Changes of position of European People´s Party in the European Parliament
The thesis is a study devoted to the changes of the Group of the European People's Party in the European Parliament (EPP) with focus on the situation after election in 2009. The main aim of the thesis is to find an answer to the question, whether the position of current EPP has been weaken after the election of 2009 and after the split of ED. This is reached through comparison current EPP's position with its position in legislative period 2004 -- 2009. In order to verify or to disprove this question we apply various points of view. First, we analyze historical development of political groups and their legal conditions. Afterwards, we deal with development of EPP Group to its current form and define its fundamental characteristics. The basis for the analysis of change of EPP's position after election in 2009 is the description of the EPP's situation after this election. We compare the position of EPP (EPP-ED) in both mentioned periods by means of four indicators (size, number of mandates, occupation of key posts, coherence and loyalty in voting and ability building coalitions). Resulting evaluation of single indicators provide us with the answer to the question, how the EPP's position has changed after election in 2009

Application of Microbial Enzymes in Pharmaceutical and Food Industry
Microbial enzymes have an important role in catalysis of various production processes. They found application in food industry, pharmacy but also in other fields. Particularly, they are used for acceleration, facilitation and more economical resolution for food production processes. In the farmaceutical industry they are utilized to their selectivity for enantiomers of effective therapeuticals. Enzymes initially plant or animal source can be produced with the same characteristics by recombinant microorganisms.Katedra analytické chemieStudentka přednesla obhajobu své bakalářské práce a zodpověděla dotazy členů komise.Dokončená práce s úspěšnou obhajobo
Introducing the COVID-19 crisis Special Education Needs Coping Survey
Individuals with special education needs have been particularly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic as they have been shown to be at high risk of losing medical and institutional support at a time when people are being asked to stay isolated, suffering increased anxiety and depression as a consequence. Their families have often found themselves under tremendous pressure to provide support, engendering financial hardship, and physical and emotional strains. In such times, it is vital that international collaborations assess the impact on the individuals and their families, affording the opportunity to make national and international comparisons of how people have coped and what needs to be done to optimize the measures taken by families, associations and governments. This paper introduces one such collaboration
