Madagascar
