Cost Management of Construction Project

Cílem této práce je seznámení se světovými metodikami projektového řízení, posouzení jejich využití v českém stavebnictví a vypracování vlastního manuálu řízení pro část zabývající se řízením nákladů projektu. První část se bude zabývat seznámením se světovými standardy a metodikami projektového řízení, včetně bližšího představení řízení nákladů u dvou nejvýznamnějších metodik. V rámci druhé části se budu zabývat posouzením českého manuálu řízení projektu v kontextu se světovými metodikami. Poslední část práce bude pojednávat o mém manuálu řízení nákladů projektu podle uvedených světových metodik.The aim of this work is to make a reader familiar with project management methodologies used all over the world, evaluate their exploitation within the framework of Czech building industry and elaborate an own handbook of management dealing with a project cost management. The first part of the work will make the reader familiar with project management standards and methodologies used all over the world and it contains also a more particular presentation of cost management applied in two of the most significant methodologies. The second part of the work will deal with the evaluation of a Czech project management handbook in the light of methodologies used worldwide. Multiculturalism in teaching practise

This final thesis deals with the realisation of multicultural education at public elementary schools and at the lower level of eight-year grammar schools in the Czech Republic. In the first part of the thesis I define the most common terms like multiculturalism and multicultural education. Also, I examine the curricular educational documents. In the main part I did a research in schools during the school year 2017/2018 in Central Bohemian Region and in Prague. Here I briefly map the situation at the school and the state of their educational program. I describe the course of the lessons, interviews with the teachers, mostly used methods and the results of the study. In the interviews I ask about the personality of the teacher, their opinion on current status of legislation and multicultural education. V teoretické části se zabývám vymezením základních pojmů, multikulturalismem a multikulturní výchovou v kurikulárních dokumentech. Těžištěm práce je výzkumné šetření, které jsem provedla v průběhu školního roku 2017/2018 ve Středočeském kraji a v Praze. Zde jsem stručně zmapovala situaci ve škole a způsob zpracování jejich Školního vzdělávacího programu. Dále popisuji průběh pozorovaných hodin a výsledky výzkumu. Následně jsem provedla rozhovor s učiteli. Otázky se týkaly kromě výukového obsahu i osobnosti učitele, jejich názorů na současný stav legislativy a RVP a také na jejich názor na výuku multikulturní výchovy. Dementia seniros

This bachelor's thesis deals with dementia. It describes kinds of dementia with their manifestations and changes of behaviour, depressive and anxiety conditions, which happends during this age period, too. Needs of such ill people and the principles of communication and work with them. The main objektive is to determine the needs and nursing interventions during disease progression in patient. In the practical part is to develop a case study of patient diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease with late onset. The research was carried out in a retirement home and a survey was conducted from March 2013 to October 2014. The technique of data collection was based on interwieves and tests of congnitive ability (MMSE) with measured points 17 and 0. The results of the research showed that the patient experienced mild cognitive impairment has been able to aktive, dignified and fulfilled life, Of course there was the fulfillment of daily needs alone. As the disease progresses, a year and a half later, they have to be these basic needs for self-care performed by another person.
