    Development Of Islamic Religious Education Books With Contextual Teaching And Learning

    The Contextual Teaching and Learning model is motivated by the low absorption capacity of students in understanding learning; it can be seen from student learning outcomes that are still not optimal, student interest is lacking in motivation, and the learning process is still using teacher-centered. This study aims to improve student learning processes in PAI subjects by compiling textbooks carried out by teachers. The method used is the development method (R and D) at SMP Negeri 1 Banyuputih, . This study shows a significant difference from the previous teaching and learning process seen after the implementation of textbook products with the Contextual Teaching and Learning model. The ability of students to absorb learning is more effective, and students are more active in participating in teaching and learning activities. Students get convenience in understanding the learning material. This learning system can increase students' motivation and learning outcomes, especially in growing students' insight, skills, and attitudes, both in mastering theoretical and pragmatic learning materials

    In Islamic financial institutions, we are familiar with the term mudharabah. In its division, mudharabah is divided into two, namely: the first: Mudharabah muqayyadah which means shahibul maal provides limits on the funds invested. And the second: Mudharabah Muthlaqah shahibul maal does not provide restrictions on the invested funds. The focus of this research is how to implement mudharabah financing at BMT Sidogiri Bondowoso Branch. and how is the risk management strategy of mudharabah financing in BMT Sidogiri Bondowoso Branch. In this study, the author used qualitative research with interview methods, observation methods and documentation methods. So that in the form of analysis we use qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that mudharabah financing at BMT Sidogiri Bondowoso Branch was following sharia sharia in sharia economic theory because the terms and conditions had been met, but in mudharabah financing at BMT Sidogiri Bondowoso Branch could only be realized both in the form of raising funds and distributing funds

The results obtained are an increase in the competence of community religious learning and be able to align community understanding that is contradictory to the essence of Islamic religious learning in a basic way. Perlunya pendidik yang mampu mengembangkan proses pembelajaran fiqih yang tidak hanya berorientasi pada kemampuan kognitif, melainkan juga berorientasi pada kemampuan psikomotorik. Peneliti melakukan penelitian dan pengembangan dengan fokus Pengembangan Pembelajaran Fiqih dengan Model Cooperative Learning untuk meningkatkan kemampuan psikomotorik siswa program Intensif di MI Salafiyah Syafi’iyah Sukorejo khususnya kelas III. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dan Langkah penelitian research and development (R&D) ini mengadopsi prosedur pengembangan yang dilakukan oleh Borg dan Gall. This study describes PAI teachers' role as educators, models and role models, and evaluators in improving students' morale. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach because the researchers wanted to describe several phenomena related to the problems and problems that occurred. The results show 1) The role of the teacher as an educator in improving the morale of students at SMP N 02 AjungJember is to always explain moral values in everyday life through cults, giving a penalty, and 5 S cultural habits (smiles, greetings, Salim, polite, and courteous), 2) The role of PAI teachers as models and role models in improving students' morale, Always trying to offer good examples for students, so they give good feedback in everyday life, 3) The role of PAI teachers as evaluators in improving students' morale, mainly by providing a thorough evaluation, because evaluation discuss analytical aspects and further evaluations in affective and psychomotor aspects

    Without good moral, a society will ruin. Development of good morals can form a civilized society. In al-Quran, there are many verses that outline moral guidelines for Muslims. This study describes the approach of al-Quran in implementing social and family values to children through the verses in Surah Al-Nur. The objective of this study is to analyze the role and methods of al-Quran to educate children about morals. This study used a qualitative research method by using interview and library research to obtain data. Interviews were conducted in International Arabic School in Johor. According to the teachers that were interviewed in this school, they have implemented teaching outline in Surah Al-Nur to the students under their tutelage. Furthermore, interview with students at this school revealed that they have practiced the moral guidelines that has been taught to them in their daily lives. The results showed that the application of moral guidelines as outlined in the surah al-Nur can have a positive impact on the personality development of children. They were able to maintain their behaviors whenever they go. In conclusion, this study demonstrates the importance of manners as outlined in Sura al-Nur and to be practiced in the home in order to develop a good family

    زمینه و هدف: دیسمنوره یا قاعدگی دردناک یکی از شایع ترین مشکلات زنان است. هدف این مطالعه تعیین تاثیر یک دوره تمرینات کششی بر دیسمنوره اولیه دختران دانش آموز بوده است. روش بررسی: در این پژوهش نیمه تجربی با طرح دو گروهی، از 6 دبیرستان در دو ناحیه شهر اراک (هر ناحیه 3 دبیرستان با انتخاب تصادفی ساده) 179 نفر دختر 17-15 ساله مجرد و غیر ورزشکار مبتلا به دیسمنوره اولیه متوسط و شدید به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. دبیرستان های منتخب به طور تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایشی (4 دبیرستان، 124 نفر) و شاهد (دو دبیرستان، 55 نفر) تقسیم شدند. قبل از مطالعه (پیش آزمون) کلیه افراد در طی دو سیکل قاعدگی از نظر شدت درد (1 الی 10)، مدت درد و میزان مصرف داروهای مسکن مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. جهت گروه آزمون تمرینهای کششی منتخب شامل تمرین کششی شکم، لگن و کشاله ران تجویز شد. پس از 8 هفته نیز پس آزمون گرفته شد. برای مقایسه متغیرها از آزمون های آماری t وابسته و آزمون ناپارامتری ویلکاکسون استفاده شد. یافته ها: پس از 8 هفته اجرای مداخلات میزان شدت درد در گروه آزمایشی از 94/1±65/7 به 92/1±88/4، مدت درد از 26/5±84/7 به 5/2±86/3 ساعت و میزان مصرف داروهای مسکن از 02/1±65/1 به 69/0±79/0 قرص تقلیل یافت (01/0

    Most of the previous investigations on organisational performance were directed towards the financial status at the expense of other social requirements, particularly with respect to firms’ operating environments. In addition, such studies were geared towards better understanding of the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on Organizational Performance without adequate consideration for those non-financial factors, such as the Internal Business Perspective (IBP) that also affect the success of organizational strategic goals. The incorporation of CSR into organizational processes in driving home their strategic management success has been proven to be linked. In this paper, we review the inter relationship between CSR and IBP, and identify major themes from the literature. This study therefore justifies the need for an empirical study to further examine the interrelationships among these variables so as to provide better understanding of the influence of the CSR on the IBP
